Went very smoothly even though there were some difficult problems with the sewer line. I would recommend them.

Only without water from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm on the first day. Inspected the next day. Drywall repairs completed in one day with final inspection the following day. Total project completed start to finish in four days. The following is a copy of the letter that I sent to their main office. REPIPE1 19326 Ventura Blvd. #201 Tarzana, California 91356 To Whom It May Concern: I just wanted to take a minute to compliment the crews that were sent to repipe my house at the above address on February 3rd. The plumbing crew headed by Angel was very efficient. They all were very protective of my property, courteous and pleasant at all times. They certainly are a value to your company. On February 5th the openings needing repair were scheduled. The dry Wallers, led by Santos, were equally as professional. Our two story home was completed to our satisfaction, in one day. They did their best to contain the dust and blow by associated with repairing the openings, to a minimum. One rule of thumb that I have always used over the years is that if I can do a better job than the person that I have hired to do the work then I should not have hired them. I can say that this was not the case with these two crews. Actually, I learned a few things from them! Note: Before I retired I spent forty years in engineering and construction, in the USA and abroad. So I know a little about this kind of work. Again, thank you for doing a great job.

I like many others in my tract fell victim to a slab leak. I had 3 seperate leaks in walls over a 1 year period due to corroded copper, and when the slab leak happend (kitchen floor was very hot one morning when I awoke) knew it was time for a repipe. Due to reviews here called Repipe 1. They came out the same day, gave a bid and started 2 days later. Water was off for a total of 16 hours, and 3 days later - permits and paint excepting - job was compete including stucco repair. Service and speed, A+ Quality of drywall and stucco repairs could be a bit better, but they were acceptable. Pricing was A+

Scheduling was easy, and pricing competitive. They finished the job in 3 days (1 for the repipe and 2 for closing the holes in walls after inspection)

They did a good job, very detailed and fixed up the house nicely.

The communication is better before they have the signed contract. After, not so good. They were an hour and a half late to start the job. The foreman stated the traffic was bad on Hiway 50, the same Hiway I drove on to get to the house. I allowed an hour and a half to get to the house, (it is a rental), and I was there before the promised start time, making my day about 14 hours overall by the time I got home at the end of the day. Their communication on how the job would go could be much better, and the explanation of how it would go was seriously lacking. They said it would be done in one day. Yes, the water was turned back on at the end of the day, but there were numerous holes in the drywall that needed to be patched, and the County inspector needed to come out and inspect the job. They seemed to have trouble with the inspector, and basically relied on my wife and I and the renter to schedule the inspections. It was a pain. Also, getting them back to do the patchwork took longer than I would have liked. (One Week). I haven't seen the finished product, but the renter said it is going to need some additional painting because it doesn't match. (how do you mess up basic white with no tinting?) Anyway, I'm pretty good with texture and drywall, so when I get time to go down there, if it still needs work, I'll just do it myself. Overall, they were okay and I would probably use them again, and I did recommend them to my boss, who also has some rentals that need work. So far, there are no leaks, and the renter is happy with the normal water pressure at the shower, which was really poor due to restricted steel pipes from the original builder in 1968. I called several plumbing companies and most of them did not want to do the job. The ones that were interested only wanted to give a range estimate over the phone based on my description of the work. The estimates were lower, but not firm, so I passed. Repipe 1 gave a firm estimate and stuck to it, which is something I think most consumers are concerned about. They seem to be very experienced with this type of work (complete re-piping of a house) and were able to work around issues with the house's construction, like limited access in the attic. The plumbing needed to be re-routed because of access issues in the attic and the house being on a slab, with some of the original pipes going through or under the concrete. There were also problems in the kitchen due to new cabinets, but they were able to make it work. So again, overall, I think there were less issues to deal with than I would have had if I hired someone who did not specialize in this type of work, and if they fixed their communication issues, I would give them better ratings, although for me, I've been very generous.

