Description of Work: A team of 3 cleaned my 3 bed 2 bath home for 3-4 hours! I was preparing for holiday guests and emphasized bathrooms/bedrooms and overall clean. They were very detailed and was very happy with the service. My home was sparkling from top to bottom when they left:) I look forward to their return!

We do as much as we can for the specials as there are timed! We would rather clean 3/4 of the home great then finish the whole home but have only ok results. In terms of the sheets; we will gladly change them out as long as they are left on the bed. We will not go into closets seeking them out. It seems that the C rating is a bit low for only these two items and welcome more feedback as to why this client felt the job was only worth a C overall. We strive for customer satisfaction but can only achieve this through communication. We are not perfect, in saying so let us know what you are not happy with and we will rectify it!!

We pass on our apologies again to this client, as his original scheduled date was lost on a system crash. His experience was out of our control and we are very sorry he was inconvenienced. We did however rectify it immediately by scheduling him first thing the next morning. Computer systems are wonderful when they work and can break your reputation during a failure!!

Description of Work: After playing a bit of phone tag with the company we were able to get ahold of each other and set up a time for the cleaners to come out. It was fairly short notice on my part so I appreciate them coming out so soon. A team of four came out and cleaned my condo from top to bottom in two hours for a reasonable price. The only downsides were they forgot to clean the freezer, the bottom of my sliding glass door still had smudge marks and they didn't hit up some of the higher cobwebs in corners. They also ran about 15 minutes late without calling to let me know. Overall very minor complaints but they should have done a quick second look before leaving and they would have caught the stuff listed above. That being said, I'd use them again as the price was good for the services they provided.
