The company has done everything possible to move the job forward. $57.00 is inexpensive for peace of mind and worth it especially since it also comes with a $500.00 service credit. Management is wonderful with follow up and really works towards providing customer satisfaction.

Great, the craftsmen was at job site on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. He kept everything clean and told me about other things that would probably need care in the future. Great experience.

Repipe 1 responded to my request for an inspection and service the same day. Work began the next day and was performed to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with. My only gripe was the price, which was a bit high.

The crew at repipe 1 did a great job on a full pex repipe. Carlos Corrales was the project manager. I found Carlos and his crew to be very courteous and helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the process. He went above and beyond to get the job right. We had an issue with relocating laundry hookups, and Carlos came up with great solutions to solve the problem. He seemed like a genuine guy who wanted to help us. They were on time, and did what they said they would do. Also, thanks to Carlos for being there for the city final inspection. Great Service!

Problem: Angle stops (toilet water supply) were centered directly behind the rough cut out in the master bath and 2nd bathroom upstairs and new Water Sense toilets (Kohler Santa Rosa) could not be installed without moving the angle stops to the left or right by about six inches. Background: Repipe1 repiped our 2500 sq ft house with PEX pipe about 3 years ago. We had experienced two pin holes leaks in our copper piping over a relatively short span of time. I had a plumber repair the first leak which was an easy repair although I thought the repair cost was high (>$600) for about an hour of labor. The second leak appeared some time later in the slab underneath the cabinets in the kitchen. We called a different plumber (Desmond Chattleton of Affordable Plumbing) who recommended we repipe and referred us to Jim Michaelson of Repipe1. Jim presented his price proposal and we signed the contract on the first visit. I like Repipe1?s business model. It?s a fixed price contract that covers the complete repiping of the house including repairing holes in the dry wall. A water supply was abandoned behind the refrigerator by mistake, but Repipe 1 came out to fix the problem immediately with no questions asked. The repipe crew was very good and I have to commend the workmanship of the person who repaired the dry wall; he did an excellent job. Discussion: We are in the process of updating our bathrooms including new flooring. We bought new water sense toilets, but the workman was unable to install the new toilet in the master bath because the angle stop was hitting the back of the toilet. We had the same problem in the 2nd bath. I initially thought about calling Repipe1, but figured they only do whole-house repiping not plumbing repairs after reading comments on Angie?s list. I called two plumbers; one who had done some minor work for us previously, but was not readily available; and Affordable Plumbing. I got a return call from Steve of Affordable Plumbing who said he had no real experience with PEX pipe and recommended I call Repipe 1 to see if they could help. I called Jim Michaelson, who was out of state, and he asked me to call the corporate office since I was a prior customer. I called the corporate office and the president of the company answered (Danny Zilberberg). He offered to send out a plumber (Fernando) the same day and I thought that?s great! We agreed on a repair price ($200) I thought was fair and we were set to go. Unfortunately, the tile contractor was completing grouting and recommend no one walk on the tile for another 24 hours to let it set-up. I called Danny back and he scheduled Fernando to come out the next business day. Fernando showed up right on schedule with his partner John. The angle stops were relocated in about an hour. I agreed to do the dry wall repair since I have a painter coming in later in the week. Fernando mentioned that angle stops should be located off-center to the rough out to permit installation of the toilet. New water sense toilets have a different design than conventional toilets and do not have the clearance to allow the angle stop to be directly behind the toilet. End of Story: I mentioned Fernando's honest and frank assessment to Danny and he agreed to waive the $200 repair cost after conferring with Fernando. I?m a very happy customer and highly recommend Repipe1! They have an outstanding business model and the experience and expertise to get the job done right at a reasonable fixed price. I appreciate their high ethical standards too.

After getting 4 bids, we decided to go with Repipe 1. it was the right decision. they were professionals, fast, polite and left the house clean. we are so happy with the results and recommend anyone who have plumbing problems to hire this guys.

They came out right away and were honest in saying they couldn't find any mold. He was quite thorough and checked everything. He didn't shortcut anything. They didn't even charge me a service fee. My allergist was so impressed and wanted the name of the company because they were honest and a lot of his patients need someone to check for that type of thing. I would refer him to others as well.

I got the bid one afternoon & they were able to schedule the next day. Crew arrived on time, worked steady & fast & skillfully. They also cleaned up when finished. The patching began the next day. Repipe One arranged the inspection and called me promptly in the AM with the window of time & my number on the list to be inspected. There was 1 area of dry wall patching that I wasn't happy with. I called the office & they arranged for someone to redo the patch the next day. No hassle, no attitude , just great service. I was impressed. FYI, if the outside stucco is cut open, that will require 2 more visits from the building inspector, but all was handled by Repipe One, the next day. Also, 4 of my friends used this company & were very pleased with their service.

