Natalie was great on the phone. She was clearly juggling kids and did a great job getting all my info. 3 gals showed up pretty promptly and brought all their own supplies. I opened the house and left them to do their work and asked that they call me when they were done so that I could come back over to check their work before they left. NICE JOB! If I ever need a cleaning service again I will use Natalie's company.

The 3 ladies showed up early, went right to work. The main thing they missed was clean the oven and a thorough sweep of garage, I called their office and someone promptly came back in the later afternoon to take care of the oven. Overall, customer service was excellent, but I was not very impressed with the team. My suggestion is that they do a thorough walk through with customer and have a checklist so that nothing is missed (appliances cleaned etc.). This was a total cleaning of 3 bedroom condo that is vacated and totally empty, ready to be put for sale.

It went very well and I would use them again.

The girls were very nice, didnt speak English which is understandable due to some sort of emergency which led to the one that speak English take off . I was very busy running around from one place to the next with my kids and my dog so i had no time to be walking behind them checking every little thing the girls were doing. They started cleaning about 1 30 and finished by about 4 30 or 5, first hour I only had 2 girls then the 3rd one came in. For some reason they all moved together from one area to the next, instead if one or two doing the downstairs while the other does upstairs, at some point all three of them were in the kitchen. Well anyway, I couldn't really say much because they wouldn't understand me anyway but again, no big deal. I didn't really notice all the little things until they left and I had a chance to go over things, there were tons of little things in my bathroom, fixtures had dust and cobwebs, top of the shower door was not wiped, shower door had soap scum all over it, and a bunch of other minor things. I didnt mind paying extra if the girls needed more time. But again for $150 I guess I can't really complain much, I did give them an extra $10. Would I use them again? Not sure, most likely not, but I am sure if I was there walking behind them and checking their every move they made, I am sure they would have done an awesome job but I don't think anyone should be doing that, that is the reason why you hire professional cleaners, so that you don't have to check their work. AN UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM OWNER A simple I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, would have been much more nicer than all this defensive unnecessary stuff below. Definetly would not call quality work but like I said before no big deal. I do recall myself having a conversation with the owner Natalie that if the girls needed more time to work, I had no problem in paying extra, to just let me know but that wasnt done. And I was not home, I might have been home for total of 20 min or so and even then I was in and out so the girls had the whole house to themselves. My family didn't come home until the last half hour they were cleaning and I still told my kids to go outside along with my dog so that they can finish. To top it all off, the girls trashed my bills that were neatly stacked inside my shredder bin with all my credit card accounts, bank account numbers, everything out in the open into the community trash bins in which I had no idea until a few days later after I went inside my shredder bin to get the stack out to begin my shredding. Mind you, nothing was inside the shredder, no shredded paper, nothing but the bills waiting to be shredded. I understand that it may be your policy to empty trash cans, shredders, but the shredder had nothing in there but whole bills so all they had to do is set it aside and ask if it's ok to trash or not. So with that being said, a simple cleaning that was supposed to make my life easier, turned to h*** if you want to call it, calling everywhere cancelling accounts, being transfered from one call to another, insane......

They did a fantastic job. Came on time, there was a team and they worked hard, and were very professional and nice. I was so pleased with them, I asked them to come back when we moved out out of the house and they were even more responsive, worked really hard and did everything we asked. Hire them, they won'[t disappoint you. Even when we were moving out, they knew we might not need them again, since we were moving, but they still provided outstanding service. I would absolutely hire them again!

They were fine and I might call them again. I have no complains and I am satisfied with their service.

We bought a special deal for 3 hours service but did not use it until a few weeks later due to waiting for some interior work to be finished. The company checked in periodically to see if we were ready to have the service. When we finally did schedule, they showed up a little bit late due to getting lost from a GPS error. When they came in, they got right to work and were fast and efficient. They accomplished everything that was needed and were very thorough. Additionally, they stayed a little bit over to make up for being late. Would definitely hire again.

They were really good and did a really good job. I thought they were really thorough. They sent a team of three people and they really cleaned everything. When I came in I was really happy at how clean the house was. Only one spoke English which was good and I felt comfortable with them being in my house. She text me when they were gone and they were really nice people.

