Excellent experience. Beautiful work. Majid gave me excellent input regarding type of tile, color, size of tiles, and care of completed tile floor. He supervised the installation and final cleaning of the floor and the end result is beautiful. Communication was excellent and frequent. I especially appreciated his graciousness in working around some of my time constraints. I found Majid knowledgeable, helpful with his suggestions, and very accommodating. I will defintely use Sage Interior, Inc., when I remodel my bathrooms and put new flooring in my laundry room. He gets my highest recommendation!

The owner, Majid and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional and cleaned up after they finish, so the working area was always clean. They were fast, too; they finished the entire project in 2 weeks, which was unbelievably fast. Majid is great at cabinets making. He has all kinds of designs from traditional to modern and in every color imaginable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a general contractor for remodeling, or who just needs new cabinets.

This project was our first ever remodel. We literally did not know what to expect outside of what we saw on HGTV. To make matters worse, much of the project was unexpected and therefore not budgeted. Suffice it to say, we were a bit nervous about the whole thing. Majid worked closely with us to control costs and made sure to point out areas we could save money. The flooring was a great example. He suggested we use laminate flooring throughout the first floor to save on half the cost of wood. He also suggested a great carpet for the second floor that provided the softness we wanted at a cost we could live with. Initially, we were very anxious about how the laminate would turn out since our previous homes had wood flooring. Instead, the flooring was probably the best part of the project. It's hard to tell the laminate isn't wood and the carpet is super soft. The cabinetry - vanities and kitchen - turned out great and were topped with fantastic gray quartz counter tops. Despite being anxious clients, the project went well. Majid and his team at Sage were very responsive to our needs and promptly resolved any issues that arose throughout the 3 month project - even on weekends. Majid treated us like family. He spent hours with us at his showroom helping us with the designing and selecting. We never felt rushed, and he was very patient with us when we changed our minds (many times). He ALWAYS answered/returned our calls and addressed all of our concerns. He is very knowledgeable and even helped us with other issues we had at the house that were not part of the of the job. Our house is now a home thanks to Majid and his team.

Every aspect of the work was perfection. From the workmanship, attention to detail and price, everything was to my satisfaction. The start date and end date were on schedule. Majid and his crew arrived on time, everytime, and they were respectful of my time and schedule. Majid and crew provided appropriate suggestions and guidance when needed. When I required additional time to consider options, I was not rushed to make my decision. Majid helped me contain costs by repairing instead of replacing fixtures when I chose to do that. The fact that Majid was able to address every detail of any issue was amazing. It did not matter if it was repair of existing materials or complete bath remodel ,he handled it within buget. I wish Angie's List had the option of giving a higher than "A" rating, because Majid and Sage Interiors deserve an A+!

I have wanted to remodel my small bath for years, so when Angie's list offered a big deal from a reputable company I purchased it. The consultation was scheduled for soon after I called, and I was impressed by the knowledge and experience of the representative. He showed me pictures of work his company had done for others. He took the sketches with him that he had made of my bathroom, and he indicated he would be sending me a drawing and quote for the work. I just learned that he had sent me a drawing and a rough estimate in an email (which I never received), so he sent it again.

I moved into this house after the sale of my home (833 Escarpado Drive, La Habra Heights, CA), and soon after I moved in, my roommate mentioned that she planned to renovate the kitchen once she'd finished saving the money for it. A few weeks later, this Angie's List deal showed up. I mentioned the deal to her and asked whether she'd be interested in using it. She said yes so I bought it. She then made the appointment and dealt with Sage Interiors. She met with Majid Kiani and was very pleased by his professionalism and punctuality. She said he went the extra mile to give her excellent additional ideas beyond those she already had. Overall, it was excellent experience, and Sage is now on her list of companies to contact when she is ready to start the job.

Sage performed the service in a timely manner and the cost estimate was extremely competitive.

Its hard to find someone who will go above and beyond. Majid seems like the kind of person who will. I would definitely give him a shot.

Majid was very punctual and broke down the job so I could see the exact cost of everything. I was impressed with his knowledge. I am unable to have the bathroom remodeled at this time, but I will be contacting him in the future.

