It took several days to get a crew out because they were so busy but once they were here they worked hard and were very professional. A couple of things needed to be fixed after they were done for example a tile near the shower valve was cracked. They responded quickly to my request and fixed it, with no argument or problems.

We will use this company if we ever need these services in the future.

They were on time, professional and did a great job. I've recommended them to several people who have also had work done by them.

*** Updated review: They came with 12 people and rush the work in order to finish everything in one day. They claim to be one of the best copanies out there but they did not know how to properly install a tank-less water heater nor how to make it work with the recirculation system... Their technician did not read the manual nor they bother to call Rinnai's for assistance.. I had to read the manual and found out one have to turn a little switch inside the heater to make it work.. Christopher Kirksey project manager promised me a great system where I would have had hot water in every bathroom in 5/10 seconds. As of today: The system provide warm water in 30 second and hot in 1 minute with the recirculation on. The posistive side about this company is the owner Dany whom I had a long conversation with and is willing to work with me until everything works as promised. Also Spartak the manager was responsive and helpful. Summary: -It was suppose to be just a couple of days and it turned out to be a GREAT HEADACHE and many more days.. -Watch out when you hire this company, you have to supervise the work and make sure everything is done "right" the first time!

Re-Pipe1 was very through from the initial estimate through the final clean-up. The sales contact was always available for questions or concerns. The crew showed up on time and were very professional from beginning to end. My tenant's property was carefully protected and the work progressed faster then expected. The 3 day job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The patch work looks great with no sanding or dust problems what-so-ever. They specialize in this type of work and it really shows. I would use them again with the next opportunity.

Our in-unit washing machine sprung a leak while we were gone for a week. Not a fun thing to come home to! There was moisture in the walls and it was there for a couple of days. Mold grew in those couple days and we could smell it when we got home. We've really never had the need for a contractor so we had no idea where to look. I remembered the Angie's List commercials and decided to give the site a shot. This site ended up being a life saver for us. Not only could we find someone to do the work, but we could also determine from the reviews the quality of the word. So, we came across Repipe1 and saw they had many good reviews so we gave them a shot and are happy we did. We called for help and got someone right away that was very helpful and knowledgeable. The great service did not stop there at the office. It continued with the guys that came to work on our home. They were professional, punctual and did keep the entire work area clean - which I appreciate.The water damaged walls were fixed, and the mold was gone all within a few days. I will most definitely recommend Repipe1to my family and friends in the future....thanks!!!!

Our entire condo complex of 88 homes had numerous leaks from faulty original copper pipe. Repipe 1 did a complete re-pipe of all 88 units. They were thorough, professional, punctual, and at a fair price. The entire project went VERY well. We would definitely recommend them for any repipe job!

They were on time, very nice and efficient. We were not inconvenienced at all. The finished piping in 1 day and came back a second day to install a water line to our fridge. They passed inspection without any issues. There were about 30 small holes in the walls where they access the junctions or where they need to make access points. Their patching skills are amazing since we have several different types of texture on our walls and they matched each one perfectly. I was very happy with their skill and work.

We had been putting off addressing a moisture problem in our bathroom wall. After joining Angie's List and searching for a plumber, we found Repipe 1, who had excellent reviews and mentioned both plumbing and mold remediation. When I called to find out if their company was appropriate for our small residential job, I got both tech/sales and management on the phone and they were willing to come out immediately. I even received a confirmation text on my cell phone for their initial visit! Communication via text (my request) was very good, so I wasn't kept guessing as to when someone would show up, and if I had a question I knew an answer was just a text away. The two gentlemen who came to estimate the job, Jimmy and Dalton, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail and I received a written estimate and description of the work that was to be done. On the day of the job, I was introduced to Carlos and Jesus, the two techs who would be doing the actual labor. Although Dalton and Jimmy needed to check on other jobs, they kept coming by the house to see how things were going with Carlos and Jesus, and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I felt very comfortable with the high quality of work that Carlos and Jesus did. They took care to lay down mats to protect our carpets, wear shoe covers, and seal our bathroom doorways well to prevent any contamination into the rest of the house. They quickly found the problem (not a leak after all, but an exterior seepage) and after demonstrating to me where the water intrusion was, went to work treating it. They used a "green" treatment, and made sure to spray it on a cloth rather than in the air whenever possible to accommodate my sensitivity to chemicals. Their drywall cutting was clean, and their cleanup was thorough. They disposed of the contaminated materials for me as well. They were very patient, professional and friendly when I asked many questions about the damage and how to prevent it in the future. Although their job was to remediate the mold and not necessarily to educate clients on construction and waterproofing, they were very good-natured and willing to help me with information and sources. They finished quickly on the same day, and even left an industrial air scrubber in our house overnight just in case I could smell the treatment. I was very impressed with their work and professional demeanor. Jimmy and Dalton followed up and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I appreciated their choice of Carlos and Jesus for our job. It was a pleasure to have work done by this team.

