Excellent. They took it upon themselves to also dust, wash tile floors, clean kitchen sink. I have never seen my glass shower door sparkle and found out they use lemon to get off soap scum. They were quick, kept within the 3 hours and all for $179. Of course, we tipped them.

They did a great job, they actually arrived a little bit earlier than the scheduled time as well!

Oh that was fine. Well I have a tough time with that, it was okay with us, I be very honest with you it's not something we could do on a absolute regular basis but for the one time it was okay.

Fair, I had to point out missed areas such as pictures on wall not dusted. Door handles on refrigerator not cleaned.

It went very well. They are very efficient, quick, and they did a great job.

They were kind of inconsistent at times. They used to quote us a time and not show up at that time. The people we got varied, there was some consistency but it varied to some degree. They overall did a pretty good job. They weren't consistent quoting us and that frustrated my wife at times. We stopped using them in March when we moved. We used them for probably three years.

They performed very well and the place looked great!

Mother Earth Maids came on time. They had all of the equipment and supplies to perform the job. I chose the deal: four cleaners for 3 hours. My house is tiny, however, it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I expressly identified the floors as a priority. Of the 4 cleaners, the talent varied. In some cases, for example, the shutters were cleaned only to be dirtied by vacuuming. This was due to a lack of awareness/experience on the part of the individual cleaning the shutters. However, the supervisor went back and redusted the shutters. Toward the end, the supervisor communicated that they wouldn't be able to complete cleaning the floor. I was angry and told him so, since I had expressly identified the hardwood floors as a priority. They continued and completed the job including the floors. The "supervisor" was excellent. I communicated with him regarding the in-progress work and he resolved every issue.

It all went pretty well. They were on-time and professional. A small crew came in and did all the cleaning very quickly and neatly. They did miss a few cobwebs behind furniture and up in the high corners of the ceiling, which my wife caught promptly when she returned at the end of the day.

They wouldn't answer phone and very unresponsive.

I've used Mother Earth in the past but this was not a good service call. They were almost 1 hour late with no call. I had to call to find out what was happening. The woman cleaning the kitchen scratched my stove. They left one bathroom uncleared. Very surprised at the poor quality. Maybe we ownership. They are usually good.

Overall it was a pretty poor experience. I use this company for my House in orange county and they always do a terrific job. I think it is a franchise, because the group I had in Las Vegas was no where near the quality or professionalism that I experienced here. Firstly, I arranged a cleaning and was told it would cost somewhere between $440 and $515 as it is a 3600 square foot house. That's a lot by any means, but they were supposed to do a top to bottom cleaning, I had good experiences previously, so I decided not to look around for other cleaning services. From the beginning, communication was poor. First, I decided to reschedule because I was transferring electrical services and was told there was a chance it might not be turned on. They were scheduled for Monday, I called and texted several times Saturday and Sunday with no response, even though they advertise a response in one hour, letting them know I needed to reschedule for another day that week. I never heard back until I received a message Monday that they received my message. Great! Imagine my surprise when I received a call Tuesday that the crew was there getting started! I hadn't confirmed that day and was out of town so I couldn't supervise. Since they were there I said to continue and crossed my fingers they would do a good job. He called me back later and said it cost more than expected, $590! (they decided to sweep the garage and such even though I didn't ask them) Friday I was back in town with the task of repainting cabinets and walls etc, and when I got to the house, within minutes of walking on the floors, my socks were filthy! There was crusted dirt in corners of the floors, lots of areas missed like windowsills and closet corners. Worst of all, the cabinetry was still filthy with toothpaste splatters, food stains and fingerprints. I called very early in the morning to complain, texted pictures of the dirty house several times, and again got no quick response. I just paid almost $600 and had to wipe down and clean the cabinets myself because I had to get started on the painting. I didn't hear from anyone till late afternoon, and I was already well on my way recleaning the house. They offered to come back Monday, which was fine, but really, not a great solution because I had other appointments and I had already redone a lot of the job. That is what they mean by satisfaction guaranteed. They respond in their own time, they argue that the job was inspected and looked good, then they concede to come back on their own schedule. Stay away fro this company service for move-outs. It is a terrible value and a headache!

It went very well. They showed up on time, we walked the area of the house and they started in. Dusting, cleaning the bathrooms & kitchen, vacuumed and mopped. My floors were spotless and the rest of the house looked great.

