They came when they said they would and kept in touch with me when they sent my drapes back to be cleaned again because they didn't like the job done by the cleaners. They came early to put them up and did a great job. Ken was very pleasant and professional. I will use them again and again.

Pro Carpet Care was wonderful. They were able to come and inspect our carpet within an hour of calling to schedule an appointment. Even though we had a carpet problem they could not help due to a defective carpet from the manufacturer, they were professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Pro Carpet Care to anyone who has a carpet problem and will definitely be using them for my needs in the future.
