Description of Work: The 3 workers arrived promptly, the lead person Eric, asked me to review with him exactly what I wanted done, he then told me what additional things they would be cleaning. He instructed the other 2 workers on what they were to do and they promptly went to work. They were careful with my belongings, polite and worked very fast.

Description of Work: They completed a detailed cleaning of entire house which was completed well. My one concern was that they knock a screen off my sliding glass door, did not tell me and my pet got out of the house. This pet is solely and inside pet and by the time I found him one hour after the cleaners left both he and I were totally stressed. I do not understand why they would not tell me that they knock the screen door off especially knowing I had pets. I do not blame them for knocking the screen off as it is easily fixed but to allow my pet to get lose and possibly run away because of their negligence is unacceptable.
