Dave and Jesse arrived on-time, if not early. Both men were professional in their demeanor and knowledge. The job as completed quickly and the site was left very clean. Dave offered suggestions to better improve the drainage. I will definitely hire Bel Aire Gutter Cleaning again.

The 2 technicians were prompt. They went up on the roof and inspected. Told me that "You have no gutters." Once I recovered from that surprise, I directed them to a short gutter inside my atrium. It was jammed with leaves,etc. They cleaned it out thoroughly. I didn't like that they used a blower to clean the atrium but they swept up every particle. Very thorough and detail oriented. Very polite and careful as they had to walk through the house to get to the atrium.

The project went well- they showed up on time and spent most of the day completing the project. As we face the beach, it takes more time to clean with salt and hard water deposits- They then followed up on whether we were satisfied -

They did a fabulous job. They did all the exterior windows in the house. I thought they were very resonably priced. I don't recall if I paid extra because of the number of windows, but it was very resonably priced.

If you would like to waste an entire day waiting for a contractor to show up, give Pro Works a call. Scheduled a time with Pro Works to wash our windows. The scheduled time was today from noon to 2:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, I called and left a voicemail. About 30 minutes later, someone called me and said they would be here between 4:00 and 5:00. Then at 4:00, he said it would be another hour. I asked how many people were in his crew. He said only one, himself. I asked how he could get all the windows done today. He said he would do the outsides of the windows today and the insides on another day. I said, "Thanks, but I've wasted enough of my time with your company." What's the deal with contractors these days?

OK. I assume the gutters are clean now. The problem is we were charged an up charge over the angies list price due to the square footage of our house but we only have 3 very short gutters. It only took about 15 minutes. I'm sure there was no reason to upcharge us.

This is the first time I use professional window cleaning service. It was a very pleasant experience. I have a two story house. The windows were very dirty. Ilia climbed up a ladder to wash outside of the windows first, patiently removing dust and gunk on them. He then washed inside of windows and washed and dried the screens. My windows and screens are sparkling clean now. Jobs well done. I also appreciates that he took off his shoes before entering my home without me asking.

it went well. They were supposed to arrive between 10 and 12 and at 11:50 I got a call informing me they were running behind and would be there at 2. They did arrive by 2 and I was happy with the job they did. my windows look great.

On time and all seems in order.

We had bad rains after that and we didn't flood. They were very quick, efficient and thorough. They were nice. We had called other places and the others' were quite expensive. There was nothing negative about the experience.

Don't waste your time with this company. I, like the several of the reviews, got the run around about meeting times. They were no shows not once, not twice but three times. I do have to give the company credit in that they were quick to respond via Angie's List messenger to let me know "they are on their way". If you want to be led to believe that they are on their way and then want to receive a phone call on the third attempt wanting to reschedule again then feel free to call this company. The worse part, yes more than getting the run around three times, is that after telling the gentleman that they needed to reschedule I said I would take my business elsewhere I did not get a "sorry" or did they feel remorse in anyway.

Their pricing was good, they made and appointment quickly and they cleaned my gutters - which was long overdue.

They said that our house was bigger than what was covered by the Big Deal our house is about 2,000 square feet) and so there was an additional charge. I'm assuming they did a good job, though I'm unable to personally inspect the gutters.

Did a great job. Showed up on time, quickly got to work and cleaned the gutters without leaving any mess in my yard. They are defiantly my go to Company for gutter cleaning!!

My windows look nice, but this person was not honest. He arrived with an estimate I had given over the phone, and I immediately informed him that I didn't have as many windows as I thought. Great, he said the bill would be "less". At the end of the job, my invoice miraculously matched the original quote, and then the washer asked for the overage IN CASH. I didn't understand the screen washing charges, so I went over the original estimate. The cash thing seemed bizarre to me, so a couple hours later, I called the owners and let them know what happened. They agreed this was not policy. I checked on the website and it turns out, he totally overcharged me for this job, yet the owners have not called me back, OR reimbursed me for the overage despite promises. Unless I receive a call in the next day or 2 (that will be 1 week since the job), I will not be using this company again. I'm sure the next washer will be different, but the fact that they have ignored my calls, is troubling. UPDATE: We complained to the company and they said they'd talk to the cleaner and call us back in a couple days but then a week went by with no response. However yesterday we received a check from the company for $30 in compensation for our experience. Based on this we upped our review.
