Description of Work: I purchased the $159 deep cleaning from Angie's List and they did a great job. After that, I contracted with them for a twice-monthly cleaning at $125 per visit. While it is not the cheapest cleaning service, they are excellent and are willing to do many services beyond the standard cleaning. They bring a crew of 4 each time, so are done within a few hours. They also use all natural cleaning products, which is a plus if you are concerned with toxins in your home.

Description of Work: Four ladies came to clean our house and left it fairly spic and span. They were quite late and got lost on the way to our house, despite giving clear directions. A few minor things, like a couple windows and tracks got skipped over, but the rest of the house was left like new. We plan to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned a portion of my home (3 of 3 bathrooms, 1 of 4 bedrooms) and all other living areas. Overall, the experience was good. The 3 cleaners spoke limited English. When my three hours was almost up, I called and spoke to the owner as the job was not going to be completed. I paid the extra fee for additional time to finish cleaning. They did a good job!

Description of Work: 3 ladies came. They were very pleasant. However while they were there I had a huge leak from the upstairs bathroom into the den. I think they used a mop And water. Cost me &1100 to fix it and take off and repair the ceiling. Also shower curtain had bleach spots on it in downstairs bathroom. The house just didn't smell clean. I called the owner to tell her |And she was a little rude. When I asked about the mop and wAter she said well, I trained them. About the bleach spot she said it doesn't show up right away so the cleaner didn't notice it. She offered to pay for the shower curtain. My house was dirty and I understNd the extra time but I had 3 woman in there for 4 hours. The women who were cleaning were lovely women. I thought the owner was defensive.

Description of Work: Cleaned all inside of home. Cleaned all rooms, they were very thorough in cleaning my bathrroms and kitchen in detail. They cleaned the ceiling fans as well.

Ft. 2 Bd & 2 Bth Condo in Laguna Woods. | |They sent 4 Cleaners for 3 Hrs & then we extended the Hrs to another 1-1/2 Hrs at $65 to let them get everything done. |They were very thorough & professional, also, diligent & responsive to requests & we really liked that they use Eco-Friendly Cleaners, especially since we have a Pet & I have Allergies. My husband & I were extremely happy with their work & we are scheduling monthly cleanings with the same cleaning team. |We highly recommend Morher Earth Maids. | |

Description of Work: We were moving out of a 4100 sq. ft. home in Laguna Niguel. There were sliding glass doors across three of the rooms at the back of the house, and plantation shutters on almost every window as well as all the sliding glass doors. They were providing their 'move-out special'-- $225 for 4 hours, and Natalie, whom I spoke with to book the clean out was very nice and helpful. She said they would clean everything, from top to bottom, including baseboards and ceiling fans. I was happy about that. | |I must say, I expected Natalie to be one of the ladies who showed up. I should have asked about that. She had told me there would be three coming to clean the house. The three arrived on time, at 9 AM. At first I was a bit skeptical after finding that not one of them spoke English so it was difficult to communicate since I do not speak Spanish. I left them to do their job and went to our new apartment to talk to someone about this. Natalie apologized, saying that the one girl who could speak English had gone home ill the day before, but she assured me that these girls knew what they were doing and would leave the place spotless. I had a couple of questions which she answered. I came back to the house at the time which the one girl said she thought they would be finished. It took them another 40 minutes to finish, but I was very very pleased. I had no idea they were going to clean the inside of ALL the windows in the house. Everything was sparkling. All tolled, it took them just over 6 hours, so I had to pay extra, but the house was left in very good condition and I believe it is why we are getting most of our deposit back. Thank you, Mother Earth.

Description of Work: I got this service for my parents who were renting a home in town. I have been called OCD and my Dad could be the pickiest man anyone know. That being said he was very impressed! He used them several more times and I can't wait for them to clean my home.

Description of Work: Crew was on time, foreperson walked me through house and requested instructions, crew went to work immediately and moved quickly and efficiently. I purchased an extra hour and the house was spotless, including all the slats on the blinds. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Full deep cleaning in preparation for new tenants to move in. I will definitely use them again in the future.
