Description of Work: On 06/10 Repipe-1 arrived to commence work. In a nut shell, I was very very pleased with the outcome and the price. They completed a day early (included city inspections). They were very professional. Their price was very good. What impressed me most was the clean up and especially the touch of the walls after all patching was completed. It was very difficult for me to find where the holes were originally made. I most strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs repiping done. Thank you guys very much!!!

Description of Work: Company repiped house with Pex, plastic pipe. When they finally got going, the work was done well. took longer than expected and the office did not folloew through on its "fixes". When rough inspection was comleted, the "patchers fixed the walls and textured promptly. Some additional work was required to pass final inspection and it took them 5 days to get to it. All in all, the work rates a "B+" and the communication and co-opperation of the office rates a "C-"

Description of Work: A quote was requested 2 weeks ago and The company had been to my house about 2 months prior and was given an ok quote the person arrived and it went well, but this time I called in and was greeted by a very polite customer service gal. I requested a quote for a whole house repipe. The gentlment I spoke to kindly educated me on the difference between copper pipe and apex which was great. The issue I have is with the guy coming out to do my quote. He stated there was no need to give me a quote in person because they had all my paperwork, I told the guy that I wanted a few more things done and he stated no problem and I would recieve the quote with 2 days its been 3 weeks and not even a follow up phone call. RThey just lost a sale as I was going to use there service in december for the whole house repipe. I will not recommend this company to anyone. This is a bad company. follow through is what keeps you in business, When I do business with a company I look at it as a lifetime partnership. I have expectations as you do. On paper and dealing with your company the following was noticed. 1. competitive pricing 2. smart and savy customer service 3. no contractors only employees doing the work 4. good reputation After talking to Chris the situation has been corrected and I will do some of my business with repipe one. The issue was me not getting my quote for 3 weeks. It appears there was a break down in communication that has been resolved.

Description of Work: Got three estimates for complete repipe of ranch style 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. Provided each contractor with printout or my requirements for the job. Only two submitted the bid with Repipe1 providing bid immediately after site review. Price was competitive with both, Repipe1 was cheaper, but provided immediate feedback to all my questions plus estimated job as 3 days, much faster than other contractor. Workers were dedicated and easy to talk too. Worked past usual hours to meet guarantee of water to kitchen and one bath, and actually had water to everything after first day. Everyone I talked with listened and did what I requested. Very positive experience. The plaster repair group did a better job than I expected, including replacing faux facing in bathroom sink cabinet rather than leaving exposed wall. Highly recommend for this type of work. Home owners need to be aware that this kind of job kicks up fine dust, but all areas were cleaned adequately by end of job.

Description of Work: My 1963 two -storey house was repiped for the first time.. I had already had problems with rustted pipes and rusty water.A local well known plumbing company in my area recommended REPIPE 1 in Calabasas.The company rep came out and explained what had to be done. I was very happy when they tried their hardest to find alternative ways to replace the old pipes and not have to go through my new kitchen and bathroom walls.They replaced my kitchen pipes by going through the wall on the outside of the house where they could.They used USA made Hard Type L Copper. I was very happy that all holes were patched and textured (outside).Inside the house the walls were patched and I was pleased that you couldn't even see where they had cut through the kitchen ceiling. The work was done in a couple of days with the guys working late into the evening. Everything was left clean where they were working. I found the company to be very professional.

Description of Work: We have a 4-unit Apt. Bldg. built in 1939 that needed copper repiping. I can't compliment them enough - they came out and explained the procedure of what was to be done 2 times for us. I was scared and unsure, and they gave me reassurance. The crew arrived on time each morning. They protected the carpet and belongings of the tenants and cleaned- up the debris at the end of each day. The water was turned off only one day - all the other days the tenants had water for bathroom and kitchen use. I am writing this because I feel blessed that I was so lucky to pick this company! Other companies that I might have chosen could be a living nightmare besides ending up in court with them. I am so glad to add my appreciation of Repipe 1 to Angie's List.
