this is the email i sent to them: would like to follow up with you on yesterday's "move out" cleaning of my home. First of all, let me say that you were very helpful when I spoke to you yesterday, and your team was very prompt. I realize that the house was extremely dirty - my tenants obviously did very little to clean it while they lived there, so I understand why I had to pay for more time. However, there are several things that I am very unhappy about. 1. When the ladies arrived at the house, there was a stack of furniture outside that was being trashed. I was asked if they could take some of it, and I had no problem with that. However, there was also some trash - including a very, very old and very dirty telescopic duster that was being thrown away. They took it in the house, and USED IT to dust some of the higher areas. It was being trashed because it was filthy, so needless to say, it did not belong back in the house! 2. There are shutters in the master bedroom, one of which was partially broken before. However, when I went upstairs to look at it, an entire window's worth of shutters were sitting on the floor! I was not even told that it came off the window......they just left it on the floor. Here are pictures of how it was left, and the window it came from. 3. I have 2 sets of vertical blinds in the family room; one covering a patio door, which was used all the time, and one covering a very large window, which was closed when I arrived, and opened for cleaning. They are BOTH BROKEN NOW - the cords snapped, and they cannot be closed! 4. In prior years, when I still lived there, I hired cleaning crews twice a month. I could always tell that they were there, because the products they used gave the home a beautiful, fresh smell. There was no such aroma yesterday, and I found that very disappointing. 5. I told the crew that they did not have to vacuum the downstairs carpet because it was being removed. However, I did not expect that they would leave additional dirt and small pieces of trash on it. As I said, I understand how bad the condition of the house was as far as the cleanliness goes, but there is really no excuse for any of the above! I'd like to know what can be done about this situation. Thank you for your time.

They did a fine job cleaning my house, nothing extra or noticeably superior. They went as fast as was humanely possible. I'm looking for a company or individual that wants the house to be clean. After this cleaning job I felt like everything needed another rub down with a dry cloth.

The maids cleaned one bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area.They did a very good job overall.

I chose this service because it had an "A" rating on Angie's List and I wanted a service that was environmentally safe for me and my pets. The Owner sounded professional and helpful but the maid service was horrific. My dog walker called me at work to advise me that the maids were on their cell phones the entire time she was at the house to take care of my pets. Maids had cell phone in one hand and half hearted dusting / cleaning occuring. Maids were more interested in their phone calls. I took note and said we would wait to see if things improved. My dog walker called me later and said that she was setting out towels in the bathroom and was missing some towels. Dog walker asked the maids if they had seen the towels. Maids replied "no" they hadn't seen any towels. Dog walker checked the maid's rag bucket and my expensive towels were in their rag bucket and were totally ruined. The maids not only used my towels to clean floor boards - they lied to my dog walker. My dog walker set the towels aside for me and took photos of the towels. I then rec'd a call from one of the maids telling me they couldn't get all the cleaning done in 4 hours (2 maids!) I have a townhome - my home is of moderate size. The maid wanted permission to work 2 hrs of overtime. My dog walker was at the house and so I talked to her. My dog walker said the maids continued to talk on the phone during her second visit to the house and my dog walker could not see much that was done by the maids. I asked the maids to leave. I called the owner and advised her of what occured. Owner said she would look into this and would get back to me regarding charges. Charges?! Owner sent email stating she'd never had anyone else complain but she would not charge me for this visit. I've Managed a customer service dept for 18 years. The last comment an unhappy customer wants to hear is about any other customer experiences. An unhappy customer wants to hear an apology and negotiate a solution. I had photos and a witness to this horrid experience and the best the owner could do was tell me no one else complained - thankfully I wasn't asked to pay for a non-existent cleaning. I suspect most people who have a cleaning service are working and don't know what is going on. I had a witness and photos. What is most disturbing about this experience is that the maids lied to my dog sitter, lied to me and surely lied to the Owner. I need to be able to trust people who are entering my home while I'm away. I've complained to the BBB

They were right on time and brought all of their own equipment and supplies. Asked if I had any particular concerns and I let them know the reasons I was terminating service with the people I have used for ten years. I have contracted with them for once every four weeks.

went ok. They were late and no call to advise us. They dind't bring tall pole like I had asekd to clean cobwebs up hogher due to high ceilings. They didn't have a stool to reach above 5 ft to wipe glass sliding closet doors so 3/4 was clean and 1/4 were still dirty and had to finish it myself.

