The technician Jose F arrived on time. He provided excellent customer service and very professional. The price was very affordable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Great on pick-up and delivery. Wasn't able to clean the carpet because of prior "bleeding." I still don't understand, but trust. Lower score is because they had landline and email, but did not tell me about problem until I called. So I paid $250 for a deep vacuum and maybe sanitation. Overall, thought honest and trustworthy.

They spent the time on the dirt that was needed to do a quality job. I had some horrible high traffic areas . Very pleased with the quality of the work. I had a previous cleaner that I had used for 20 years. He retired so I was in the market for a new, local, quality carpet cleaner. I suspect that my previous carpet guy was drastically under charging the going rate. I would use again and recommend even though they were more than double my previous guy. My carpet was very dirty with a lot of stains because my outgoing roommate had a dog she had not cleaned up after very well. I wasn't sure how much cleaning could help, considering most of the stains were at least a few months old. Nor did I know if it would cost a fortune. Well, our cleaner from ProCarpet Care, Jose, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable deal. It was $285 for deep cleaning and disinfecting of all the carpet in a 1100 sq foot apartment. And clean and disinfect it he did. I was amazed at the fact that Jose was able to get all but one very deep stain out of the carpet. The other stains all came out of my cream-colored carpet, amazingly enough. One of the best parts of using this company, though, was the customer service. After the carpet dried, it had a bit of a waxy residue in some places because Jose had had to use so much disinfectant to counter the dog stains. When I called the owner, Mike, he insisted that he'd send Jose back in a fee days to use some more stuff to soften the carpet a bit. Mike didn't charge me anything for this, and Jose even cleaned up a small new dirt spot my outgoing roommate had left while moving potted plants after the carpet had been cleaned. I offered to pay for that stain, but Jose said it wasn't a problem. I was extremely pleased with this company from start to finish. Jose was very friendly, did a great job, and answered my questions about spot cleaning my own stains in the future (though it'll be easier without a dog!) He did such a great job, and the residue was not his fault at all. Besides, he quickly came back to make sure it wouldn't stick. The owner, Mike, was flexible in setting up appointment times and didn't hesitate to make sure the residue issue was solved quickly. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. They do great work, have excellent customer service, and my carpet is amazingly clean now. I will absolutely be using them in the future for any regular maintenance cleaning I need.

No delays in getting appointment and the quality of the work was excellent. I added some "extras" and all the costs were carefully explained up front. Will definitely use them again

Jose did a fantastic job. We had deep dirt stains from tenant neglect and he was able to bring our carpet back to almost new! Highly recommend!

Don't let them decide how they can fix your problem, as they will do some poor work and balm you for the decision. confirm the work and out come of it.

What a great company and a great experience. The gentleman showed up on time, quickly gave me a very reasonable quote. He had a wonderful personality and my rugs were cleaned in no time. I will surely call them again and refer them to my friends.
