The work was done generally, but a lot of things were not complete. Kitchen cabinets not all cleaned, just some. The refridge inside done, but not the outside. Some thigs we're not returned to their place. They turned off the computer and phone connection, by accident I'm sure, and it became a problem for me since I had to call Time Warner to fix it. The workers themselves were friendly and I have no complaint about their attitude..

We had work scheduled with Natalie for yesterday at 2:30pm. No one showed up. I contacted the owner and she called back at 2:50 to let me know that the crew is late due to another house that is in bad shape and needs extra time to be cleaned. We rescheduled for today at 2:30 pm. No one showed up. This is after I emailed ahead of time today to make sure that someone will be here on time as planned. Natalie did respond that they will be on time via email. At 3:00 PM I emailed to let them know that I have to work with another company. I rated C on responsiveness because Natalie did get back to me eventually. The intent was good nut failed on responsiveness and being on-time.

I have 3 bed townhouse of 1200 sq ft approximately. I had some painting and electrical work done so house was really a mess. I found Mother maids in Angie's List and asked for estimate. I was given an estimate from $75 - $90 for size of my house. As commited, they were 3 women and were on time. It took more than 3 hours and actually they asked for approval for an additional half hour over 3 hours to clean. Quality of work was great but at the end, the cost came to $175 whcih was little over my expectation. But since my house condition was not in good condition, I thought that is reasonable and probably from next time it should be less.

This was the second time I've hired them. They did a nice job and I would use them again.

Very good. There were just a few places where they "dusted around" objects rather than move them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was pretty good. The big deal was supposed to be for x amount of people, and they came with 2 people, so they had to stay an extra hour, they didn't let me know that in advance, and that messed up my afternoon.

It went okay...I thought more could be done.

The service went well. The only complaint is that they collected my payment in cash at the end of the service, and I had forgotten that I had already paid for the service through Angie's list.

Did a great job cleaning the house. They were very thorough in what they did. The spill catcher on the Stove was in bad shape and I had bought a replacement spill catcher and was planning on putting it on after they were done cleaning the Stove. The old spill catchers looked like new after they were done, was very impressed. Will use them again.

First, I was very impressed with the amount and consistency of communication from this company. I received a confirmation email after scheduling the appointment and a reminder email the day before the appointment. Also a follow up email after the cleaning was completed. A phone call to schedule the appointment, a phone call when they were running late due to their previous appointment and a follow up phone call when I expressed some concerns over part of the work. Most of the cleaning was good. My shower tile looks so much better! However, the refrigerator was not cleaned, which was a big one for me. I let the company know in response to their follow up email. I received a phone call the next day to see what could be done to make it right. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day and they came out and cleaned the refrigerator so it also looks great. I would recommend this company as they take pride in their work and have a very professional attitude with regards to running a business.

Great! We had three really hard workers cleaning our house in no time. Everything came our really clean and smelled very fresh. Thank you Mother Earth Maids!

They were great. There was just the right amount of communication prior to the service, with emails confirming my purchase, setting up a time, and confirming the appointment. I purchased a deal for 12 hours of housecleaning, 3 workers for four hours each. They arrived at my mother's house on time, and worked diligently for the full time frame. The house is very cluttered, but they went about the job with no complaints. My mother said that they were polite and cheerful. It is a three bedroom condo, not cleaned regularly, so a big job. Under 2000 sq. ft, but they were able to clean most of the house, including windows, which was a bonus. My mother was very pleased with the results. The only problem was at the end they had not mopped the kitchen floor, and asked my mother if she would pay for an additional 1/2 hour for this to be done. We probably should have arranged for such a contingency separately. As it was, my mother being elderly, she thought they were trying to take advantage of her. I know they were not, but I regret not adding an overtime contingency, so that my mother would not be unhappy at the end of the service. I would definitely use them again. I was supposed to get a follow up email after the service, but did not receive one.

did an average job...nice, but missed a few things

The cleaners did a good job of cleaning and we received our deposit back. The cleaners had a flat tire so were late which they did call to say they were running late and stated time they would arrive but it was about 30-40 after the time given. I really wouldn't have cared if I wasn't moving out and didn't have carpet cleaners coming in the afternoon. That said they were through and we got our deposit back. The price was good for what we needed. We lived in a 1,100 sq ft. condo.

They did a beautiful job. They arrived on time and were courteous and took careful notes of things to be done. The kitchen linoleum which we thought could never be cleaned looked remarkably better.

I am updating my previous review as Natalia contacted me after my poor experience with her company. She had gone on vacation right after my first experience, so she wasn't as responsive as normal, but she called me immediately afterwards. She went above and beyond to make up for the bad experience. She offered to have my other house cleaned at her expense to show that her service is top quality. As a business person, I truly respect Natalia's business ethics, follow up and her ability to take a lackluster experience and turn it into a good one. Thank you!

They neglected to show up. I had to call and was told that their computer was down and they could not contact me. Had to reschedule appointment. The work was less than satisfactory. I paid them and then requested an invoice. After three email request, I still did not get the invoice, so I gave up.

it was OK. The workers needed a lot of supervision and could not accomplish the full scope of work in the time frame allotted.

I originally had Mother Earth Maids do my mom home on a special they had. 3 hours with 3 people. They arrived late with only 2 persons. I went to do a quick run to the store I knew I would be back before they had to leave, well they must have left when I did. I did a check of the home and found dust on the dressers in two of the bedrooms ,the floor had not been mopped and overall not cleaned. My mom ended up cleaning the dirty floors with her own mop. I called right away to Natalie of Mother Earth Maids to let her know my concern and disappointment and to let her know I would be sending pictures of my findings. She wanted to send the cleaners back to dust the tops and clean the floor , but I did not want them coming back. She asked me to give Mother Maids another try and that they would make up for it. I have a vacation home that I needed cleaned so I called Mother maids for the make up cleaning, they did a good job the home is an easy clean because it has only the basics for a vacation. I was charged $150.00 I called them back again and sorry to say they came late left early and did a poor job. I had to do the job over again to make sure my next vacation guest had a clean home to arrive to. When I went over the carpet with the vacuum I could not believe how much hair was left of the carpet. So I had to do the job over again. I was busy with a phone call and did not have time to check while they were their so I just gave them a tip and let them go. I am sorry to say that I would not be able to trust them to leave the home clean. So I will not be using them again. Still looking

They were really nice to work with and they followed up well. The work went smoothly and there were no problems.

They were extremely thorough. I have not seen my house this clean since we moved in. It looked amazing. We were so impressed that we signed up to have them continue to clean our house every 2 weeks. They continue to be thorough and consistent.

For the most part, they did a great job. The bathrooms were very well cleaned. Carpets vacuumed and baseboards cleaned. They took care of some much needed dusting. After a careful inspection of the kitchen, my wife and I both felt that there could have been much more attention to detail. The floor and cabinets were not as clean as I would have expected. When it came time to inspect the job, we felt that the crew was in an awful hurry to get on to the next house. We will take some of the responsibility for the kitchen complaints. My wife and I should have performed a more careful inspection. I would be willing to give this company another try. As with all purchases, the buyer must be responsible enough to demand satisfaction.