Sage Interior went out of their way to make sure the job was done professionally. They were always punctual and professional. They also donated a slab of counter top for a mobile storage rack we have. We were totally satisfied with the whole experience and plan to use Sage Interior for future work we will need to have done. Majid, Ken and the team returned to remodel our old 1960's bathroom. Working with Majid on the quote and the design was very easy, and productive. The end result was elegant. Ken, Majid and I stayed in touch throughout the job and I felt that both gentlement were very mindful of the job itself and very diligent about ensuring that the customer was completely satisfied. When there was a little hiccup (our house is old and the walls aren't completely square), they quickly adapted and did the right application rather than a cheap quick fix which others might be tempted to do. Sage Interiors still stayed within the contract budget which was very competative and more reasonable than two other bids. Each member of the Sage Interiors team was professional and worked hard to get the job done (even when it came to working on the weekends). The tilework was beautifully done...thank you Steve and Chuck. I would most definitely recommend Sage Interiors to friends and family. Additionally, I intend to have the Sage team out again when it comes time to do our main bathroom or other home upgrades. These are the kind of contractors that set a high standard for other contractors to follow.

During the design process, Majid spent alot of time working with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He explained options and made suggestions regarding materials and configuration that were very helpful. The whole project went quite well, with only a couple of minor problems. The crew was generally prompt and was mindful of keeping the house as clean as possible during the work. The total time from beginning of demolition to completion of the job was seventeen days, far shorter than others had quoted. We are quite satisfied with the final product and would definitely recommend Sage Interior for any kitchen remodeling project.

Majid of Sage Interiors provided a timely quote for services, and in the end, the final price was the same except for upgrades that I requested in the middle of the remodel. His quote was about 10-20% less than a couple other contractors' quotes. Majid is very pleasant to work with and has lots of experience in his trade. His specialty is cabinet making. I decided against doing a full cabinet overhaul, since my current cabinets where in mostly in good shape. His prices for new cabinets seemed great. He did rebuild a couple of my cabinets due to water damage, and they are a seamless match. I requested a short timeline of the remodel, which Majid was able to accomplish. He was even ahead of schedule, set to complete the remodel in less than 10 days. There were a couple instances where his subcontractors work was less than I expected (primarily due to color of paint and granite not being exactly what I requested). Majid recognized my dissatisfaction and ordered the work to be reaccomplished, even though he lost a lot of money to keep me happy. In the end, this put him behind schedule, but I was happy to wait to get exactly what I wanted. He even threw in some freebie touchups at the end.

1- They inspected the job 2- gave me the detailed report, how the work will be done, and detailed pricing. 3- They started the work on the day promised and they covered all area. 4- Start to finish with report every day, what they have done, and how will finish next day. 5- Complete the job on time. 6- Clean all area; also give me a coupon for 20% for next job.

I found Sage Interior using Angie's List "Big Deal" because we needed to demo our secondary bathoom and get it ready for a remodel. Ken came out promptly at the time we'd arranged and stayed until the job was done. Ken was personable, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. He stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up before he left. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and asked Ken and his boss, Majid, to provide a quote to finish the remodeling job. They did. The quote was thorough and reasonable so we will be having them out again to do the remodeling work. More to come... However, at this point I would highly recommend Sage Interior to others who are seeking a reliable, hardworking contractor for similar projects.

Alex completed the work in the 4x4 area in two and a half hours. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

