Description of Work: i used the $99.00 special and was very happy. The crew was fast and thorough and I could not have asked for more.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning, had just had kitchen remodled. The house was full of dust, had not been cleaned good since the remodling had started. They dusted every thing in sight, which is a lot. They did all the base boards and the regular things that would be done for a regular cleaning. The scheduled time was to be 3hrs. but they ended up being there 6 hours. Thats a long time for 3 people so you can image how much work they had to do. They worked hard the whole time they were there and did not waste any time. Very hard workers. Started working the minute they waked in and didn't stop till they left.

Description of Work: Natalie is a queen of hearts and has made organic products that agree with the most temporamental allergy prone client. she always has one member of the crew who speaks English and they are diligent, clean, quick and efficient. I highly recommend her service!!!

Description of Work: I am extremely impressed! I had my house deep cleaned. They found what they needed (exp. bedding) and did a very good job, even under beds! I have hired them to continue every other week...while I do errands. Natalie assured me my home would be safe while the girls cleaned and it WAS...very impressive!!!

Description of Work: I tried contacting this Mother Earth Maids three times. The first two times I got voice mail. On the third try I got a person named Nichole who said she would call me back "with-in" half an hour. I asked specifically if it would be within that time frame because I was going to be late for class. She said "absolutely". Hoping that it would be sooner than the full half hour, I waited around knowing that I would be late for class. After waiting a half hour for the return call, I finally gave up and went to class late. When I got home from class there was a message asking me to call them back again -- REALLY !!!!! It's always said that the first impression that you make is the most important. If this is the way they do business, I will never be doing business with them.

Description of Work: I have used Mother Earth maids for the past year almost and they always do a great job. They come every other Friday and there are always 3 ladies at our home, one in charge. If I ever need something done differently or would like more time spent on a specific place in the house they are always ready to accommodate. I receive an email a couple of days before my scheduled date to confirm they are coming as well. These ladies work hard and I always enjoy coming home to a nice clean house. I appreciate their attention to detail and positive attitudes each time they are in my home. I also think what they charge is very reasonable. I have been through a couple of companies where they do a great job the first time to impress you and then quality goes down once you agree to have them come on a regular basis. I have even tried individuals through the neighborhood but they turn out not to be reliable. Mother Earth Maids does a fantastic job and we are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Everything from floor to ceiling; i.e., dusting, cleaning hardwood floors and tile floors, vacuuming rugs, counter tops, toilets, workout room. They are professional and willing to please. If there's anything I ask them to do or not do they understand. I have them come every 2 weeks. This is the 3rd time I have had them and I plan on continuing with them.
