Description of Work: They did an outstanding job. I have white wood blinds that I thought were ruined from the last rain because i forgot to shut the windows. They cleaned then so well that you couldn't tell. >will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I initially purchased the $149 3 crew members for 2 hrs. I thought this was plenty because it takes other crews of 2 cleaners about 2.5 hrs to do my 2500 sq ft house. They took their sweet time doing the cleaning, and after 2hrs spent on the upstairs alone, they told me I needed to pay $70 extra for 1 hr more to clean the downstairs. |I was suspicious but since they seemed thorough and used chemicals without strong odors, and I have kids, I purchased the "comprehensive" package, which states they'll "take as much time as needed to clean", for the next cleaning. |This time they took 3hrs to do the upstairs, spent 1 hr doing the downstairs, then told me I ran out of time, and needed to pay $70 extra for 1 hr more to clean the downstairs ?!? |This is completely unacceptable. They need to make sure they do the basic whole house cleaning before doing any detail work. Detail work is nice, but I could have paid a company by the hour to do all my detailing. The idea behind the service package is to cover all the costs of cleaning, not to get nickeled and dimed.

Description of Work: They cleaned my bathrooms and kitchens beautifully. We have never seen our sinks and tubs so white. They got rid of the hard water deposits on the shower doors and made everything smell good and sparkle. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I got the comprehensive house clean. 4 people came to the house. Eta was 12noon they were 15minutes early. Within minutes they got to work. Very respectful of privacy and anything myself or my 2yr old daughter was doing. They asked permission to certain things such as using a stronger cleaning compound or if they could use a small bit of bleach out of concern for my daughter. It was 12hrs solid work (4 people 3hrs each) I never saw them stop working. End result was epic. This was an almost "shut up and take my money" experience . Thank you MEM

Description of Work: Overall I was pleased with the quality of the work done and they fulfilled the majority of items which I requested; however they were late in arriving and really pushed staying additional time to fulfill all of my requests for an additional price.

Description of Work: They did a great job - to get the house as clean as I wanted cost an additional $120 - but overall I felt it was a fair price. I continue to use the service twice a month and we have been very pleased.

Description of Work: All tasks were performed to satisfaction. I believe the cost was on the high side, (tip is not included) for scheduled maintenance cleanings, but acceptable for a Spring cleaning. I would not pay this price going forward.

Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning but the cleaning ladies were very rude and disrespectful. I heard them complaining in Spanish about how the house and how dirty it was. I'm sure they didn't realize I'm bilingual and understood everything.
