Very personable and polite young men, They worked fast and efficiently, but I thought the add-ons for deodorizing and scotchgarding were a little pricey - given the space cleaned. I purchased them anyway, though.

If your having an area repaired, make damn sure the carpet remnant you give them to use for thw patch.. matches. Cuz he wont ask before he does it. He will do his thing, be in and out in 20 mins with your $250 and leave you to see it later. He doesn't care.

Customer service ...great Reactive ...great technician...an upseller....once he could upsell...it was a hit and run...He could have pointed out a stubborn spot before he left...I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE...BUT HE JUST LEFT

Pro Carpet Care did a great job! We have a tri-level condo with lots of stairs and lots of carpet. After the cleaning the carpets looked brand-new! I would definitely recommend and hire again.

I initially spoke with Mike the owner. He was very kind and helpful in arranging the time for service. The technician Frank was terrific. He was very courteous and prompt The work he performed was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Pro Carpet Care.
