They walked us through their entire process and answered all of the questions and concerns we had. The report was emailed to me (my preference) in no time at all and was exactly what we wanted and needed. Overall, we were very pleased with their services and will not hesitate to contact them for our next property appraisal. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

They were a little slower than expected (2 days later than promised), but the appraisal was more favorable than expected, so it was worth the wait.

John Grichine did a terrific and professional job on a Commercial Appraiser. I called at 2:30 on a Sunday, and he was showing up and doing the appraisal 3 hours later!!!!
