They also cleaned my 35 shutters in my house that were full of dust from construction. Mike, the owner, gave me great tips for taking care of my new wood floors. Will definitely use them go forward for all of my cleaning needs.

appt with them was at 9am-930 had to call twice arrived 1120am was to be with a quick dry it is 4pm and i have fans on in both areas that were cleaned and it is still very wet never received the invoice until way after 1pm the carpet cleaner was upset because he wanted his check so they could go onto their next appt and by 12 i wrote out to who he said but we wanted a receipt so i think the billing should show up so the customer could see it before handing it over

Their prices fluctuate wildly, they promised to be at my place to do the stretching and cleaning at 3 different times, the cleaner showed up and did good work but they had a separate crew to stretch and they never showed, I finally cancelled at 7:10 pm. The cleaning was good but the price wasn't great and they aren't reliable or direct in their business.

MIKE was very responsive, calling me within 10 minutes of my posting. Scheduled cleaning on the day and time I requested. BRANDON arrived as scheduled and after finalizing the telephone estimate went right to work. He is efficient, exceptionally polite and just as MIKE promised anxious to please meeting each request pleasantly and professionally. My 8' sofa was 25+ years old, but had rarely been used and unstained, only collecting dust over the years. The cleaning treatment did exactly as I was hoping by brightening the dulled fabric. I had forgotten to ask MIKE so asked BRANDON for and received a fair estimate for cleaning a relatively inexpensive 4X6 rug which has been used daily for around 6 years. BRANDON removed one stain and his cleaning efforts brought the material back to life, ensuring at least several more years of service. This was my first experience with upholstery cleaning and as the stars indicate I was pleased with all aspects of the service and final results. Will definitely call PRO CARPET CARE for future planned or unexpected needs and appreciate the $20.00 coupon given with my receipt.

I did not have the tile cleaned or sealed by Pro Carpet, they made it to complicated/problematic. But had it done by another company it was quick and easy. But had the carpet stretched by Ramon. He was excellent. He knows his job and does it well.

My carpet was VERY dirty, looks good now. Mike and Jose were great.

Pro-Care Technician was on time, took precautions to protect floor and carpet areas prior to cleaning the couch and loveseat.

These people cleaned up what Carpet Man cheated me on. Carpet Man had left the rug soaking wet. I thought it would dry but in 2 days it didn't. Carpet Pro came out on an emergency to kill the bacteria that had accumulated. They also cleaned and said that Carpet Man had not even cleaned. It was still dirty. They told me that Carpet Man had a bad reputation. So why did you give them 4 stars? Anyhow so far, Carpet Pro is very good and kind.

They worked hard to get my old carpet as clean as possible.