I called and made an appointment for the salesman to come out and he gave me an estimate. I had a water leak at the time and the day he came I had an insurance adjustor, the water restoration people here and this guy came so it was kind of a short conversation. Thought he was very, very professional, he explained how it worked, what the process involved and if I had chosen to go that route I would have gone with him. They were professional, they were on time, I thought the quote was reasonable and I would recommend them.

I am a contractor; so when I cannot do the work myself, I am very cautious about who I hire to do the work on my home. Repipe 1 was courteous and professional. During the estimate, Chris K. was informative and polite. He did not bad mouth the competition; but he did point out what Repipe 1 does to provide a top quality service and product. I was able to use the information that Chris provided me to assess what the other two repiping companies had quoted. I went with Repipe 1 because they were providing the best product and warranty at a reasonable price. They were not the lowest price; but they offered more for the money, including everything that I needed to complete the job. They were also able to start right away, which was important since Thanksgiving was only three days away and we had family coming to visit. On the first day of work, they draped almost the entire interior of my house with plastic and covered the flooring with blankets to limit the amount of dust and debris migrating throughout the house and settling on the furniture. They worked non-stop and had the entire house repiped and water service back on in one day. The second day, the city inspected and approved the work. The third day, Repipe 1 sent their dry wall crew who also draped off the areas of work from the rest of the house and completed the drywall patching and texturing in one day. The fourth day of work, the masonry crew came to replace a few broken tiles in the showers with tile that I provided them (this was worked out ahead of time in the estimate) and to patch a few holes in the drywall (in the garage attic) that were missed on day three by the drywall crew. One of the garden hose back flow preventers on a hose bib failed and the company sent someone out to take a look and replace it on a fifth day. No problems. That was it. I did not have to complain or get angry about anything related to this work. I knew that repiping an entire house would be a big job; so I stayed informed and involved. Any requests that I made along the way were reasonable; and Repipe 1 was prompt and professional in taking care of them. It was evident that this company understands that quality and service are what wins future business. You can see that company philosophy in the vast number of positive reviews for this company on Angies List and other places on the internet. Repipe 1 gets my highest recommendation.

They broke away some of the bricks. They sent someone out to take pictures of the damage even though we took pictures. We have not heard from them since. They were very courteous and cleaned up very well after themselves, but they have not responded to the damage. Update as of 2/18/15: They have since come out to fix the work. I am now satisfied with the work they have done.

They got permits and everything included in that price. They were topnotch. They were never late and were always on time. The pricing was phenomenal. They were the best priced company out there. The quality of work, the cleanliness, the accuracy and everything was good. If my friends or family needed re-piping done and if they had a waiting list, I would ask them to wait, because they are phenomenal.

We were about to start hot mop and tiling when the copper pipe had a pin whole leak. Our neighbor used Repipe1 to do her bathroom remodel and said "It's not if, it's when and I'm not waiting for when." She was right and she recommended Repipe1. Just when I decided to do some upgrades to my kitchen I noticed that the walls inside the cabinets were soft and had a funny smell. The more I looked the more I found. To my surprise there was a small leak behind the cabinets. It was then when I knew I needed to take care of it right away. After doing some research I decided to call REPIPE 1 Restoration for help. Turns out the mold came from a leak coming from the kitchen sink. So the technician and I discussed the options for solution and immediately began the work. Everything was neatly done and in a timely manner. Long story short, Repipe1 Restoration was the best choice I could have made for the repairs I needed completed. Received several estimates. They were the cheapest. They did the entire repipe in one day. Next day was the drywall patching. They did a good job. The only problem I had was when they had to punch a hole in my shower wall tile, they didn't want to pay for a tilesetter to fix the two tiles. They said we only repair the holes in the drywall. They finally relented and fixed the tile. But overall, a good experience.

