I was looking for a painter with EPA license, as my tri-plex building was built before 1978, probably has lead paint, and needed extensive sanding and patching. Alex showed up for the estimate, gave me a competitive bid and verified his license and EPA certification. I told Alex that the building needed extensive patching, and there were doors that were oil based and will need to be prepped so that the paint will stick. He said "Yes" and "of course" to everything... basically a good salesman. Igor is the one that is on site and managing the job every day, since the EPA license is under his name. His crew is friendly and easy to work with. We changed a couple of paint areas and they were happy to accommodate us. However there were a few hiccups along the way: 1) As I mentioned, the building was old and needed extensive patching before painting. Any good painter will tell you that the prep work is the most time consuming task, since it evens out the surfaces and makes the paint job look good. I feel that these guys did not do a good prep work. They simply painted over the cracked exterior. They did not sand the garage doors prior to paiting either, so the paint did not adhere to the chipped metal of the garage door. When I pointed that out, they did sand the chipped part and then repainted that area again. 2) They did not sand down the laundry door that had oil paint on it. like they were supposed to. As a result, the new paint simply peeled right off. So they sanded it after I pointed it out. And the new paint still peeled right off. So they went out and bought oil based paint and then the problem was resolved. I felt that it should have been done right in the first place. 3) Our tenants complained that painters were dumping their trash and filling up their trash can. I spoke with Igor to remove his trash. So overall, I was happy with the work, the price and that they were easy to work with and just overall really nice guys. Once the problems were pointed out, they didn't argue with me like some other contractors would. They fixed the problem to my satisfaction (except for the patching where it was too late) . The GREAT part is that they guarantee their paint job for 2 years.... industry standard is 1 year, but they stand behind their work and gave me 2 years. Yes, there were hiccups along the way, but I guess all contractors are like that. I would recommend that if you use them, you need to keep an eye out just to make sure good prep work is being done prior to painting. Despite the few hiccups I had a good experience and would use them again. Thank you Igor and crew.

He has never tried to contact me I have had to make all the arrangements. We scheduled a time for him to start the work and he neither called or showed. I have decided not to use the deal.

Great service, very nice attitude, and good attention to detail. Good communication during appraisal and the work got done quickly. Would recommend to anybody on the east side looking for a reasonably priced paint job by pros.

The work was performed professionally and meticulously. It is a big job because are ceiling and base moldings and 2 french windows. Everything received 2 coats of paint and the work was outstanding. There was no mess at all left behind and I was extremely pleased with the results.

When i bought this deal, i requested service on Nov. 4th, 5th or 6th. However, the vendor is not able to provide the service until Dec. 3rd and this date would be too late for me.

The bathrooms looked nice after the job was done. I would use them again.

This company painted an entire condo for me, top to bottom. Their work was excellent! They were available to work with my schedule. They were honest and respectful, and stuck to their estimate of both time and price. There was no mess to clean up after, and they spent an extra hour with me after they completed the job, so that I could check out every inch of their work. They definitely earn 5 stars!

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. They painted one wall in a child’s room and the walls in the master bedroom and another room with high ceilings. The staff was on time and was very professional. I feel like they did a lot of work for the price I paid. They were very nice people and did a great job. They even came early to our appointment. They were hard workers and worked through the entire day. They were personable and easy to talk with. They were very neat and clean in their work. They listened to what I wanted and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Excellent. Igor the owner was very responsive --- always answered his cell phone or called back within the hour. They did an outstanding job and were very pleasant and did all the touch ups with a smile. They offered competitive prices and I was completely satisfied with their services. You should call them if you need a good, reasonably priced painting company --- you will not be disappointed.

It was absolutely horrible. Start date after getting my home ready I recived a call at 6am saying they needed to reschedule because someone called in sick. I was not happy. They agreed to send one painter to start the job. The painter was not comfortable being left alone and had a panic attack. My son in law was upstairs and the door bell rang. It was the polic. The painter called 911. The owner sent a taxi to pick him up and take him home. The other painter was not productive and only painted one and a half walls. The walls were painted with the wrong paint. Debate between the company, me and my daughter continued. They can back another day which ended up being their last day and left my daughter 's home incomplete. At the start of the project we had an agreement as to what needed to be done . We agreed on an additional 500.00. In the end, the owner said Alex his counterpart should never had quoted us that price because the job was too big. How were we to know this . This was a mess . We are now trying to find a company go finish the job. I wonder why there were do many great reviews.? When you meet them they talk a good talk and you walk away feeling they were God sent. God would not have had my daughter crying. I called them about my daughter crying from this mess. They promised me they would make UR right, but they did not . I truly felt they did not deserve any of the 799.00 they were given.

Arrived on time, covered and protected everything, painted 4 walls in bedroom and walls and ceiling (different colors) in bathroom. Excellent job of cleanup, very professional.

They did a great job. It was a Big Deal purchase and there were no additional charges. I provided the pain, but they did everything. They came early in the morning. They sealed off the room nicely and did an amazing job. They cleaned everything up. They were very pleasant and hard-working. I would recommend them because they were professional and their work was very good.

I am not one to normally write reviews, however I felt like i owed it to this company. They are extremely amazing to work with, great quality, and great price. They even sent someone out immediately after we identified a spot they missed even though it had been a few weeks. I would highly recommend signature painting to anyone looking for a good quality painter, with excellent customer service, and even better price.

I met Alex at my home, walked the property, agreed on a price and confirmed the start date. They were on time, hard working, professional, very fast and cleaned up the job site daily. I interfaced with Alex's brother Igor regarding the paint selection and other job related questions and was very satisfied with all aspects of our communications. The quality of their work is excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the job and will schedule them to paint the interior of our home in October. These guys are the real deal at the right price.

Ross and Arthur did a wonderful job in our house. I was more than impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They were respectful of us and our dog, our personal belongings and our time and comfort. They were very careful to protect all of our items from splatter and mess. I would absolutely recommend this company, specifically this team, to do work in anyones home, in fact, we might even have them back for another job sooner than expected! The work I need done doesn't have to be done till next year so I am waiting

They were on time. It was a Big Deal for 2 painters for 8 hours. One guy was good, but the other one was not good. The guy that was good was very conscientious, but he insisted that that was his assistant. His assistant talked to me and he wanted to talk a lot. He said he was on vacation from Florida and I think he was from Russia. He was standing around a lot and just looking around. I thought he was supposed to paint. He said he was waiting for it to dry, and I said he can start on another. He was slow and he wasn't really interested. He was just here on vacation to get a painting job. The young kid that probably does it all the time was much more conscientious, and he should have actually told the other guy. He should have instructed him more, like start on that, but he didn't. I think he wanted to be polite to the other guy. He was just standing around looking at the walls. He was just standing and not doing anything. He was very slow. He didn't want to work. He left a lot of paint on my baseboard so I had to clean it up. The pricing was good. The pricing and responsiveness were good. I would use him if he had a different assistant. I didn't find anything wrong with the young guy. In the time that they were here, I felt they should have gotten more painting done than they did.

It was great. I had them do some extra stuff. There wasn't any worst part. They did a great job. I was happy with everything they did.

Everything from start to stop was done professionally and expertly. I could not be more pleased with how my walls look. The painters jprepped everything prior to painting and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were friendly, answered questions and offered advice on how to work with my ideas. It was a great experience!