They were completely professional and listened to my concerns and my needs in the laundry room. He was very personable and explained the entire process and gave me valuable suggestions. I haven't hired him yet, I still have a couple other projects I need to take care of first. but he is high on my list for when I am ready to complete the work. So, I finally went ahead and hired Sage Interiors to fabricate and install my laundry/pantry room cabinets and I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. I am so happy with the end result and I highly recommend them to anyone. I was hesitant because my budget was so strict. I was able to get the cabinet color and the style that I wanted, the dimensions to fit my space exactly and all right at my budget. Majid and his crew made it possible for me to have not only a efficient space but also very attractive space too. I really appreciated that before any of the work was done that Majid showed me a couple different sketches of what the space could look like and that he gave me some valuable suggestions that I ended up going with. The day of the installation the installers were prompt and on time. Majid came by half way through the project and at the end of the project to make sure everything was done appropriately and to my satisfaction. His crew was patient and hardworking. Their product is good quality and their finish work is impeccable (trim pieces all around, interiors of cabinets matching in color, backs to cabinets, all doors and drawers flush and aligned properly, etc). I know that I got an excellent price for the custom work that was done and that I would have paid a lot more for stock cabinets that wouldn't be half as good (yes, I looked around). They did a great job I am so grateful for both Majid's knowledge and his willingness to work with/satisfy his customers. Again, I highly recommend this company and I feel that this was the best money I have spent in a while. Thank you. Update: 1/20/2014 It has been a couple of years since this company made my cabinets and installed them. This is truly one of the best investments in my home that I have ever made. The quality of the workmanship has held up and having the extra storage has helped me keep my sanity in a small home with 3 young children. I think back on the day I met Majid and count my blessings for putting a trustworthy and compassionate business man in my path, it is not every day that someone can say they felt that the person they hired was honestly looking out for them and their best interest. The job went exceedingly well . Majid and Ken were wonderful to work with. Majid had great ideas about design and functionality issues and he very successfully and tactfully steered me away from bad ideas and decisions. He very much has that vision thing of which I am sorely lacking. His design concepts and color schemes worked very well and beyound my best imaginings throught the house. Ken supervised the work and did much of the work himself. He was there for me all the way to the end. Majid and Ken did things, some big and some small, that went way beyond the contract to insure that my home is both very comfortable and liveable. I owe a special thanks to Ken for several times going out of his way to pick-up and deliver appliances and other things for me. He also took time to go along with me to home improvement stores to give his opinion and make sure items I picked out would not only look good but also would be doable. Both Majid and Ken were on top of their subcontractors and if unhappy with their workmanship would make them do it over. Their attention to detail was great. The work was completed in a timely manner, with any delays due to my own indecisions and/or work order changes. I'm sorry it took so long to write this review but a spate of health issues had kept me down for awhile, however I,m back now and look forward to working agin with Majid and Ken to build a new den and home entertainment unit to each meet my special needs.

Everything went as scheduled, they didn't waste my time or theirs. I made selections, they came to measure twice and approximately 3 weeks later they installed them. There were no calls with excuses for delays such as one always hears about and asked that I call them with any questions or problems.

Majid is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and works diligently for customer satisfaction. His prices are very reasonable, he sticks to the time-lines agreed upon, and does service immediately when requested. He enjoys his work and and gets great enjoyment seeing the finished product and the satisfaction on his clients faces. He finds the best materials at the best prices. I am very comfortable leaving him alone in my house to work even if I cannot be there. I would highly recommend him for any work you have in mind. It was wonderful. They were really good. Every time I called, somebody answered the phone. They were very much on time all the time. Whenever they said they were coming at a certain time, they were there at that time. They were never late. They gave me a time frame and finished it earlier than what they said. I recommended them to a couple of my friends too and Sage did some jobs for them. Their price was excellent. I had two other quotes and Sage was at least 20 percent lower than the others.

To make a long story short, we hired Sage Interiors to save the day. And save the day (and job) they did. First, the history of our bathroom remodel. We hired a contractor to remodel our small, downstairs bathroom. What was supposed to be a small, one week job, turned into a remodeling nightmare. The contractor promised that the job would be done in one week. The job ended up taking six weeks. The contractor we hired did not have a team that was capable of producing quality finished work. The tile guy did not lay the tile straight and the cement was applied unevenly. We purchased a decorative glass tile mosaic for the shower, and a brick tile pattern for the shower floor. The contractor ruined several sheets of the glass tile, and could not lay the shower floor tile evenly. Even the 16x16 bathroom floor tiles were uneven. After encountering several problems, we called Majid at Sage Interiors. Sage remodeled our kitchen almost two years ago. To say that we are extremely happy with our kitchen remodel experience is an understatement. The craftsmanship is beautiful. The quality is top of the line. We didn't call Sage originally, because we thought our small bathroom might be too small a job for them. However, when we ran into problems, we knew that we could trust Majid and Sage to save the day. Majid came in and gave us a more than fair quote for fixing the problems of the original contractor. Majid brought in one of his tile artists, John. John has an expert eye, and the patience to lay a complicated tile pattern. John and Majid made several good suggestions that improved the look of the shower considerably. Our bathroom is now complete and we are extremely happy with it. The next remodeling job we will tackle in two years will be our master bathroom and we already know that we want to Sage to do the job.

They were outstanding. They were very caring, understanding, and they worked with me. They were very professional, helpful, and cooperative. They communicated very well, and they were always on time no matter what. Sometimes they were even early. I was pleasantly surprised. They wanted to make sure that I knew what I was deciding on. They made me go down to their shop a few times to look at the granite and flooring to make sure that the decision I was taking was final and I would be happy with it. They were very thorough and very professional. I have recommended them to others including my girlfriend.
