Description of Work: I hired them to clean a friends house, my gift to my friend. My friend has problems with allowing people to come into her home and help her-anxieties, really. After speaking to the owner (Nicole)of Mother Earth Maids in the area (which was Tucson Arizona, contact person was Susan) that she would work very hard to help my friend feel comfortable with her team, we scheduled the day of cleaning. The team arrived and my friend (although nervous) was immensely pleased. The team of ladies that arrived were wonderful. I would prefer that this section of my review NOT be published. Thank you.

Description of Work: I scheduled a cleaning job after remodeling. The Mother Earth Maids team dusted the entire house except for the two bedrooms that I didn't remodel (so approx 1500-1600 SF). They cleaned the floor and vacuumed the cabinets. They cleaned 3 bathrooms. All this was done in 3 hours with a crew of 4 people. They didn't get to the carpet on the stairs and missed a few spots on the tiles, but overall they did it efficiently and thoroughly.

Description of Work: Did a great job of hustling to get job done with quality. Only concern was they broke showerhead & tried to say it was like that already. Also, they had no ladders or foot stools; I had to ask them not to climb on couch and counters and provided them with ladders to finish the job.

Description of Work: Three ladies showed up to do the service, which was totally expected. They did a quick walk-through of the house and then got to work right away. It was nice to have a supervisor come by and check on the safety of the cleaners as well as communicate any additional needs that I had. Overall they did a fantastic job. I would totally recommend having them clean again

Description of Work: Cleaned portion of my home. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, living & dining room, laundry room. My only complaint was maid used wet mop on my wood floors even though I provided special cleaner for this purpose in the beginning. Water on wood floor is a No-No! Perhaps she did not understand English?
