Henry came in and spent quality time diagnosing my erratic acting garage door. He then suggested the problem, quoted a fair price and fixed it noting a 4 month guarantee where if the problem returns within 4 months the fee to fix it will be deducted from the cost of a new motor. I call that -customer service done right.

After 30+ years, my garage stopped working. Whomp whomp.. We tried fixing it (lol) but it was just old and needed to be replaced completely. I started looking on yelp and google, scared about pricing but I came across a Reddit post about this company. I called and Daniela. (the owner) answered so quick that it startled me. Haha She was so quick to send over a technician within 2 hrs and I was so happy because my car was stuck inside not being able to lift my garage door open myself. Henry came and was able to give me an amazing quote with quick turnaround and also freed my car from being stuck inside my garage so I am forever grateful for him. I later called Daniela to scheduled a day and time to get my garage door replaced. They were able to complete the job within 2 hrs and I was impressed with their quality work and just being so responsive and kind. Daniela came after the garage door was completed to make sure everything was good and I was happy. The service was just outstanding and I am beyond happy someone recommended them on Reddit! Thank you, Daniela and crew!! Forever grateful for your professionalism and most of all, kindness!

Danielle the owner was phenomenal in coordinating our project. Our garage door broke. They came out at 9:30 at night and fixed it. Henry, the technician was phenomenal. Unbelievable talented kind, funny and so willing to do the work.

The work of Ocean Coast Garage Doors was top notch. Not only were they willing to schedule a time to accommodate our schedule on a weekend, but they finished the project quickly and were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Feel so lucky that we found Ocean Coast Garage Doors - they really helped us when we were having serious problems with our garage door opener. They also showed us how to maintain the doors to prevent further problems. The new garage door opener is quiet and works well with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Henry did a great job

I highly recommend this professional/efficient company. Henry called ahead of appointment to confirm his timetable to my rental property as I requested. He arrived on time diagnosed the problem, offered a competitive bid and completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned the area, demoed the new garage door opener operation and applied a 3 in 1 lubricant spray to the parts of both doors which should be done 6 x a year. Danielle the owner of the company sent me the information to purchase the lubricant spray for my garage doors at home! Thank you Danielle and Henry!

Very responsive and courteous. Very impressed.

I called them last minute during the rain storm we were having. Daniella was able to send someone out that same day. Originally, I had been told around 1 PM, but they were actually able to show up at 10 AM which was fantastic. The service tech was great. He called me to let me know he can come early and he said he would be there at 10 and he was very punctual. He was very friendly and personable. Great guy did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Daniella and her team. They are absolutely wonderful to work with.

Ocean Coast Garage Door did an excellent job at my house. Their quote was very competitive and they were the most professional of all the companies I had bid the project. They gave me a written quote with information on the models they would install so I could research what equipment I would be purchasing. All other companies gave me a verbal estimate and vague information. The installation of the new unit took about an hour and the installer even showed up early for the appointment. I highly recommend this company.
