2nd time I've had Mother Earth maids come and do a deep clean. I like the quality of work they do and the friendly maids that come to my house.

It went fine. They ended up taking longer than the six hours and billed me for an additional hour. It was an extra $60. They did a good job. I didn't particularity like that they had to charge for the extra time given that it was a one bedroom apartment. The work they did was good. I would have used them continually afterwards but their fee was so much more than the Angie's List price. The regular monthly service when they quoted me was $145 which was higher than the deep clean. They did 6 hours of cleaning for $109 which was odd, it should have been less than $109 for a normal cleaning. I gave them a B because of dealing with them during the time of billing. They were there when they said they would be. I would use them again for the same sort of price they provided but I wouldn't use them on a regular basis.

Eric the service partner brought 4 ladies to my house on time to perform deep house cleaning. The ladies worked diligently and wasted no time to make sure that they deliver a top notch job for me. I am delighted to have found this cleaning company and would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent results. House was clean, fresh, walls clean, even stained stair bannisters were snubbed.

I used a deal provided by mother. I was able to schedule within a few days. they performed the basics of the deal provided and they were able to add additional services on the same day with no problems. a good work crew

This is the cleanest my house has ever been. They did a great job!

I had purchased an Angie's List Deal for $189 for a deep cleaning of a house under 2000 square feet. I had initial contact with the company and told them my house is bigger than 2000 sq feet but "My main area of concentration is downstairs the kitchen, living room, family room and bathroom." I told them they do not need to even enter two rooms upstairs and just do light cleaning in two additional bedrooms. The crew was supposed to be here at 2pm and arrived an hour late but did call beforehand to let me know they were going to be late. When the crew arrived I did a walk through of the whole house and once again reiterated please concentrate your cleaning efforts downstairs. They choose to start upstairs and after two hours of being here finally came to clean downstairs. Now granted the master bedroom and bathroom required a lot of cleaning but there were four people here. I left after they had been here two and a half hours and they immediately informed my husband after I left that their time was up and they would need to be compensated for any additional time if I wanted them to stay. They were half way done with the area I had initially told them to concentrate on. I tried to call the owner of the company and could not get a hold of anyone (granted it was after 5pm by this time) but you should be able to talk to someone if their workers are at your house and asking for more money. After trying multiple times to reach someone one of the ladies that was cleaning said she was one of the owners and if I did not want to pay the money for work she already did she was going to be out the money. I told her if she thought my housecleaning would require more time this should be stated upfront. I told her I made it abundantly clear I wanted downstairs to be the bulk of the time spent here. She did try to apologize and say I could pay her $60 instead of the $75 she said I needed to pay in addition to the $189 I had already paid. I paid her the additional money (plus a tip) because the workers worked VERY hard. and . I wish I could recommend this company (in fact some of my friends said to give them the companies' info if I liked them) but I felt like it was the old bait and switch. I paid them upfront through Angies List then halfway through they asked for more money. I don't use companies that operate in this manner. After further review of the downstairs areas they really did not clean very well at all. My tile floors are still dirty, dusting was not complete and my patio slider was not cleaned properly. I still have not heard from an owner or manager about the horrible experience I had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Am very pleased with the job they did. We have a clean house but needed a deep cleaning for grease on the fan hood, windows, floor etc. The three workers worked very hard with no break and even worked an extra 1/2 hour. I know they don't like cleaning a clean home because it's harder to see the fruits of their efforts, but we could and they did a terrific job. They cleaned the base boards, and small cob webs in the ceiling corners which I wasn?t expecting but liked. They also took the trash out which I liked too. I also like the fact that they do windows which most other services don't do. I really do like this company and will definitely use them in the future.

they were excellent arrived on time very positive attitude when I showed them what I needed and completed the work as promised and I have used various housecleaning services and nobody does as good a job as them I would certainly use them over and over with the great attitude they have and it shows they are proud of the work they do!

They cleaned the kitchen quite well. They cleaned the floors quire well also.

Overall crew did a good job... my only comment was the crew talked a bit more than I would have like to each other since I paid by the hour. I did mention it to the crew leader when she returned from checking on another job. Overall I would use them again. (Why I gave a B rating) I did book this company again this year. They did a VERY good job and worked hard to finish in the time I had available. Nicole is very good about sending the right crew for the job at hand.