Claudio was great. He was personable, a good communicator, and reasonably priced. He was able to make the repair quickly and without much mess. I would definitely call him again.

Worked quickly and professionally. Entire team knew what to do. Work was neat and good clean up along the way and at the end. A pleasure to have them do the job.

Overall, we are happy with the service. They didn't finish on time, which resulted in my having to miss an important work related seminar. We used them because they assured us it would be done on time. The first group of men did an excellent job. When they ran behind schedule, they sent another guy, who tried to get me to sign off without the inspector, which I refused to do. All in all, though, they did do a good job.

Repipe 1 had been highly recommended by friends and associates of mine. Although we were a bit apprehensive about "repiping" our entire home, so far we have not been disappointed. They have been professional. Angel and his work crew did the repiping job in one day. They truly went "above and beyond"! If more people had the same professional attitude and work ethic, the world would be a better place. They left our home in a far better condition than when they arrived. We plan on using them in the future for a rental property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job!! And here are my reasons for saying so: 1. I'm pretty picky about my house. I did a lot of research of what exactly I wanted and Chris at RePipe 1 listened attentively to all of it and confirmed that they could do exactly the job I wanted to the specifications that I requested; 2. These guys worked hard to do the job in a quick, but thorough manner. 3. They (Chris) was amenable to making any minor changes that I requested, even half way through the job. 4. The price was very good. (I got several other bids for comparison.) I highly recommend them!!

It was my first time using them. My experience was excellent. There was a problem with the cleanup, but when I contacted him he more than took care of it. He was on time. He did the job right. He was friendly. The quality of work was very good.

They were awesome. They showed up and did the work. I had no complaints about everything. They were nice.

So, it went really well. Installation took one day. We were away at work so we didn't miss not having water for a day. There was a crew of 4-6 guys working on the project, so it went relatively well. Several weeks later, we noticed a leak in the ceiling. The guys from Repipe 1 were out the next day, repaired the leak and fixed the damage. Several days later, they patched and painted the wall and ceiling. There has been some residual flaking and bubbling of the paint, I've been meaning to call them back to have it repaired.

They were perfect, very confident and fast. There were no problems and I was very impressed. I highly recommend them. The piping itself and the drywall finishing was perfect. There were maybe around 50 holes that were made and it took about a day for them to finish. I can’t even tell where the holes where. Their team was very helpful in pointing out possible problems and how they should be fixed. They left the house very clean.

The Job went well. It took a team of five about 20 hours over a two day period to complete the re-pipe. The Lead plumber inspected the work of the staff to make sure it was done properly. We had water overnight. The City inspector came the third day and the plaster the day after that. Since our house is built on a slab there were many holes made to accommodate the new pipe. However, the plasterer was first rate and did an outstanding job both inside and out

They did a good job of installing the water softener and repiping the house, and they showed on time. Unfortunately, the gentleman they used to replaster the walls did a rather sloppy job, and the salesman was a bit shifty when explaining the price to us. The price was higher than what we had originally been told, but it was still a good deal. *Updated - about 20 minutes after this review posted on Angie's list, they called me to offer me a gift card to Best Buy to change my review! This makes me a little more skeptical of glowing reviews for this company on Angie's List if they are bribing customers to change bad reviews to good. To reiterate, I was pleased with the job they did repiping, but not so happy with their sales practices. This experience just solidified my opinion that their business practices are less than professional.

We were very happy with their service. The company was very honest and hard working. The technicians did a nice job and I thought the value was well worth the service. Scheduling an appointment was very easy.

Three plumbers showed up on time, repiped three bed two bath home in 5-6 hours, left it clean and ready for inspector. After it passed inspection the next day two dry wall guys showed on time did an excellent job. I owned rental property for over thirty years and have been ripped off more times than I wish to admit but real happy with repipe 1 and would use again.