After a water heater leak in a 50 year old rental property I own, and the resulting floor damage (which was considerable), I started to notice some of the galvanized pipes springing leaks. At this point, I know it's time to get the house repiped. You just can't replace old pipes in sections, as it's going to leak somewhere else.. I received bids from 2 "A" rated companies, and the bids were very similar. I spoke to another A rated company, and they couldn't be bothered to come out, and 2 other plumbers wanted the job, but weren't experts in re-piping. Note that this is not a job for a regular plumber, you need a dedicated repipe company. Initially, I wasn't going to call Repipe 1, as their listing here shows the location as Irvine, which is 50+ miles from me. Once I spoke with them, I found out that they're really in Reseda, which is much closer. If you have a plumbing problem, you want someone who is close. The sales guy came by and gave me a bid on the spot. In reality, they don't really have to look around much, it's based mostly on the number of bathrooms. Their bid was in line with what I had been expecting, and they could start in a few days. Pretty much, you only have to decide on copper or Pex. I chose copper. They started on time, finished repiping 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, changed out some plumbing going into the house, and replaced 2 shower valves in a day and a half. How this is possible is beyond me. They cleaned up nicely every day and they only shut down the water for 5 hours or so. The repipe was complete on Friday, and the city inspected on Monday. On Tuesday, they sent in their drywall patching team, and the walls are smooth and ready for paint. This company did 100% of what they promised, with zero additional costs. Highly recommended.

After 5 damaging pipe leaks in 2 years, decided I had to repipe whole home. Repipe 1 put in PEX lines and changed out all supply lines and connectors with the exception of the dishwasher line, which was not part of the package for some reason. Took one day to repipe, one day for the city inspection (which they coordinated and pulled the permit for), and then one day to patch and repair the drywall to paint-ready. Both repipe and patch crews arrived on time, and the quality of the work appeared good in both cases. Pleasantly surprised at how well the patch work came out. My only suggestion to them would be to see if they could do better prepping of the interior and garage to minimize the inevitable dust and splattering, and/or to allow more time for clean up of the biggest messes. There was a lot of dust, which is to be expected, but also a lot of drops, splatters and crusted drywall materials on all floors, baseboards, toilets & tubs, doors, door handles etc. The bathrooms and garage were pretty bad. The splatters and splashes on the floors and baseboards are the hardest for me to clean due to a bad back and knees. But I've experienced much worse from repair crews in the past, and otherwise the work was well organized/coordinated and overall satisfactory. Update: Was contacted by account manager a week after the work and my review, to address my comments and overall rating. He offered me a $200 gift certificate for maid service to make up for the cleaning issues I encountered after the work was complete. I declined since I'd already had to do the clean up myself, but I appreciated the fact that my opinion and their reputation mattered and that they were willing to offer some compensation for my experience. He agreed to my request that they consider ways they might improve in the cleanliness area going forward, and I was satisfied with that response. Based on this effort, I updated their ratings for responsiveness and professionalism from Bs to As, and their overall rating up to A (since the majority of categories were As).

I called on August 17, 2015 because I needed to have my entire house re-piped. Luckily, the owner, Daniel, answered my call and was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable in the industry. We spoke for approximately 25 minutes and he explained in detail the difference between Pex and copper. I couldn't believe that I was running my house with copper all these years. The crew was sent the next day! Thanks to Repipe1, my entire house was completed in 3 days!! I was shocked with the superb service!! If I could rate higher, I definitely would. It was money that was well spent and I recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thanks Daniel and for your team! I called Daniel and he acted like a recording, saying the same thing over three times in a row. I couldn't get a word in, to explain what I wanted to ask. He was rude on the phone. Just by his customer service over the phone I would not use him. Customer Service is first! Even if the plumbing service that I needed for the retrofit of a water heater is not what he does, his rudeness does not belong on a phone call without a, "Hello this is Daniel from Repipe, how may I help you?"

Repipe 1 did an excellent job. They handled all permitting with the city and sent two separate crews to handle all work. The first crew did the repiping in a day, city inspector came out and inspected work the following day and the day after the drywall crew came out to close up the holes from the first crew. Very efficiently run and very professional. Highly recommend,you won't be disappointed .Ceiling drywall work is hard to match and their crew is amazing. True artists and you can tell they take pride in their work. They even fixed a hole caused by a door knob at no additional cost and we didn't even ask them to do it.