My sister and I decided to remodel our bathroom but when we hired a contractor to do the work he discovered heavy mold behind a wall due to a pin hole leak from one of the pipes, my friend had recently hired Repipe 1 and referred them to me. I called in the weekend (since I work Mon-Fri) and they were able to schedule me for a next day inspection. A very professional and knowledgeable tech (Carlos) explained to me the process and even told me that some insurances cover mold, we sat down and looked through my policy and found out that my insurance provider indeed covered mold. The tech helped me open the claim and they began work right away, the complete mold remediation was complete within a couple of days, and Repipe 1 send all paperwork to my insurance, making it so much easier for me. I really thought this unfortunate event was going to cause a hole in my pocket but it really didn't cost me much! Thank you so much Repipe 1! From the get go to the end, Repipe 1 provided me with excellent customer services by their very professional and attentive staff. I had a pipe burst in the bathroom in the middle of the night and within minutes my bathroom was literally flooded with water, I called Repipe 1 and surprisingly a live person answered my call, they send out someone right away to assess the damage and prevent secondary damage. The whole project took roughly 2 to 3 weeks but with the help and guidance from the staff the process was not as overwhelming as I thought it would. Great job Repipe 1!! Not many companies left that actually care about providing you with such amazing customer service. Repipe1 also remediated preexisting mold that was in my bathroom from a previous water damage. They were very professional and passed mold testing the first time. I really appreciated all their help.

Its been 20 months now since the job, I didn't want to review right away in case issues developed. but so far no problems other than a loud squeal or squeaking sound as the patio spigot is turned on or off, it's just momentary,but you can actually manipulate the sound by carefully controlling the flow at a very low rate. I'm pretty sure I know the cause and it can be easily remedied when I get to it. The crew, headed up by Mario was very professional, polite and punctual. they even went above and beyond on a few things. Had a slight leak at first under the powder room sink, but Mario came right over and took care of it. I have recommended them to others and will do in the future. The patch up job by Victor was equally professional and punctual, he even took the time to show me the technique of how to match the texture. I've since had the house repainted and you can't tell where the repairs were made! Good job guy's! My wife and I are both very happy with the work. The price could always be better, but I feel it was fair and reasonable.

Hired the company based on great ratings and the best pricing for the project. The project manager Miguel and his crew were professional, pleasant and easy to work with. The crew arrived at the specified time and quickly went to work. Miguel anticipated that the project would take a couple of days, however the entire job was completed in a little over seven hours. Also to my relief, they replaced the flooring in my hot water heater closet, eliminating a potentially dangerous structural collapse which another company failed to correctly to address. I'm very pleased with with Repipe 1 (5 star service.)

They were very good and very fast! The whole process only took a few days, which was hard to believe. There was 1 day when the drywall repair guys did not show up but they quickly rectified the problem and handled it very professionally. We are very pleased with their quality of work and would highly recommend them (already have!) to anyone looking to repipe their home.

I am not able to use it at this time, but I hope to do so in the future.

. Plumbers were good.....but let me tell you the drywall guy was amazing. No dust, perfect match. In some areas you can not even tell there was a hole there. Cant say enough. Done in a week, plumbing, dry walling, and inspection. Goo experience.

We did get some sort of package deal and that's how they priced it. The deal we got fit our needs. Besides permit costs which vary by location, we didn't have to pay anything extra. The job took 3 days. Their cleanup was good. They were timely and professional. The thing to remember is that you will have a lot of interior patching in your home. Be aware that your home will look a little disfigured afterwards. They patched the walls, but you may need to paint.

David was very helpful in scheduling a technician to come out to the commercial property to look over the damage and give us a quote, all for free and within 2 hours of me calling him! He sent Dalton out who was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Within 2 days we had them come out, give us a quote, and start work. They were even able to accommodate working off hours since the property needs be open with running water during the day. They stayed nice and friendly even with my multiple phone calls and emails. The end result was amazing! The guys who came in were very gracious, neat and professional! They even installed an extra waterproof material with a lifetime warranty, and a custom made metal plate for the floor. They went up and beyond what I thought they would do and I am very happy with their work.
