Sam was incredible!!! Sam came to our home saw what we were doing and did the engineering that we needed. In one week he gave me 3 copies of full size plans and calculations to take to the city. When at the city i was told what a great job my Engineer did and the stamped and signed right on the spot over the counter. Sam is very nice and 100% reliable and YES i would use him again and would recommend him to anyone! the plans were easy to understand and very clear and everything was installed by plan and was final'd by the city in 3 days with my contractor. Many thank to Sam for helping me out on such quick notice as he is the best!!!!
