They did a nice job, I thought they were very thorough. I thought that price for the Big Deal was good but when I asked about their normal rates they seemed a little expensive.

They did everything that I asked them to work on

Natalie was very responsive over the phone. The crew of three arrived on time and worked solidly for the full period. They focused their energies as requested and got a lot done.

I had never had the luxury of hiring housecleaners. With the approach of the holidays and a full house of guests to arrive, we purchased a 'deal' for three cleaners for four hours of cleaning. The cleaners were scheduled to arrive at 1:30. Natalie phoned at approximately 1:40 to advise that the crew were running behind but would be here in '10' minutes. Due to apparent scheduling issues, the three ladies arrived a half hour late. The supervisor of this group left shortly after arrival, telling me she would return in "20 minutes" with more help...2 hours later, she returned with one additional person. The process took longer and was less than thorough due to the absence of all the scheduled workers. I was under a time constraint as I had placed my puppy in a kennel for the cleaning period and had to pick him up before they closed. It was a rather frantic, pressured situation. I emailed Natalie to relate my experience. Natalie, unfortunately, was out of town during this period and had limited email access. However, later that evening Natalie did phone. She was very understanding of my frustration and unhappiness. Natalie was very apologetic and has offered a free cleaning. I regret submitting a less that stellar evaluation. Natalie's previous reviews are so positive. But, everyone has an 'off' day and I'm looking forward to giving this group another try.

They showed up on the day agreed to with 3 people. It's not a very large house, but they took quite a while and it seemed like they got to the end of their time limit (although I didn't know that there would be one) and packed up to go. The service was satisfactory with several areas breezed over and not effectively cleaned. I don't think we will hire again.

I was very pleased. Natalie, the person who arranged things was responsive to all calls and the cleaners were on time and seemed bright pleasant when listening to instructions. They left things much better than when they came and all neatened up in many cases. I was not present but it appeared as if they worked hard and accomplished a lot despite an unusual environment. I am very pleased. It was a Big deal so the price was a great opportunity.

Friendly people, prompt service, excellent and thorough cleaning. Nice, clean, professional people. Will definitely use again.

I hate to give anyone a bad review, but this is exactly what happend with this company when I used them. Natalie was very prompt with her e-mails and phone calls with me. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to someone in her crew calling in sick, but that was no biggie. However, I sent Natalie an e-mail specifically requesting the baseboards and walls be washed. That was the main reason I purchased this deal. I have a normal house keeper that comes once a week, but she is not good with the detailed work, so when this deal came along, I thought it would be a perfec ttime to use those 4 hours of cleaning time to do those two specific jobs. In addition to the e-mail I sent Natalie, I also left a written note for the actual cleaning crew. They were running about half an hour late (which was not great after they already had to reschedule me twice). I was about to leave because I was already late from work and the crew arrived as I was walking out to my car. I decided I better also go over my exact instructions with them in person (which made me even more late to work). So, I e-mailed Natalie, spoke directly with the crew, and left a giant note on my counter top for the crew. Numbers 1 and 2 on my list were cleaning the baseboards and walls. I specifically told them I did not care if my kitchen sinks or tubs or toilets were cleaned. The main priority were the walls and baseboards. Didn't think I could be any more clear than that. I came home after work and nothing looked any different. Usually after my house has been cleaned it smells really nice and I can just tell that it was cleaned. I started looking at the walls (a couple of spots that I had noted mentally -- one being where my dog lays next to the wall and another being something that was dripped down the wall in the kitchen by one of my kids). Neither spot was gone. I started looking around the rest of the house, and nope, none of the walls were cleaned. The baseboards were okay, but not STELLAR cleaned. So, I called Natalie. She kind of tried to put the blame on me by saying that washing walls is not a "normal" cleaning item and that needs to be addressed before-hand. I told her that I sent her an e-mail (and I pulled up the e-mail to prove it), I had talked directly with the cleaning crew (they did not speak English well AT ALL), and I had left a written note specifically requesting the walls be washed. She finally backed down and said she would send someone out to do the walls. So, she sent someone else out to do the walls a few days later. I SWEAR, those two spots were still there. I got a wet sponge and wiped them myself to make sure they were not permanent stains. Came right off. I never called Natalie again and she never called me again either. So, this was a gigantic waste of $99 for me.

You need to let them know what you want cleaned and what cleaning products to use. Not sure that they have confidence to just clean without you telling them where and what. Overall, went well. First time they did not wipe out Micro wave, but second time asked them to and they did it.

