Description of Work: We had a groupon for a thorough house cleaning at $200.00. The service was wonderful and the house was spotless

Description of Work: I did not write a review initially (I started using them in July of 2015) because my experience has been that housekeeping services start out great and then the service level diminishes over time. However, this group does a great job. They are very punctual. The owner is very responsive to email and I have been happy with the service. However, be aware that they will not wash any laundry including sheets and services such as cleaning the inside of refrigerator must be prearranged and are not included in the regular service.

Description of Work: The crew did a great job of cleaning but the add was for up to 3k square foot home. Mine in 2200 and I actually had them skip a very large room that was under construction. They did not get to the downstairs bedroom or the living room or frig at all. I was very disappointed that with the number of people here,they were not able to complete the job. They offered to come back another day but at $169 I thought the job was already pricey for me.

Description of Work: Cleaned our entire 5 bedroom and 4 bath house. We hired them for 9 hours and they sent 3 workers and did it in three. They had completly cleaned the entire house in three hours. They did great work. Everything looked great.

Description of Work: They have come to my house several times, as I have been unable to find another reliable person. Not every time, but frequently, different people come (3-4 people), so it is necessary to watch carefully. I have had to say repeatedly that they should not bang into walls and furniture. (They move very quickly so they can finish fast.) One item broke, and I was told to have it repaired at a place quite far. I have no time for this. Then a piece of art was banged into on the staircase right in front of me, or I don't believe I would have been told. The art cannot be fixed. The wall was also scratched and I was told if I supply the paint, it would be touched up. I also have no time for this. | |The point is that they move fast and don't care, basically. Nothing horrible has happened, but it is stressful every time. I am looking for one person who is careful and cares. I care about others and treat anyone who does work at my home with respect. I expect the same. How can this occur, though, if no relationship is built? | |Another very small point-- they should not assume that because I do not look like I would...that I do not speak Spanish! They should watch what they say!!

Description of Work: The only reason they got a B was because they had to keep pushing the arrival time for the service. Fortunately, that wasn't an issue on that day, but that isn't always the case. As far as the service itself, I would give that an A. Everything was well done and in a timely manner. They also did some extra cleaning to make up for being late which I appreciated.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house after i sold it. Wanted it to be clean for new owners. Awesome job from baseboards to window seals, knocked it out in 4 hrs.

Description of Work: I recommend this cleaning company and would have given them an A+. They arrived on time and completed all tasks on timely fashion. They were polite and ask me to give them directions for any special needs. My home was as sparkly as a new diamond when the service was complete. I would highly recommend this cleaning company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Deep house cleaning for a select number of hours. All in all a good service, but at the end it seemed as though they were rushed as I found a few things were missed
