Dear Angie, My husband and I remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. Dealing with Contractors was a pain and it took a while to make our house livable again and we decided that we had earned a vacation. After 2 weeks we came back and as soon as we opened the door we could "smell" that something was wrong. I immediately went into my new kitchen and it was a mess !! It was 8 at night (on a Sunday)and I think I started crying. We called and left a message for our Insurance Company but we wanted to find someone immediately so we started hunting online. Just the thought of having to deal with another Contractor was making me sick. We started calling companies and leaving messages and when we called Repipe 1 the owner of the company answered the phone himself ! He listened to our sad story and told us not to worry and that he would have someone at our home within 2 hours. This was now 9:00pm on a Sunday night! Dalton, our Project Manager, arrived about an hour later and said that he had seen this many times before. He detailed his plan to get rid of the mold, the bad flooring, the damaged cabinetry and even said that he would deal with our Insurance for us. A crew showed up about an hour after that and immediately went to work. We found out that one of the nails that held up the cabinets pierced a copper pipe and had started leaking inside the wall. I was not happy to see what was going on to my new kitchen, but I was happy that I had found a company that not only did the mold remediation and water damage but also ended up re piping our home for us. Thank you Repipe 1 for everything!!!

Very responsive. Was able to schedule within a week due to active leak. Two day project - one day piping, second day patching. City inspector said they never have issues with Repipe 1.

They were the first to respond and setup an appointment of all the companies I reached out to. The estimator came early OT ahead of schedule. Compared to the other company that came I don't think their guy did a thorough job looking at all the besypt possibilities for the project we would be undertaking. Young guy may not have had the most experience and likely have more knowledge to do a residential rather than a church. Everything went ok during the evaluation but it took a long while to get the estimate. Had to call a few times.

They seem pretty organized and the person has a good quote. They're pretty quick and they send people right away to fix what's needed to be fix. Overall, I'm happy with their work.

I had a slab leak and was not at all interested in fixing the problem with a jackhammer and worry about springing a leak in a different location. I went with Repipe1 because of their focus, fixed price, and lifetime warranty The schedule was flexible and the two guys that showed up were courteous and professional. There were plenty of holes in the walls afterwards, but the patch guy came in and did a decent job repairing the damage. Meticulous work, I am quite happy that I went with a company that has crews who focus on this kind of thing day in and day out, rather than a regular plumber who would only occasionally get re-pipe jobs.

I called on a Saturday in the late afternoon and got a person! I needed help with a leak at our rental property which is in Palmdale and was going out of town. They were there Monday morning and called with estimates and options right away! So responsive and respectful on the phone I'm happy that I chose to call them it was a great decision. They gave us all the facts for our project and the various prices as well as which option they would recommend which wasn't the most expensive option! Their honestly was much appreciated!

They were awesome. No detail too small, very responsive. Made a miserable experience bearable.

They were professional and did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves.

It went fine. They couldn't get a pipe connected to the upstairs shower so I had to go out and get that. They were good though, they were on time and gave me a decent price.

The repipe went really well. These guys that installed my pipes were real pros. They were a crew of 6 guys all family members.They get along really well. The main man is the father and his sons. As far as plumbing goes, they are knowledgeable. The office was very flexible as they needed to come out a few times to appease the county for permitting the job. This company also installed a new tank-less water heater for me. They had to come back to add a gas shutoff at the heater., They came out no questions asked. I gave them a B on quality and this only affected the upstairs hall way drywall patch. You see, the patch was no done in a manner to hide the fact that is was opened up. A lump appeared in the area they opened up,.Other than that, the experience was a good one. They are good people to work with bottom line.

Everything looked good. Very professional. There were issues with things not completely finished, but all was resolved the next day. Their customer service was good and fair. They made sure everything was done and checked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend or use them again.

Asked for a quote to repipe but the person that came to my house said that it was too architecturally difficult. Interestingly enough, three other repipe competitors were able to quote me without any issues. The guy spent about 2 minutes whereas the other companies spent 1-2 hours inspecting. Maybe my house didn't fit into their repipe equation exactly but I was pretty shocked that I was denied business.

Slight problem with the draining of the washer move but the company reacted and fixed the issue. Very professional and good quality. Communication throughout the entire process was key for me. If you have a house that needs re-piping I would highly recommend. Work was performed in a couple of days, and then re-patched a day after inspection.

Overall, we are happy with the job. The worker showed up on time and did a great job putting the Pex in with minimal damage to the walls. Where possible, the holes were made in places that would not be seen, such as through the wall inside cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. We were not happy with the patch job to the stucco outside, but it was later resolved when we called to let them know about it.

