Working with Mike & Ken was a great experience. Mike set-up the appointment for the estimate; Ken arrived on time to and thoroughly checked the carpet, gave the estimate. Within a few days Ken returned to clean the carpet and I was extremely satisfied, he did a great job. They were very professional, made the initial contact from my information indicated on ServiceMagic, followed-up with me, set-up the appointments, then sent me an email to me concerning the time, date. It was a great experience. I would recemmend Pro Carpet Care to everyone.

Saturday night, we returned home to find that our dog had urinated on our new couch. We contacted Servicemagic Saturday night and received a call from Pro Carpet on a SUNDAY! The pros arrived promptly Monday morning, removed the stain, cleaned the entire couch and sanitized it. They were friendly, professional and competent. We will definitely use Pro Carpet Care again.

Explained my situation to the gentleman that came to my home and after evaluating and giving me the estimate for the jobs, he was able to work something within my budget for both jobs to be completed. He re-attached my carpet and tacked it down as requested and cleaned the downstairs room that had mega stains on it and it looks awesome. Thank you to pro carpet care.

My mother who is 82 years old and a perfectionist used Pro Carpet Care in the past, and was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. When I was down in LA for XMas, I was very pleased to see how clean the carpets were. Mike at Pro Carpet was very responsive to my ServiceMagic inquiry. We spoke on the phone about stretching the carpet and the intended results. I was very pleased with the end result.
