Three folks showed up at the designated time and immediately went to work in different rooms. Both bathrooms were spotless when completed as was the rest of the condo. The cleaning was so complete that even the silverware holder in the kitchen was washed and a calcium ring removed from a bathroom tub. Upon leaving I was asked if I would like to have the patio cleaned as well!!

Overall, I was very pleased. The cleaners, a team of 5, showed up about an hour early, but that worked fine. The team leader reviewed the work list I had prepared and effectively dispatched the team on the cleaning projects I had identified. Near the end of the work, I did have to point out/request a few items that had not been cleaned, but I do not consider that a problem as the leader responded well to the information and the cleaning was done. I do recommend this group.

A three people crew arrived on time. Brought their own equipment and products to use. They asked what needed to be done and any special jobs or needs on which to focus.They split up the rooms and chores and ended with them all working in the kitchen since that was the biggest job. Very efficient and got a lot more done than I expected. Very easy to work with. Great job at a very good price!

The cleaning team arrived at my home on time. They were polite, professional, and efficient, and did a very good job "Spring Cleaning" my 2 bed/2 bath condo. They even wiped down the inside of my refrigerator. My only complaint is that they did not clean the glass shower doors in either bathroom. The leader of the team asked me if I had any Lysol foaming cleanser. When I responded that I did not, she advised that she would be unable to clean the bathroom shower doors because she didn't have the right cleanser. She did say that they would bring it next time if I ordered additional cleaning services. I would definitely recommend Mother Earth Maids and will use their services again.

Three women came and worked for 2-1/2 hours. There was good and not-so-good. First the good. They did an excellent job on cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms and mirrors. They were very thorough in everything they cleaned, and the kitchen especially was done extremely well. They also did one bedroom thoroughly. However, the allocation of time was not properly done. The vacuum cleaner they used was very weak and did not pick up a lot of things, so I had to re-vacuum the house after they left. They also did not finish the dusting. The tile floors were also not cleaned properly -- just a quick wipe down. I re-did the tile floors (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) as well as did some of the dusting they did not do, and re-vacuumed the place. One negative was one of the ladies climbed on the tiled kitchen counter with her shoes on (no protectors). I had to request her to use a ladder, as I did not want our tile counter to break. I give them a "fair" rating only because they should have been able to finish everything. However, as I said, they did an excellent job in cleaning the kitchen, appliances, bathroom, mirrors. Perhaps my expectations were high because of the many positive reviews, and I was slightly disappointed. Therefore I have given them an "excellent" rating in Quality, Responsiveness and Punctuality, but only "fair" overall because of not getting everything completed.

Went great! Within a week of purchasing the service was completed. The girls showed up on time and did a very detailed cleaning.

I have wood cupboards and you can see all the marks still, there were long black hairs on tile and in the kitchen.

The 3 women cleaning crew arrived an hour late and no one called to tell me. I called Natalie Miranda who explained that she was with a relative in intensive care and missed their call. But she made good on that oversight by giving me extra time and cleaning. They arrived at 4pm and left at 8pm on a Saturday. I thought they would stop working at 6pm. But they stayed until the work was done and I was satisfied. The women worked well together. They were cheerful and efficient. They didn't mind my two chihuahuas and they even cleaned their toy basket. Everything was folded and put away neatly.

3 working woman arrived on time, but I notice that they did not use shoe protection covers before entering our house like the other cleaning services companies that we used before on Angies List. They cleaned our entire 1000 sq. ft. condo rather nicely. If there was an issue, it would be that none of the woman asked if they could use our fabric covered dining room chairs as step ladders to clean things up on the walls and mirrors. I would thought that they would have had a step ladder, like the other maid services that we have hired in the past. Not sure if this is an issue, but I saw one of the workers talking on their cell phone with one hand and dusting with another. Not sure if owner allows this or is the norm now a days for workers in this cell phone age we are in? But this is what I saw while I entered the house to get something. I had thought of giving this company a "B" rating for the above reasons, but I felt a lot little better after seeing a nice clean house so I did decide give the company and the work crew a "A" and the working woman crew was very nice! If I had to give the owner some customer advice, it would be #1. Have your crew have an wear "crsip clean" professional work uniforms (pants and shirt) that represent your company, not just have them were street clothes as your workers did today. #2 have all workers put on shoe covers before entering a home or business as it shows more respect for the customers place of business or home and it shows how much the owner and company care about the appearance of "Clean" #3 have proper or needed tools, such as a step ladder for the job so that you do not need to step on client's furniture to reach up to clean items and finely, #4 if you don't have a company policy of workings talking on a cell phone (personal business) while working , then you need to have one and properly train your staff in this matter. We would use them again.