It was not a good experience. I had made it very clear when I scheduled the appointment the three things I wanted done more than anything else in the house. 1) 2 Full Bathrooms and a 1/2 Bath Cleaned 2) Kitchen 3) Clean all the blinds There was no need to clean any floors as there were no floors installed to clean. The contractors arrived on-time but there was an issue about how many hours they were going to be there. I had paid for 4 hours, they were expecting to be there for 2. We were able to clear that up and move forward. I then again stressed the three things I wanted done in those 4 hours. They started with the blinds and windows and moved into the kitchen. That is where the cleaning the stopped for four hours they cleaned the blinds and windows down stairs ONLY and the kitchen. Which I then had to re-clean the stove top and clean the inside of the oven doors myself. The cleaned the 1/2 bath downstairs only! Cleaning the bathrooms was more number 1 priority. I was so upset I felt like I just threw money out the window. They were willing to stay longer and clean the bathrooms and blinds upstairs for another $250.00. Seriously????? There were 3 maids and in 4 hours you could not clean 2 bathrooms. Completely unacceptable.

I have family coming over pretty soon. I need a total clean up. They responded quickly even I need it for Sunday. The shower door now has no soap scum. They even scrubbed my tile floor on four.

They did not finish with all the house. They left two rooms undone.

Natalie was very prompt in responding to my request for service, and to the several follow up questions I had. I was satisfied with the job that Karla and the team did. I especially appreciated the young man that did the dusting. He was very thorough and careful. My only disappointment was my floors. I had indicated that they were my priority, yet they weren't done as well as I would have liked. The house hadn't been professionally cleaned for a couple of months, so I know there was a lot of work to be done and I told Karla that I wanted it done in the allotted time frame. I think they were hurrying at the end to get out on time. Except for the floors, they did a very thorough job, which I appreciate. I have hired them to do a monthly cleaning of my home.

They arrived on time. It was a crew of three women. They got there at 8:30am. I wasn't feeling well that day and pretty much just locked myself in my office and left them to do their work. They did a great job and the place looked 1000% better when they were done which was perfect because I had guests arriving late that same day. Overall, good value, great service.

The crew arrived on time; worked hard; pleased my hard to please mother; and were able to extend for another hour and a half.

They showed up on time and started to clean after everything was organized. Team lead asked a few questions and after that the team was on cruise control. They preformed a great job and I am highly pleased with the work performed. I would use them again.

They were late and took a lot longer than what they promised us. However clue member were great. They did a wonderful job. Owner should more clear on time and cost. I emailed owner regarding monthly fee but never got a response. So I give big thumb's up for actual workers and okay to owner. Owner should be more on top of everything.

The crew arrived on time. They are always extremely polite and efficient. I have a large 2 story home and they cleaned it top to bottom.

All the the women worked hard. They vacuumed, dusted, cleaned tubs and cleaned windows.

They did a great job! They also did some gardening services. They did a wonderful job as well and I thought they were very reasonably priced and very fair. Natalie is very easy to deal with, easy to talk to and easy to get in touch with.

FANTASTIC! A bit before 2:00, Natalie called to inform me that they were running a few minutes late for our 2:15 appointment. Thanks, Natalie, I really appreciate your letting me know - even if it's only a few minutes. Then, at 2:30, the ladies arrived, and after a few minutes of explaining our "wish-list", they went right to work. A little later, my wife came to me and asked, "Where did you find these people? They are SOOOO much faster and more thorough than the previous cleaning companies we've used. I can hardly keep up just watching them work! They even scrubbed my bathtub, and it wasn't even on our list." Later, when only an hour more of my pre-paid work time remained, I had to tell one girl to not be quite so thorough in wiping down the rest of the kitchen cabinets, as she still needed to clean my desk (which was quite dirty), and then clean the blinds in the den. So, she eased off a bit (at least when I was looking), and then finished those cabinets, my desk, the blinds, and some other dusting before the hour was up. Think about that again - my only "half-negative" comment is that I had to tell her to NOT be quite so thorough in her cleaning. WOW! So, next time I'll just have them start with my highest priority tasks, so that I feel comfortable (although at their work speed, they probably would have finished, anyway). A very satisfied customer (my real score is "A+").

Manager Natalie initially took a while getting back to me when I tried to schedule an appointment. When we were finally able to get in touch, she was very responsive. The cleaning was great. The only hitch was that Natalie had quoted me at their move-in special of $225 for 3 people for 4 1/2 hours. When I arrived for the final walkthrough, they told me they ended up taking longer because there were only initially 2 people, though 4 people eventually came to help out. The cleaning ultimately took 6 hours. Natalie apologized for not calling me beforehand to check whether it was okay to go over the agreed-to number of people and hours, but nonetheless charged me an extra $25. Not very happy about that.

Overall it went well. I asked to make sure the kitchen was done well, and they did an OK job.
