Mike was available to answer my calls and concerns at any time. I did not have to wait for a return call. Also, he answered my emails promptly. Frank and a helper came out to service my showers and did awesome handyman work in a short amount of time. The arrived on time, which is greatly appreciated, and did all the tasks that were asked of them. I would certainly hire them again.

On time, very thorough

My experience with this company was a disaster!! Someone by the name of Nelson came to my home for a minor floor repair. When I made the appointment with Mike (the owner of this company), I was assured that the technician would place felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs as well as repair the torn linoleum. Nelson said that was not his real name, but the name of his deceased brother. He said he had never met Mike and he offered do additional jobs in the future for half the price that Mike had quoted me. Nelson's work was awful!!!!!!!!!! He cut the repaired piece of linoleum unevenly and used glue that was a different color then the rest of the floor. When I asked about the felt pads for the kitchen chairs that Mike had promised, the technician denied being told by Mike. Nelson did agree to go to Home Depot to get the pads. The next day the pads fell off the chair legs and tore the linoleum. I called Nelson and scheduled him to return on Tuesday morning to correct the repair. On Monday morning two men I never met showed up at my door and demanded my cleaning ladies let them in to repair the floor. They entered the house and stood on the wet kitchen floor while one of the ladies came to the back of the house and told me what was happening. I asked them why they showed up a day early and why hadn't someone notified me of this appointment change. I told them to leave because the house was being cleaned. I immediately called Nelson and his excuse was he had another job on Tuesday and he rescheduled the appointment for the next Saturday. I contacted Mike and shared what had occurred. He asked me not to write a review and he would get another technician to come back and correct the damage. He aid he would call me within a week. After waiting two weeks, I called him. Mike was very rude and told me Nelson would have to return to my home. I told him I would never allow Nelson to enter my home ever again!!!!

I made an appointment with Mike, the owner, to have carpets cleaned at 4:00 PM on a specific day. I explained the reason I needed that specific date and time. The morning of the appointment, I received 2 voicemails, between approximately 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM, from Mike telling me that the technician was in the area and ready to clean. I called Mike back explaining again, why I needed the 4:00 PM appointment. I received 2 more calls during the course of the afternoon asking me if I could have the carpets cleaned earlier than 4:00, because his technician had another appointment in another city. I told Mike to cancel and had to scramble to find someone else who was available. I would not choose to go through that headache again.

The primary problem was a large coffee stain from a whole cup of coffee. While he worked hard at it, the stain persists

I was quoted $15 a foot to have my dryer vent cleaned. It seemed like a great deal. charged $150 so i guess I have 10 feet? i think i would have liked to see the guy measure since my dryer sits very close to the wall. other than that...so happy with the service. my dryer runs so efficiently now. plus, now my house won't burn down.

My carpet looks great. Pro Carpet Care sent an experienced person who was on time and did an excellent job. My appointment was at my convenience . I appreciated the follow-up call to see if my carpet man had arrived and what kind of job he was doing. I would have this company again if I have more carpet or flooring needs.

Good work and very prompt but very expensive, $15 per foot. Our bill came out to be $450 but since the technician cleaned our vent less than 1 hr, we got a discount and the final bill is $300 - twice what our regular guy charges. Will go back to our regular person.

The representative carpet repair man knew what he was doing. I had some 15 year old berber carpet remnants, and some badly dog-stained areas. He matched the direction of the patching with the existing carpet, just the way I wanted. I knew it was one of those tedious, unpleasant jobs that would not look brand new, and not many would be willing to tackle it. looks so much better now. Kudos to Pro Carpet Care!
