Description of Work: I feel like I just might cry. They were amazing. Karla and her crew including husband Alfredo just blew me away. They covered everything. I would have made sure I had much more cash for tips had I known. I reserved the amount I would normally pay (I am a pretty good tipper; I believe in it and love to do it - I realize it is a personal decision and optional so please don't be offended) Anyway you couldn't compensate them enough for the wonderful feeling I have right now with everything so perfect. I love this company and would love to have this team on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning service was fantastic. First time such a service did exactly what I wanted/needed without pre-set guidelines. I just purchased 9 hours of service. I requested 3 specific jobs, 2 were completed perfectly. The third was satisfactory. But would definitely use aagain. h

Description of Work: They sent out 3 people for a deep cleaning. Overall, they did a great job on a thorough cleaning. They spent a lot of time on our shower bathroom fixtures cleaning water spots I never thought would come off. Unfortunately, We had new fixtures scheduled to be installed in 2 days. I asked the leader to ignore the fixtures but 2 days later, they sparkled all the way to the trash. Be sure to communicate slowly and confirm their understanding. What they did, they did well. They cleaned the windows without removing the screens. The two windows they washed turned out alright but I think I will use a professional window cleaner next time. At the end of our allotted time, they offered to clean additional windows at no charge once she realized our package included 5 windows but I elected to do them myself. |All in all, the house turned out great. I blame myself for the lack of communication. Next time, I will simply double check their comprehension of my requests.

Description of Work: We agreed on 2 hours and it took longer so was forced to pay more. Didn't watch or check to see if they were just slow, 3 girls should of been able to complete it in 2 hrs.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List "Big Deal" It was $250 worth of deep house cleaning for $159. This company did not disappoint. They got back to me within 36 hours of purchasing the deal. They were clear about how to schedule and set the expectations of their service. I had a team of 4 show up and I felt comfortable enough to leave them to do their jobs. I got home from work and was thrilled with the result. I've already requested a quote for a follow up clean in a few weeks.

Description of Work: A lot of what they did looked very good. However my biggest disappointment was the floor in main living area. It is travertine tile...making it easy to move furniture to clean floor. This was not done. I could see spills on floor under sofa.
