Overall, it went well. They did run into traffic and were 15 minutes late but I received a phone call advising me of the problem which I really appreciated.

I called Mother Earth Maids to come out and do a deep cleaning on my 4 bedroom house. They called me back right away to make the appointment. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule. They showed up right one time. They were very pleasant and professional. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. You could tell they didn't just clean around stuff. They pulled out tables and chairs and cleaned behind the furniture. I would highly recommend Mother Earth Maids.

I decided to take a chance and call the same day I needed their help,the contractor was finishing up and my out of state company was due in that evening,I talked to Natalie and she got her team of cleaners there in 3 hrs.I was so impressed that I will definitely hire Mother Earth Maids again,and thank you Natalie for the same day service I appreciate it very much!!!!I can only tell you that my house was cleaner than it's ever been,my Husband and I had to leave for the airport to pick up our relatives and I had no qualms leaving these very professional ladies in my home.

My experience was wonderful. The cleaning team was courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and worked from the moment they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

baseboards, light switches, ceiling fans, doors, were not all done--I had to ask them to clean the den, window sills before their were leaving my home. The cleaning of tile floors (my house is mostly tile)never did they rinse out the clothes or water using. The vaccum didn't pick up everthing--very small vaccum, suction not great. I also found out the owner is not local--everything was done over phone calls, text, or email. There is no supervising that I could see. The person in charged didn't speak good english nor probably doesn't understand english well. I will not use them. The Owner Natalie is a very nice person and same with the staff. Just feel a disconnect with employee and employer.

I was very pleased with Mother Earth Maids. They were punctual and did an exceptional job cleaning my home. I also love the fact that they use green producs to clean. When I came home I didn't have that strong fake smell. My house was clean and smell clean.

Setting up my appointment was a breeze. I wasn't here on the day of the service, but my parents were. They said the crew was very nice, professional, and got down to work quickly and efficiently. When I arrived home to my clean house I was very satisfied. There was not a fake chemical clean smell because this company uses natural cleaners which I much prefer especially with pets and kids in the house.

The women were a bit late but not more than 15 minutes. One of the team members spoke excellent English. They got to work immediately and were finished in the time expected. My house sparkled when they left! As of today they will be coming every other week to do maintanence cleaning for me. Great people to work with and great results!!

It was a great experience working with them. Natalie was very responsive to any questions, and her crew was just wonderful. They were able to set up an appointment right away. The crew was prompt, pleasant, professional and very committed to great service. I even said that they didn't need to get so detailed, but they were persistent about doing a complete and thorough job. They listened to my specific concerns and then went right to work -- even taking extra time at no extra charge. I'd recommend this company without hesitation!

Emailed/called this company almost 4 weeks ago and never received a response. Guess they have lots of work well good luck to them.

I needed service completed the same day. I called approximately 6 cleaning companies and due to the short notice I was having difficulty finding a company that could accommodate my needs. Mother Earth Maids went out of their way to coordinate a team of workers to come to the home that same day and they did a thorough job on the home meeting all my expectations for a fair price. I would recommend Mother Earth Maids and I would use their services again in the future.

They are great. The cleaning job they do is outstanding. Management is very responsive and involved. The price is very reasonable. Natalie is very easy to work with. We often have to change our cleaning date due to travel or work schedule for a night worker living in our house, and Natalie does everything she can to accomodate us. We paid more to a larger company prior to using this cleaning service and they did a good job, but we are much happier with Mother Earth Maids. The smaller company and the same cleaning crew each time brings a greater level of commitment. And we love the green products.

Although our new house is very nice, the previous owner's housekeeping standards would make my German mother cringe -- it needed a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Natalie's crew beavered away for about 3 hours dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping everything. When they were done the house smelled much fresher, and the previous occupant's prized collection of antique cobwebs was banished. The crew got a bit lost on the way to the house, so Natalie discounted the price to make up for my extra time waiting to let them in, which I thought was a very nice gesture. They will be coming to perform a move-out cleaning at our current residence, so I'll report back on that experience later.

They seemed to be reasonable in their price. They are punctual and the people were very nice.

I needed a cleaning service to come weekly as I just started back to work. I spoke with Natalie over the phone and she was very pleasant and professional. She showed up (on time) with her team leader and crew. They did a heavier cleaning on that day and did a very nice job. Her prices were very very reasonable, especially compared to what some others have posted on Angie's List. My house was in over all decent shape so that could've helped some. But they did my blinds which really needed it and my baseboards too! They came for the second time and the job was equally as good. I would highly recommend their service.Side note: My subsequent cleanings are less expensive than the initial cleaning.

