100% Recommend. Amazing Service and awesome Customer Care. I needed to Add Solar Panels to my existing Solar Installation. I had quoted out from multiple different companies but OC Solar came out with the best quote with exceptional warranty of 25 Years so I went with them. The Rep helped answer every single question I had about the Initial Process and my new Solar patiently. He never called or emailed me to try rushing me. He gave me plenty of time to research before deciding to go with them. They helped with with the bank to get qualified and setup my initial Pre-Installation Consultation. After Consultation they took around a month to get a installer out. Installer was very professional and finished the installation within a day. After installation they called me on my phone and helped me setup the Tesla App and also informed that happened during the installation. They had some issue with Tiles and they said they will replace it and also color the Piles from the new Solar installation. Next day they setup an inspection with the City which was in 2 weeks. That happened Yesterday. The Installer came early Morning to help color the new Pipes for the Solar and also Brought new Tiles to replace the Broken ones on the Roof and also left few extra tiles as well. Everything was really amazing and they always kept me in loop. I had another Friend that used the same company and same exact experience.
