Mother Earth Maids was very quick to respond to our request. The afternoon they were scheduled to clean, the crew didn't arrive as scheduled so I contacted them. Without getting into too many details of why they were delayed (gps and cell phone problems), they still managed to get the team to our house a couple of hours later to perform the entire cleaning. It was approximately 8 pm by the time they were done and despite the mishap, they still performed a thorough cleaning. Natalie followed up with us a few days later to apologize again for any inconvenience and to inform us that if we were interested in regular cleanings, it would be $85. Since our initial cleaning, we have hired them to perform bi-monthly cleanings. After two regular cleanings, we were informed that our cost would go down to $70 a visit since they were now familiar with our house - what a pleasant surprise! Overall, we are very happy to have found housecleaners that are thorough, professional, flexible and fair.
Description of Work: We just completed the remodel of our home (1700 sqft - 3 BD/2.5 BA) and needed a cleaning service to perform a deep cleaning of the entire house from top to bottom including interior windows, baseboards and kitchen appliances.

I alsolutely love the 100% Natural and non-toxic products they use. Their attention to detail was above and beyond what I expected. They were on time and confirmed our appointments through emails.
