Description of Work: I recently wrote of a huge disappointment in dealing with Repipe 1. Since then I was contacted by the company and told after reviewing my complaint that they were incorrect in not correcting their mistake. This speaks volumes for their customer service and quality improvement. I have changed my opinion 100% and would use this company now going forward.

Description of Work: I am blown away by the amount of work he has done and how fast he has done it. The whole neighborhood has been having problems with our plumbing! I had 5 or 6 leaks under our house. They came in and re-piped our house in 1 day! I was a a little worried when the house started to look like swiss cheese. I scheduled with a salesman and had the house re-piped. They patched the holes and sprayed with texture. They have done an excellent job! I cannot believe how well it blends in!

Description of Work: Very professional and good quality. The pricing you have to watch and that's by the representative. One quoted me at a price that I didn't follow through with at first than I had another come by because I misplaced the first quote the next customer rep quoted me $2k more than the previous! Because I found my first quote I was able to get that one but there was still some shady business that was attempted until I noticed it and then they fulfilled the first quote priced service. Do cold call scheduled estimates from a few before deciding on the service provider you desire is my suggestion.

Description of Work: They repiped from copper to plex plastic pipe in a 2200 sqft. 2 bathroom, kitchen, two outside water spicket house. Would recommend them to anyone. They were always on time, professional, curdious, and the best priced company for repipe out there. They even repaired drywall with texture where ever they had to cut into the walls. An A+ company.

Description of Work: Estimate was highest of all proposals by $2000 of middle range. shared proposals and they would only come down $1000. Not worth it. Bad customer service.

Description of Work: Repiped our entire house. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Our home is old and had some glitches. They were handled quickly and honestly.

Description of Work: This provider was hired by my HOA to re pipe our condos. During the job a wire was cut for the power to my dryer. When told and shown pictures of the cut wire, Repipe 1 denied repair costs to fix their mistake, and left the problem for me. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had Repipe 1 fix a leak in my master bath shower and repair drywall, and install all new tile in my master bath and tub surround. The job did take longer than I expected due to some "glitches" along the way, but in the end they did get it all taken care of to my satisfaction. Everyone was very nice to deal with, and responded immediately when I brought a couple of problems to their attention that I noticed even after the job was completed and paid for.

Description of Work: Repiped my entire house and patched all of the dry wall in 2 days. It is a messy process but they were able to keep the dust and mess to a minimum. Chris my sales representative was professional and attentive. Albert the forman for the plumbing piece of the job was thoughtful and professional with his team and myself. The lead for the drywall patching did an incredible job. You can't tell that there were even holes in my ceiling and walls.