They did a good job, especially the drywall patchers provided however they did a less than good job returning my grass and flowerbed back to the condition it was before they installed the new pipe from the meter to the house.

Overall, very well. the actual repiping was done in two days. They are very good at keeping things clean. The patching work was very well done. They did have to be supervised, and I caught a few things they had to change.

They were excellent. They came and gave their bid. Once accepted they started the job that week and were done in three days. There will be many holes in your walls, many, but they put it all back together in one day. Their texture skills to match our existing walls is better than any painter we have ever used. We did spring a leak the next day prior to the holes being patched. Someone was out to the house in one hour to fix it. Excellent service. The crews were great. I highly recommend them.

Chris was the person whom I met initially. Very easy to deal with, very descriptive, and financing is very flexible. The support people on the phone Danny, Tina, Sam very polite and responsive on the phone. What's annoying is that for the volume of business that they do, and their office being in SF valley, they did not anticipate some of the demands of the city inspector. It all started with the shower fixture for hot and cold. apparently, nowadays you are obligated to pick a one handled shower fixture with a special positemp valve to prevent burns(supposedly per city code, no such thing as 3 handled shower fixtures anymore). Because of this, the 3 day job turned into almost 3 weeks and added to the cost and arranging time off work to allow the inspector access. I also had to buy the new shower handle myself ($200) because it would cost a new service charge for Repipe plumber to come back and amend what they did not anticipate to be a major inspection problem. The inspector made it seem like this issue was supposed to be plumbing 101 as far as city code demands go. Be prepared that when the inspector doesn't like something, the holes in your walls will remain unpatched until the issue is corrected to the inspector's satisfaction. Since I chose to do my repipe before the holidays, I spent the holidays with holes in the wall and a draft coming through. The city inspection was a major blemish on this experience. The inspector didn't even inspect the actual pipes under the house. He actually told me that if there's a problem I'd find out when my floor is ruined when the pipes burst. Well, at least Repipe supposedly has a lifetime warranty.

This project was scheduled approximately one month in advance. On the morning of the first day of the project, the crew was on time and began work right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they worked together as a team. The installation was completed in one day with no issues. A couple members of the team even took some time to show the PEX installation process to myself and a couple neighbors; this was greatly appreciated. We had scheduled this project well in advance so that I could arrange for time off of work. As it turns out, even with a one month's advance notice, the building permit was not obtained for this project until after the work was performed. Therefore the inspection could not be performed on the pre-planned day (this was the day that the permit was actually obtained). This forced me to loose another day's work on the day that the inspection eventually did occur. The inspector commented on the high quality of the workmanship and materials. However, he did request a couple minor corrections; which Repipe1 agreed to address. On two occasions, at the pre-arraigned time for their plumber to show up to make the corrections, he/she was a no show. Not only was he/she a no show, but I was not given a courtesy call informing me that they would not be able to make their appointment; I had to call the company to learn that the plumber would not be showing up. The repiping has been completed, the corrections are completed, the walls are patched up and the plumbing is working better than I could have anticipated. The workmanship is superior. It appears that their "front-office" may have a some kinks to work out.

Amazing group of employees and a full day job done in perfect harmony. Each employee knew their area of responsibility and the work flowed together like an orchestra following the conductor's lead. They know their business and how to please the customers!

I was told when they would start the job and that it would take a couple days. Then there would be a piping inspection then they would come back and patch all the walls and then the final inspection would be made. They started right on time and were actually done in one day (I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and asked to have an extra outlet added in the back yard) I was very happy about the time. I looked at the job because it was still open and they did a really good job very neat they removed all the old pipe and cleaned up behind them. Long store short by the 5th day all inspections were done all the walls were patched with zero fuss. I would highly recommend this company. Kevin

We are currently getting our bathroom remodeled. After many pinhole leaks and lack of water flow to our new bathtub, we decided to replace our copper piping with PEX. RePipe 1 gave us the best deal out of all our bids. They were fast, had great communication, and very professional. We had the pleasure of working with Greg, who easily eased our anxiety as first time homeowners doing major renovations. We thank Re-Pipe 1 for being our silver lining during our home improvements.

everything went well except they stole a soldering torch. I don't know if they stole anything else or not.

Their prices are comparative. The house is 13 square feet, it was a good price compared to the other estimates I’ve got. That’s all they do is repiping. They don’t come fix leaks or any problem like that.