They were looking for full amount of coverage from insurance, but not just based on the work.

When I bought the house 15 years ago, the home inspector told me that the water pipes were copper, but the drains needed work. One day the fear of a leak became greater than the fear of the cost and mess. Thankfully I had Angie's List and I found a company that just did re- piping that had an AAA rating. The project manager came to my house and listened to what I wanted and needed and explained what they can do. I asked do divide up other projects that I needed until I paid for this one first. He was very helpful in working out a payment plan that I liked. The worker showed up on time and ready to go with full knowledge of the job agreed upon. He explained what he needed and where he would be working and I helped him get organized. He was always working, but always available to answer questions and explained everything. He showed me the old drain pipes and how clogged they were. He also showed me the copper water pipes that had been combined with some other metal without connectors to protect the copper. So now the copper pipes were being destroyed. Because he did such a great job I asked the project manager if he would delay the patchwork of the walls and go ahead with doing the replacement of the copper pipes with the new plastic. A deal was worked out and they will return on July 16th to fix the water pipes. 100% lifetime warranty on parts and labor. And they patch and re-texture the walls to paint ready finish. My son is in construction and had just learned about how to use connectors to combine copper with galvanized pipes. So we knew that the worker was truthful in telling the problem with my copper water pipes. My son also helped me decide on the plastic which is easier to install. The only thing they don't do is the camera to check the total drain to the city. That is another company.

I have a big house and they did the whole repipe in one day. Granted, it was a long day but they did it. Great company

Talk about prompt, courteous, organized, clean and going above and beyond to make a customer satisfied. My neighbor was right when he said look no further and call Repipe 1. Hands down the best around, they delivered on everything they said they were going to. The crews took care in the work they were doing and it truly showed. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Plumbers and drywall technicians arrived on time and worked diligently. They were very neat and clean. I was surprised at the limited size and number of holes in my walls. The drywal repairl was excellent. Even the painter commented on how well it was done. Given the problems we had with pin hole leaks for 4 years, I should have done this sooner.

After suffering a late night kitchen flood, I called the after hours number listed on Angie's List. The man who answered the phone barely spoke or understood English and had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned Angie's List and the fact that I needed someone to remediate the damage. I then called the toll free number listed on the company's website and got an answering machine. I left a message, explaining the problem in brief. I never received a call back.

Amazing!!!! Everything was perfect from the help to all of the finish work!!! They started my job on Thursday April 16 and Monday April 21, 2015 it was completed WITH inspections. I hired the right company for the job!!!! The employees were professional & clean and all of my questions were answered. If your looking to get your house re piped hire this company you won't regret it. I would recommend repipe 1 to all of my family & friends. You can't even tell I had over 25 holes in my drywall, the drywall finisher was amazing, clean and professional. Thank you repipe 1 you brought back my faith in the construction industry. Off to find a another contractor on Angie's list for my bathrooms & kitchen.

Repipe1 repiped our entire home with their Pex product. They quoted me approximately $6700.00 and there were no hidden charges. I wondered about the quote because my next door neighbor used them as well to repipe his house, which is larger, and his quote was $6500.00.They showed up on time and finished their work as promised. We had water back online at the end of the first day. Their drywall crew showed up on time and did all the repairs as promised. They did good work. I would absolutely use this company again as they saved me money versus a copper repipe. I got a couple of quotes from two other companies and they were a few thousand dollars more. I had a couple of minor concerns that the company would be wise to watch for in the future, such as a small oil stain from one of their trucks that parked on my driveway--no big deal but little things matter. Overall I was please with their work and the quality of their repairs. They even strapped my water heater and placed an access panel on a wall at my request rather than repair the drywall. The crew was good natured and tried to accommodate any requests I had. I would use this company again.

I was pretty amazed how good theses guys were. the plumbers were fantastic. The lead Jose managed the job brilliantly. Leo ,Christian, Jose and one more guy I cant remember his name. 5 man team repiped my house in one day. The sheetrock patching team were equally fantastic. Santos, Hulio, and I think Jose. Their patchwork was A+ The owner Danny was impressive in communication and details. Tina their schedualing person kept me informed throughout the job which I greatly appreciated. If you have copper pipes in so. orange county you can expect them to leak. Mine did three times that's why I repiped the whole house. Repipe1 knows how to get the job done ! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They really were that good.

It did not work out, since we were out of the providers area. I do not feel it would be fair to the provider to give them any kind of rating, other than not applicable.
