Pro Carpet Care

This appointment was scheduled in advance. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 9 a.m. Tech's did not show up until 10:05 a.m. There was no phone call or e-mail notifying us that they would be late. I would not recommend this company for vent cleaning.

The team at Pro Care were very patient with my 84 year old Aunt. Her carpet had not been cleaned in over 15 years and it looks brand new. She is so excited to have a "new" carpet again.

Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care.

Prompt, very thorough and professional. Did an excellent job cleaning our sectional, arm chairs and dining chairs. We will use them again. A little expensive, however the results were worth it.

This is the second time I have used Pro Carpet through HomeSdvisor. The customer service and end project was that good. I will use them at least annually and probably additionally for smaller projects!

TERRIBLE! I left 2 messages, including photos, with the owner re my concerns and I still have not heard back. Steam 'cleaned' area rug on hard wood floors. The floor was wet underneath. Bits of trash still on rug! he left me with clean trash on area rug and a wet hard wood floor! Only the outsides of my arm chair were cleaned. He did not clean under the seat-cushion. I found cheerios, pencil, loom band etc. under the cushion. I was speechless when I caught up with him and saw him draining the extracted dirty water onto my California poppy flower bed! Overflowed into the gutter.

Technicians had a challenging job with the floors; they let me know when they could not remove some of the dirt, but did their very best.

They were prompt for the appointment. They knew what they needed to do and set about the task of getting the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up any of the small pieces of debris after the job. I was pleased with their work and would call them again.

He was prompt and showed up exactly on time. Started work immediately , was friendly and got my carpet spotless.

My furniture has wood all around and I cautioned the people it needed to be dried off very quickly if it got wet, this I had to keep reminding them of. Otherwise quite good.

Not happy ... the price changed drastically when the tech showed up, but used them anyway because I had taken the time off wk and needed it done ... the stains were NOT extracted. Wasted money!