Natalie (the owner?) was very pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my multiple reschedules even during the busy holidays. I was looking forward to finding a new reliable housekeeper. They did a thorough job on the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning the refrigerator, cleaning the downstairs windows inside and out, cleaning the blinds (which I have in nearly every room of the house) and they even moved the sofa in the family room to clean underneath it. Based on the thoroughness of their cleaning, I would have given them an "A" rating...however... I will not hire this company again. I spent most of the 2 1/2 hours they were here cringing due to the loud banging noises - banging the vacuum against the baseboards (luckily my new floors and baseboards were not installed at that time), banging the blinds as they cleaned them, slamming cupboard doors, running the mop into the furniture....at one point I moved some valuable pieces in the hope they would not touch them. They did end up cleaning that area...and ended up chipping one of them as I had feared. I hate to give them a bad review as the price was very good, they did a fairly thorough cleaning, and they were very nice to deal with. However, I think people need to be forewarned that they are not very careful.

Everything went well. They arrived on schedule, did a very thorough cleaning, and conducted themselves professionally. I was pleased with the work.

I liked that they did not use harsh chemicals. However, that meant that the kitchen and bathrooms cannot be spotless, which is a small price to pay for not having to deal with toxic chemicals. My problem with the cleaning is that my floors are still dusty after the cleaning. It looks fine, but when my toddler daughter walked around the house, her feet became black and dirty. This has never happened before the cleaning. I don't know what was used on my floors, but I won't this service anymore.

They arrived on time and started work immediately. . They did a pretty good job overall. My biggest complaint is the on/off knob on my stove overhead fan is gone(broken?) and will be hard to replace as it is 20+years old. ..and I can't turn the fan on/off. I know accidents can happen but I would have expected to be told about it while they were here. Also have not found a couple cleaning items (mine) that they used. Nothing major but it is annoying. I would probably use them again ...for the same price.

The ladies arrived on time, were professional and efficient. I am very impressed. They brought everything they needed. I can't wait to use them again. Thank you Angie's List for a great experience.

I had a team of 3 ladies, they came in and promptly went to work. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and they took the trash. The ladies were friendly and careful, which I can't say for most cleaning services. I'm so pleased with my experience with Mother Earth Maids. I will definitely be calling them again.

They did a great job. Everything was very clean and put back in it's exact place. They were on time, friendly and efficient.

Not only do these women clean my house until it sparkles, they also do things like arrange my kids' stuffed animals nicely on their beds before they leave. It's a little extra personal touch that makes me smile. :) I've been having them clean my house every other week because I'm pregnant and exhausted, and I am SO grateful for their wonderful work!

I was very happy with their work. The only complaint I had was they didn't clean the stairs as I requested (more then once).

Their initial response was very prompt. They did not show up on time and I did not feel comfortable doing business with them and requested a refund.

They are very efficient, they cleaned very well and very fast. They came on time. They listened to what I needed and performed a very thorough clean.

Our home warranted a 3 person team, with one lady in charge. When they arrived, I went over the home with her, stating what needed more focus and what areas they could avoid(home office desk/credenza with paperwork and files etc, a vanity area with personal make up etc). Also, requested them to work one floor at a time together and then, move up to the second floor after,... which had a smooth focused workflow all around, for me as well as for them. We do have a regular cleaning lady but evidently she is not on par with a tag team! These 3 ladies took over the home, top to bottom from baseboards to ceilings, light switches to door handles, front of cabinets and all the inside doors. They cleaned out the big patio doors and my front door for me very well and also tackled the large mirrors in the bedrooms/bathrooms. In the kitchen, addressed the granite counters, cleaned out the microwave and most importantly made my stainless steel fridge absolutely sparkle. Cleaned and dusted out the window shutters all over the home, cleaned and dusted all the upholstered chairs and couches. Polish wiped the wooden furniture all over. Cleaned out the laundry room area and in between the machines too!! As well as the neglected area around the laundry sink!! Overall, it took them about 5-6 hours and the effort showed. The house smelled clean and fresh and actually sparkled after a very long time.

Every aspect of the job went very well, from making (and my having to reschedule once) the appointment to communicating with the cleaners to enjoying my very clean house. The owner, Natalie, was very helpful and accommodating and the cleaners worked so hard! I needed detail work in the bathroom, which they did beautifully. I also had them clean the refrigerator and oven.They worked the house over from top to bottom and needed almost no direction! They did such a nice job that I'm planning on having them come routinely from now on.

I was looking for a great vacation rental home cleaner - hard to come by - for our homes in Orange County. Natalie and her staff were very attentive to our concerns and took notes of details we needed done. She helps us go out of our way to provide a good client experience to our clients by leaving notes, running an errand, etc. She had originally quoted us a higher price on one of our larger homes but after cleaning it CAME DOWN ON PRICE without us asking because it wont take her crew as long as they thought to complete. When does that happen?? VERY honest and helpful. We now have her crew cleaning for us each turnover and love the service. She is always a quick phone call or text away should a problem or need arise. I love her professionalism and realistic approach to cleaning. We never have a complaint from our guests and that speaks VOLUMES.