We were extremely happy with the deep cleaning service we received from Mother Earth. They were very easy to schedule and really did a phenomenal job. They got every speck of mildew out of our white grout, cleaned sliding door runners, cleaned the stove, and virtually cleaned every corner. We purchased the deep cleaning special on Angie's list which included 9 man hours. I had asked them to clean the stove and fridge, but only if time permitted (I didn't want to pay for extra time). They got to the stove but not the fridge and at first I was a little disappointed because our house is only 1650SF so I thought there would be plenty of time for both. But once I discovered how detailed they were in cleaning every other area, it completely made sense and I was very happy that they were so thorough. Unfortunately their weekly service is too expensive for us, but we will have them back every quarter for deep cleaning going forward. Thank you Helen and team!

Scheduled the clean up. They did as was promised. No complaints.

I didn't pay anything extra. It was a deep cleaning service. I walked them through some key areas and then also some specifically fragile items to take extra caution. When I got home, when the cleaning finished, the quality of cleaning was good. But they had broken my custom made wedding cupboard. So, I wasn't happy about that. They didn't expose it. I kind of stumbled upon it. They should have said, "Hey, though you told us not to do this, we did it." I ended up seeing it and was upset, obviously. I did call the owner of the company and she did everything she could to get it repaired. It did take a while and several attempts trying to correspond with her. But I think she had some travel or something that delayed her responsiveness. She sent it out to the company. They picked it up, took it, brought it back and it was repaired well. So, it was fine. Really the wedding cupboard being broken was the biggest concern. I considered them because I thought she handled repairing it and taking accountability for it. I did consider it, but I think they were overpriced for what I was looking for.

I have really bad arthritis in my hands and wrists so certain household maintenance tasks are difficult for me to keep up with. I originally bought this service as a special on Angie's list to try to see if having someone come in once in a while to do some of the deep clean things would help me manage better and reduce my anxiety about keeping the house clean. My place is only ~1100 sq. feet with a 1-car attached garage and a small patio. The team that Mother Earth sent was 4 people who worked really well together, and they were very fast and thorough. I was actually called away by my office right before the start of my service so my niece came and I left about mid-way through. I was so blown away when I came home and every square inch of my home was sparkling clean. In the 3 weeks since service, I have been so happy that I did this. It is much easier for me now to keep up with general housekeeping, and I've decided to have Mother Earth continue to service my house every 6 weeks. I'll update this review once we've got a bit of a groove to let everyone know how it's going.

Mother Earth Maids was quick to respond to the deal purchased through Angie's List and setup a date for the house cleaning. The cleaning crew showed up on time and performed an initial walk through. The crew worked efficiently and was thorough in covering all of the areas discussed during the walk through. I would use them again for future house cleanings.

Mother Earth Maids was quick to respond to my purchase. I was needing their services quickly (same week of purchase) and they did not hesitate. I received a reminder email the night before our scheduled appointment which was reassuring to me. Once they arrived, we walked through the house. I told him a few specific areas I would like them to address if possible. They started right in, there were 3 employees, and did not stop until the time purchased was met. After they left I walked through the house for a closer review. They had done an excellent job. I have had my house cleaned for years but stopped the service after I retired. Their performance exceeded any service I have had. Thank you!

Beyond expectation, great job; very impressed

3 hour, deep clean requested for 1,000 sqft rental home. New wood floors. Project was to include bathrooms, floors, kitchen. After job completed, tenant stated that the floorboards were dusty, visible dust and dirt, no evidence of cleaning. I am sure they cleaned the property, but this was an easy job, a small house, with no furniture, and I paid for 3 hours of cleaning, yet upon visual inspection - dust and dirt were visible.

I bought the deep cleaning special via Angie's List for 9 man hours of cleaning up to 2000 sq ft. Communication was prompt via Angie's List messages and via direct email. The 4-person cleaning team arrived earlier than scheduled, resulting in having to adjust my schedule a bit. Since it was a team of 4, it reduced the number of man hours to equivalent of 9 man hours, and the cleaning job was well done, thorough, and detailed. The manager of the 4-person team asked if I was okay using certain type of cleaning detergents (all natural vs chemical) so I appreciate the question given the areas to be cleaned. I inquired about on-going service pricing, but I think the teams are trained to coordinate the pricing of future services through main offices. Not a concern, but just a heads up if future customers want to schedule future service. Overall, pleased, and I am considering re-using their services on an on-going basis given the quality of communication and quality of cleaning. Will update based on updated pricing and quality of service in future visits.