They kept in contact and confirmed appt by email. They Arrived a few minutes late which was no big deal but since this was first time I did wonder. They started quickly after confirming if we needed anything special completed. We told them we would return in 3 hours (3 cleaners for a total of 9 hours). We got back a few min early and they told us that they had ten min left but were not going to be finished completely. We agreed to pay for another hour and left again. The overall work looked good and they explained everything that they had completed during the walk through. We were pleased with the results and would use them again.

I live with my 96 yr. old father and my daughter and her hsband (she is expecting), I am on dailysis. We have been in need of a housecleaning servce for a while. I belive we have found a service. I did call another service, she called me back first and was going call with a time and price. While waiting for her call back MOTHER EARTH, called. Natile Called she gave me time and date options and what I thought was a good price. The other company never called me back. I will have Mother Earth back.

They arrived at the time expected and went right to work. I told them what was most important to be done. I was very pleased with the service.

They were prompt and responsive in their scheduling and also when they performed the service. They did a good job cleaning my house and I have used them two other times since. I would recommend them.

We used their services for probably 6 months, and were generally happy with the actual services themselves. They brought their own equipment and supplies, and were willing to use a special stainless steel cleaner that we provided/ preferred. The problems we had were in communication and scheduling. Each cleaning crew was supposed to have an English speaking leader on it, but that was not our experience. So while each crew was friendly and hard working, we couldn't communicate with them. On scheduling, we had 3 occasions where crews were so late we had to cancel and reschedule our cleaning, or adjust our schedules to accommodate the crew. We liked Natalie a lot, the main contact, but finally decided that the headache wasn't worth it. So we recently cancelled our regular service and have selected another provider.

I was able to give a list of extras that needed taken care of and they accomplished everything in the time alotted except one. They were super freindly and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to friends. I was able to get on their calendar for the exact date I needed them. And the phone service to set up the appointment was great! Love that they use organic products. Love them!

It is a very misleading ad. They suppose come with 3 people working 3 hours/each person. They initially came with two people. One lady was sneezing all the time. They didn't take their shoes off. The owner called me a few hours later telling me that their 9 hours is up. I have to pay extra for them to finish the task. ??? They were in the middle of the cleaning. I did not like this tactic.

They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They did a very fantastic job. They cleaned off the insides of the microwave and all kinds of things that other cleaners wouldn’t do. They were super good. They don’t do windows of course, no one does. I liked them and everything they did looks great. I have had them several times. They did a very good job cleaning the bathrooms. They always seem to be able to fit me in when I call.

It took a little time to get our schedules in sync, but after we got it scheduled, they showed up with a cleaning crew of 5 people and spent about 2 hours cleaning. The house was very dirty and everything was very clean when they were done.

Hard to contact them. Said they did not get my messages I left for them. I have had the same phone number for over 25 years.

I have been using Mother Earth Maids bi-weekly since December when I purchased her cleaning deal. These ladies rock! They are all business, come into the house and get straight to work. I went through 2 other services prior to Mother Earth Maids and was not happy. We have pets and there is NEVER pet hair on the rugs/furniture when they leave which makes me so happy. Natalie ensures they know what is important to you and if it is not right, they will fix it. I also really appreciate that Natalie works schedules and changes to service with me over email as I am in a lot of meetings and am not available for phone calls during the day.

My experience with them was excellent. They did a very good job. They were polite, came in, and got the job completed on time. They did a fine job and I was really happy with their service. They were very pleasant. They set a time and date that worked with my schedule and they showed up on time. They came in and got the job done. I think they stayed longer than necessary, but they were very thorough. Their prices were reasonable. they had 3 people come in for $100. I was very satisfied with them.

This deal worked out great. They did such a good job cleaning my house, that I use them now every three weeks. Great company.

She is really good if there is anything missed or anything that needs to be redone. She likes feedback and will come back and correct anything. She is very fair. The same people come each week, which is very nice. It keeps everything consistent and they know what I like.