The crew showed up a few minutes late, and gave me a warning call. Most places won't call if they are running behind, so I really appreciated that. Three people arrived and worked hard for a little over the four hours that I had them. I am very impressed with their hard work and the house looked amazing afterwards.

My long time maid retired so I needed a new service so based on the other Angie's List reviews, I set up the inital cleaning. I was quoted 9-12 cleaning hours. It ended up taking the team of 4 maids approximately 16 hours (I have dogs & it has been a while since my house was really deep cleaned). It was 100% worth it. Unlike some services that don't vaccum or dust around things, they actually moved things & cleaned under and behind them. My floors look brand new and my house is super clean. I have had several maids and hands down, Mother Earth Maids is the best. OUTSTANDING JOB!

The team of four showed up precisely at the appointment time. The group split up and each handled one of the rooms that we were having cleaned. Overall, an awesome job and very professional. They asked when they weren't sure and even offered to clean some areas in greater detail once they were finished cleaning their rooms.

Fabulous job. The baseboards were cleaned, heavy couches moved and floors cleaned underneath. fans wiped down, windows cleaned, bathrooms as well. It was beautifful

Karla and her associates were outstanding. They cleaned everything thourghly. In the kitchen they cleaned things that were never touched by other cleaning services. The same for the living room and bath rooms. Examples cabnet doors, tracks for the patio door under neath everything etc.

Staff did a great job throughout the house, hard workers! It would be nice though if they spoke a little more english. Overall, I was very happy with their service.

They were great. We had to reschedule at the last minute and they were able to help us. We would highly recommend.

.The crew of three arrived 15 minutes early. Alfredo and his crew of two workers worked steady for 3 hours. Alfredo asked me to check out the work before he and the crew left.

It went fantastic. They arrived ontime and spent the next 2 hours with indepth cleaning. They washed all the hardwood floors,cleaned windows and mirrors fixed beds ETC. , and were finished in 2 hours. I was very impressed with Emi Gomez who is the team manager. She asked before they left if there was anything else I wanted done. Great Job Emi

They arrived right on time with their green products. Nice team, three people. They deep cleaned for 6 hours, got the baseboards cleaner than they've been in a long time. They could have used more time. Having them here for six hours was a treat. Usually I don't have a team for more than four hours. If the price were right I would love to have them come for six hours another time.

Three cleaning people showed up. They were professional and on time. They did all that I asked of my "deep" cleaning.

Excellent deep cleaning. The cleaning crew was very professional and thorough. It was a true deep clean?they dusted some very dirty blinds and cleaned behind furniture, plus too much else to list. They met all of my expectations and exceeded most of them.

The service was easy to schedule--and they really made an effort to meet my timetable. I am--at best--a lousy housekeeper. This team did a fabulous job--even doing things I did not expect, like sweep my back patio. The only thing that wasnt 100% perfect was that they arrived over an late. Which I could've handled better if I'd at least gotten a timely call that there was an issue. But once they got here, the work performed was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We came home to a "new" house. I had asked for "extra" attention to the bathrooms. The shower was immaculate, down to the white bright shower pan, no more soap scum on the shower doors, and sparkling fixtures. The bathroom with the tub and shower had tile that was free of soap scum and mold in some of the grout, perfectly white bright bathtub and sparking fixtures, including toilets. It smelled and looked clean and fresh. All ceiling fans were completely cleaned, even the light kits (light bulbs and fixtures). Every baseboard was wiped clean in the entire house, the sliding glass doors were cleaned, including the tracks with every speck of dirt or dust gone. The kitchen was equally clean - stove top was shiny and clean, the stainless steel appliances were wiped off regularly, but when I walked into the kitchen, they looked like new! No streaks, no smudges - just perfectly clean! I loved it! The hardwood floors in the entire house were cleaned, tile floors in the bathroom were clean - plus the house was vacuumed and dusted. I could not have been more pleased. Eduardo and his team were prompt, polite, clean - made sure everything was back in its place, asked if there was anything else I would like them to do. EXCELLENT from beginning to end!
