Description of Work: The coupon was for $159 for 3 hours for 3 girls. My house is a one story 2000 square foot piece of property. Before they did anything, they indicated it might take longer and asked for more money (quote was $60 extra per hour). I was not happy about that, but they were already there, and I didn't feel like I had much choice. After agreeing to that the main gal left and the 3 girls stayed to clean. I felt they took way longer than was necessary and I ended up paying $90 before they left, only to hear from them later that they had under charged me and could I pay $25 extra -this brought our total bill from $159 to $274. Even a deep cleaning quote from other companies has never been that high. After they left, we found the blade of a ceiling fan in one of the rooms requiring repair, and also a cupboard door in the kitchen hanging off its hinges - that also required repair. We understand things break, but expect to be notified when it happens. We would definitely not use them again.

Description of Work: Mother Earth Maids is fabulous. The team arrived a bit early- was respectful if I wasn't ready for them (which I was), and did an incredible job. They hustled for 2.5 hours and having 4 of them at same time was wonderful. My house hasn't been this clean in years. Thank You.

Description of Work: Very thorough housecleaning. They did a terrific job and I will use them again. They had a schedule issue the day of my service on a previous job that went way over their time budget, but got another crew out to replace them as soon as they realized the issue. They were therefore a couple hours late, but the crew worked well together and there was a terrific attention to detail in showers and kitchen. They also did the sliding glass doors in the back at no charge for the inconvenience.

Description of Work: Eric and his crew (total of 4 people) came in at around 1:45 pm as promised and stayed for 2 hours 15 minutes. Our ~1200sqft townhouse was in a pretty bad shape and they did a good job cleaning it. |There was an unfortunate accident where they spilled some bleach on our carpet. Eric contacted his manager and the manager contacted me assuring me that they will take care of the problem. |I expressed my concern that the carpet will look patched up but they are very confident that they can fix it without it being noticed. |I will update this post just as soon as they fix the problem |If everything goes smoothly I will reschedule this group on a regular basis. There were a few things that were missed here and there that I noticed after they left, but I am sure next time they will take care of those if I remind them. |Overall I had a good experience with them. They used a huge bag full of rags and home made echo friendly products (Other then the bit of bleach they had to use). They cleaned the inside of the second floor windows and inside and outside of the downstairs windows. |Whenever there was a problem they communicated it with me. |Overall depending on the carpet situation I will be using their services again.

Description of Work: After checking a few of their latest reviews, I called Mother Earth Maids for scheduling cleaning at my place.I got an appointment for the next day, without having to wait for long. They were a crew of 4 and they did a very good job in cleaning/dusting. They were quite organized in they way they worked as a team and were very friendly. |I definitely would take their services again and recommend them.

Description of Work: My condo was in need of a deep cleaning, so I bought the deal that included 9 total hours of service for $159. I had 4 women arrive the day of service, and they got right to work. They were very thorough and completed everything on time. This company was great, and if they were less expensive I would have continued regular services with them. They quoted me $130 for bi-weekly, which was a little high for a 750 sq ft condo. This is due to their attention to detail which I very much understand, but in this economy I was able to find someone great that was significantly less. Overall, I recommend this company for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Description of Work: I purchased the deep cleaning and was so impressed, I now have them come once a week. They are very professional and do a great job. They work with me on what my needs are and help me to keep my house clean without all the chemicals. They have great communication and send out e-mail reminders. I really like that there are several people who come at once so the job is done quickly and I am not at home all day. Thanks!