Natalie was very cheerful and set up an appointment for an initial cleaning after I contacted her. She told me that after the initial cleaning she would give me a quote for bi-monthly services. Note this was different than other services that we contacted, which came and gave a quote for an initial cleaning and then bi-weekly. Although Mother Earth's quote was slightly higher than other companies, we selected the company because of Natalie's responsiveness, the very positive reviews on Angie's list, and the use of green products. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the overall job. We saw this as the "intense" cleaning, where everything should have been hit, and done to the best of the crew's abilities as a show of what you can do. Examples of things missed and/or not done to satisfaction: the master bathroom tub was still full of powder and not rinsed out (so when I went to give the kiddos a bath I had to do it myself), the kitchen counters were not fully wiped out (particularly the kitchen window was missed, and we could tell since there were flower petals left that had fallen off from the Valentine's day flowers), one of the mirrors in the master bath had a huge smear that was the first thing I saw when I walked in, so it was unmistakable, there is a large round hanging mirror that was not wiped off in the master bedroom (I could readily tell as it was still dirty from our move, and still that way after your crew left), the sliding door in the living room had been squeegee but all of the marks are still very readily apparent from where the squeegee was lifted back and forth, making it look worse than it did before the cleaning, and pictures were wiped down but were left crooked. Natalie did follow up after the initial cleaning. I informed her of these same issues. She apologized and said that she ordinarily does a final inspection but did not have an opportunity on this visit. She offered to have a crew come and rectify these items, yet it seemed akward to have a crew come in and just clean random spots. We declined the offer and told her we would not be using their services any longer. After this, I continued to find other areas in the home that clearly were not dusted or addressed.

It went very well. Natalie was very prompt and efficient in setting up the visit and expectations. She also seems to have a good grasp for tailoring her services to the client and keeping the service level high. Good communication is important and she agrees. The work was done in about 3 hours and has been contracted for every 2 weeks since @ $85 a visit Very happy customer.

I chose Mother Earth Maids based on other Angie’s List members’ recommendations and particularly because they use non-toxic products. I had never used a cleaning service before, so this was a new experience for me. The set up was straightforward. I called and immediately spoke with the owner. She described the service and set up an appointment for a move-in cleaning (including inside cabinets and drawers). The owner met me at the appointed time, completed a walkthrough, and left a three-woman team cleaning for about three hours in our empty house. They really did a nice job. I was impressed that they found items to clean that I hadn’t even noticed, for example hidden light switches. The owner returned for a post-cleaning walk through and, with a very picky eye and high standards, pointed out a couple of items to her team that she thought they could improve upon. They took immediate action. When they were done, our new home looked and smelled clean and fresh. I don’t want to squeeze my budget for a regular cleaning service, but I would happily use them again for some extra elbow grease on occasion.

I recently moved, and have been getting my condo ready for sale. Since I knew that the wood floors were an important selling point, I wanted to be sure that the cleaning service knew how to get them looking really nice. Natalie was very reassuring over the phone. They arrived a couple of minutes late, but I can't fault them because I think that was due to my directions not being specific enough. Natalie arrived with the pair of maids, and made sure to get all my concerns noted. They did a simply splendid job of cleaning the floors, sinks, windows, blinds and so forth. They used Bona floorcare on the floors, and knew to spray the mop rather than the floors. Since I am quite sensitive to smells, I also really appreciated that the cleaning products they used didn't bother me at all.

They are fabulous. Two girls clean the house on a normal basis. They are the absolute best. They speak English and do a great job. They come on time and are thorough. They never cancel out on you like a lot of them do. The price is very good for what they do. They do a great job.

Let me first start by saying, "Thak you Natalie!". My "regular" housecleaner was suppose to come yesterday morning (Saturday 10/1/11). She never showed!! So, I joined Angie's List and started to search for highly rated cleaners in my area. I saw the reviews for MOther Earth Maids and contacted Natalue. She got back in touch with me within about an hour. I explained my situation and after making a few calls, she and one of her crews (2 ladies) should up an hour later to start cleaning my house. They were prompt and efficient and the price was extremely reasonable.

They arrived on time and called shortly before arriving. They (two) stayed for two hours. The company has a policy of having one of the two owners always with some other person.

They are very consistent. I was sceptical at first, because of the natural products,however the products and the staff are awesome and get the job done. They are people you can count on . They are trustworthy, punctual, and dependable

I was impressed talking with Natalie at how professional she seemed with me. She stressed that they use all natural cleaning products, and that she even formulates some of her own. When the cleaners arrived, I liked how receptive Shawna was to my requests. I told her how I use a specific furniture polish on my antiques, and she went ahead and used that product on my furniture and stairway railing. What she did looked fabulous. The work of the other two cleaners was not nearly up to the level of Shawna's work. As they were finishing, I glanced around the house and found many smudges on mirrors and glass tabletops. I found quite a bit of dust still on my hardwood floors. I had requested that they use my Dyson vacuum, which they did. They put it back where I store it without emptying it, which struck me as sloppy. Right before leaving, I showed Shawna the areas I wasn't happy with that the other cleaners had missed. Instead of instructing them how to clean the area, she just cleaned it herself. Seeing that made me realize that Shawna was the only member of the team who had an eye for quality work, and that I couldn't trust I'd get continuous quality in the future. I felt that her not making the other cleaners accountable for their sloppy work was a poor management style that would affect the future quality I could expect from this company. I felt at that point that their work was not spectacular, but pretty good. After they left, I turned on my television and the colors on the screen were very strange, with people's skin being completely blue. I got out a flashlight and crawled behind my TV and found that the cleaners had knocked some of the wires out of the TV, and indescrimanently put them in whatever hole was there. I had to rewire them back into my TV properly, and checked the other two TVs to make sure they didn't do that to any other sets. I'm upset that they didn't tell me about this, and it leaves me wondering what else in the house they had problems with that they didn't tell me about. This morning, an alarm clock went off that they apparently had set. While they spent a long time working, I don't trust that I can rely on a quality job from them in the future, and have decided that I wouldn't have peace of mind if I knew they were in my house.