After I purchased the Angie's List special for nine hours (three workers for three hours) of deep cleaning by Mother Earth Maids, I was contacted by a representative who asked me the details of my place and if there were any special things that I needed to have done. She asked me when a good time would be and we quickly agreed on a date and time. I received a reminder e-mail a day or so before the scheduled cleaning. On the scheduled day the workers arrived a little late because of difficulty locating my place, but they more than compensated by working a full three hours and then some. Not only did they clean but did some very nice organizing of things like photos, books, office supplies, and the like, that were scattered about and needed serious organizing. And they straightened my linen closet which was a mess. After they had completed more than three hours of work, one worker told me that there a few things they would still like to get to if I wanted She told me an additional hour would be $45 and I quickly agreed because I was amazed at the quality of the work they had done. Shortly thereafter their supervisor called me to ask if I was happy with their work and if I wanted an additional hour, and I responded positively to both questions. I told her that I would love to set up a monthly cleaning service. She said she would be happy to give me an estimated cost once she had had a chance to speak with the work crew to determine the amount of work that would be necessary. She has since contacted me with a very fair offer and I will be accepting it. I have had a number of people clean for me over the years, and, honestly, I have never been unhappy with the work of any of them. But none of them compares with Mother Earth Maids. Their work was far superior.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. I think their service was, overall, okay. I think their goal was to try to sell me more hours; it would have been nice if the job that they started was completed; but they did a good job for what they did do.

The above company sent me three ladies who were able to do a great job in our newly remodeled house while all the craziness of move, plumbing, and painting was going around them. We will use them again since they did such a great job. Thank you Angie's List. I really don't know what we would've done without you because we didn't know anyone in Orange County.

I have had a long history of 'cleaning people'. I can say Rosario and Linda are exceptional in their attitude and performance I am more than satisfied. The rooms were sparkling clean. Despite a late start due to unforeseen circumstances (a computer crash among other things) the two ladies arrived and started work after a brief introduction. They worked uninterrupted until they had accomplished the requested tasks. The work was done quiety and most efficiently. The atmosphere was comfortable and not interrupted at all by their presence. The result of their labor was a sparkling clean condo done in the most exceptional manner. I have scheduled for their return.

They came in, accessed my home, looked at my requests and proceeded in an organized way. There were 3 people working at one time, led by an English speaking leader. They did my ceiling fans, shutters and ended steam cleaning my floors. I would definitely use them again.

I saw the special for "Deep Cleaning" and gave the service a call. From start to finish I have been impressed. Great communication and the cleaning was very through. A team of three women arrived on time and did all the chores I requested plus additional . I have arranged for the team to come once every three weeks. The employees are very respectful and take pride in their performance. I have been extremely pleased and will recommend the Mother Earth service to my friends.

They contacted me immediately. Gave me the date of my choice!!! They did a thourough job cleaning the things on my list but did not look further than that. Two very dirty sconces hung over the island remained dirty. I forgot to add them to my list or im sure they wouldve been cleaned. Very nice women. Also did bed detail. Their vacuum ripped the edge off a throw rug which was folded and hidden and not found for weeks. Not a big deal as rug was very cheap. Wish i had known about it right away. If you prepare your list well in advance you wont be disappointed.

They did an amazing job. They were able to clean my bathroom better than any other housekeepers I've had in my house before. They were detail oriented, vacuumed behind the couches, moved furniture to vacuum underneath and didn't cut corners. What a great experience.

The office is always very well cleaned. They also respond to special requests. They are punctual and have gone above and beyond to help me when I need additional help.

Everyone was very nice, but had a couple of issues that will prevent me from using them again. 1) Had scheduled the service and no one showed the day it was scheduled. The manager did make every effort to reschedule quickly, but this was still an inconvenience. 2) One of the cleaners broke a glass candle holder that will be difficult to replace. Both issues may have been inadvertent, but not a great first impression

It went very well. The three women who cleaned (sorry, it's been awhile and I don't remember names) came a little late, but that was due to a car problem, and I was fine with it. They introduced themselves to me and got to work. They did a really good job, even doing some things I didn't expect. I have a table with a straw mat on it that's hard to clean and I said they didn't have to do that, but they did it anyway, and it looked great. I highly recommend Mother Earth Maids and will use them again.

I get an email every week confirming that the cleaners are coming. The same ones come every week.

They were here on time and brought most of their own supplies. They did use my vacuum. They worked very quickly. Next time I would be clearer on what I wanted done specifically. I was very happy over all. I have never had my house cleaned so it was a new experience.
