I love that they were on time...actually a bit early. It was effortless for me. They were very conscientious about my personal property, very respectful. Totally appreciated that. I think I would definitely use again. But think kind of a little pricey but I didnt price compare and was in a pinch. Overall very pleased!!!!!!

Very high priced. Good quality work for what little they did. Threy showed up 2 hours early, caught me by surprise and were out the door in 1 hour. That is normally a good thing. One hour for the price wasn't worth it and I had to drop doing some of the work because they wanted an adsorbent amount to do a few throw rugs. You can get it done for half of their pricing.

I was extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning job. They were "ahead of schedule" (time wise), very efficient, gave me "options" regarding carpet cleaning services and prices and now my carpets look GREAT! I will hire them again.

They did an excellent job.

They were in a big hurry. Talked me into cleaning stairway and it doesn't look any better. Did not get stains out of one area rug. Will have to have them come back to reclean. Area rugs were very wet for at least two days. Left water standing on tile all around the rugs.

I was quoted a price on the phone but was charged $ 70.00 more when they arrived. I would have cancelled but I was having my interior painted the next day. I'll never use them again.

I hired them, I texted them several times for an estimate but didn't receive a response until I called. I called and was advised that they were charging 199 and they would call me before they arrived so I could be here. however I didn't get a call. Luckily, my schedule changed so i was home. They arrived 1/2 an hour early and were done in 1.5 hours. But the carpet is not clean when it dried even though they said they did a deep clean and it was kind of expensive. I will have to hire someone else to re-clean the carpet.

The employees were proficient and caring but the cost was a LOT higher than anticipated with no senior discount.

They came quickly, and did a great job...very happy with the work and will use them again.

This company is definitely a five star company. Shelley in customer service was extremely courteous and accommodating and the two gentlemen that came to clean the carpets were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job!!! I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely be using them in the future !!!
