They did an okay job. There were a few areas that they could have been cleaned better. We would've liked to have seen some more detailed cleaning, like in the bathroom and a few other areas.

They did a fabulous job. They cleaned everything and it all just shines.

Natalie is great with communication and scheduling. She sent out a team of 4 people for 3 hours. They cleaned all the little specifics i asked for and more. Pictures, fans, under beds, on top of medicine cabinets, etc. They even removed all those nasty hard water deposits around the sinks...and the shower door too! This is my second time using them. I've never written a review for Angie's List but felt compelled due to the excellent job. I can highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

When I get my house cleaned again, I'm calling them back. For the most part I felt like I could communicate with them what my needs were but I didn't really have to because they did it prior to me asking... They at least had 2-3 English speakers present. They moved furniture to clean and even got the year old cereal out from under my seat cushions. Toys were popping up from the wood-work...

Not only did they do all of the "expected" cleaning, but they also did the tops of all door frames, wiped out the fridge, washed plate glass windows and swept the front porch. The young woman in charge of the crew was very professional and respectful.

Four cleaners arrived on time as scheduled. They had all the equipment and supplies necessary. The cleaning was methodical and thorough. Aside from the standard cleaning (all floors, counters, etc.) one would expect they tackled windows (inside & out if accessible), the sliding glass door (15' wide,) minor carpet spot removal, all window sills, oven & stove, and inside cupboards. They also willing swept out an unattached garage and back porch. This was all done in 4 hours. The 1400 sq. ft. apartment sparkled and smelled nice and clean (not chemically). They were friendly and hard working. I'd recommend them and also hire them again in the future.

The ladies were exceptional. They worked so hard from the moment they arrived until they left. They cleaned everything in the bathrooms and the kitchen (including inside all cabinets). They cleaned all the windows inside and out. The place was spotless when they left. I was so impressed when they asked me to do a walk-through to make sure we were happy with the work. I found a couple of small things I needed done, and they happily completed my requests. I recommend this company without reservation. I will use them again.

The service turned out well. They came out at the promised time. They did an excellent job.

Our cleaning team arrived right on time and worked pretty efficiently for the entire time. They even wiped down the fronts of all the cabinets in the kitchen. It took a little longer than the $159 deal I purchased allowed for, so I ended up paying extra to have them finish everything as I was getting ready for the holidays and needed everything done. Their cleaning supplies are all natural and don't have a super fresh scent like the nasty chemicals that some people use, but then I don't have all those nasty chemicals! Thanks!

My experience with Mother Earth Maids was 100% positive. I was contacted quickly after I purchased their special cleaning deal here on Angie's list. We weren't able to coordinate scheduling for a few weeks due to my complicated schedule, but once I was able to find time we had the cleaning scheduled right away. A team of three cleaners led by Emmy arrived right on time and got straight to work. They had the entire house clean (including dusting blinds, cleaning ceiling fans, scrubbing out bathrooms, thoroughly cleaning the kitchen, and cleaning all of the floors) in just over three hours. My home is now the cleanest that it has ever been! I have been looking for a regular cleaning service and will be contacting Mother Earth Maids to arrange a regular cleaning schedule for the future.

It was fair. I wasn't that happy with them because they broke a non-replaceable lamp. I had to really tell them what to do. They wouldn't gotten have the cleaning done that they did until I told them to do it. They're a little bit unprofessional. At the end the job was good but I didn't appreciate that they play music while they were working. I know that it was an accident breaking my lamp. She did pay it for replacement even though that particular lamp couldn't be replaced. I think it was mostly that they were spending a lot of time upstairs until I told them they have to finish it up and clean the downstairs. They were on time.

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with Mother Earth. Not only did a "live" person answer the phone, but I was able to obtain cleaning service on the same day. Emmy's team of workers did a thorough and detailed job of cleaning my home. They did so much more than expected, including cleaning ceiling fans, windows, baseboards, cabinets, etc. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The team arrived an hour late, and took an extra 30 minutes above and beyond the 3 hours I was quoted for the square footage of the home that I told them I needed cleaned. This is despite the fact that I did not have two rooms of my home cleaned, reducing the required square footage by about 750 feet. Due to illness of the management staff, there was some miscommunication that was rectified by email and phone conversations. Overall the services provided were fine, but more than what I needed help with. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs regular comprehensive cleaning services (beds made, baseboards cleaned, etc.). The staff was very nice and cordial, but if you speak Spanish (which I do) it will help you communicate with the team while they are there in case questions or issues come up.

It went really well and they did a great job. They came probably in the spring but that was just by my choice, I didn't call them right away. They were very thorough in their cleaning and they did an exceptional job. I actually used them a few more times after the Angie's List coupon that I had.

I wasn't impressed with them. One spoke English and the rest was Hispanic and they kind of did what I told them. I said concentrate on the kitchen and bathroom, but they started in the back bedrooms. When they came back to the kitchen and the bathroom, they almost ran out of time. They acted like they weren't very experienced. They spent a lot of time dusting things that I didn't want cleaned and didn't concentrate on the areas I wanted them to clean. I was not too impressed. I thought the price was good. There was nothing extra done. They called and we got the job done within my time frame, so that was good and they were on time.

Amy and her team arrived right on time; I explained some of the particulars I wanted them to include, and they set to work, while I cleaned out an outside closet. I have a 900 sq ft condo, but they took 2 hours and did a thorough job. They were wonderful. I gave the price a B grade, but I have to realize that for that amount, they included washing all the windows and they completely cleaned my side-by-side fridge, inside and out, as well as the oven and microwave. I was very happy.

They were on time, friendly and professional. My house looked fantastic. I will be scheduling service in the future.

Mother Earth Maids have been keeping my house looking beautiful for about two years. They are professional and thorough, and they are genuinely nice people. They even kept extra quiet while cleaning during the time when we adopted a new kitten, so as not to frighten him. Wonderful service: I would recommend them without reservation.

They used environmentally safe products with no odor which is fantastic. They worked hard, were professional, and did a great job. The price was around $155 on an Angie's list special. Amazing - Amy and her team were awesome, friendly, professional, well dressed, fast, and great at what they did! My house is sparkling, and my toilets have never been so clean! They even cleaned the windows in the kitchen and dining room and also spent extra time on a mirror that was cloudy and it looks so much better! Thank you Amy!
