House was cleaned by 3 women for 4 hours each. Great job. Only issue was slow response to initial emails. Great service after contact was made a-week later so given quality of cleaning, I would hire them again!

3 people came, 2 ladies and a guy. Overall, it went well. The head of the staff broke a small lightbulb of mine. Didn't offer to replace it. I bought the 6 hour package for $155, 3 came, so they were here for a total of 2 hours. I think they took a bit longer than usual... I would reconsider them again, if 1 person can do what they did for maybe around $100.

they were 1 hour early without prior calling. of the 3 cleaners, one was very good, the other two were always chatting.

they arrived on time it was a last minute deal which was good that I found someone to do ti within a couple of days. they sent multiple people there were four or five which I was suprised when they showed up with that many. they started very diligent and paying attention to detail but finished very fast and seemed like they were in a rush to get outta there. The work was fair not great.

It was a good experience. They did real good. I think I did the 9 hours and it was right around $200 and something, or $145. I don’t remember.

It was a bait and switch. Four people showed up. After about two hours the "foreman" who arrived after the job started, came to me and announced "We need more money to finish the job." He said we brought more people than the offer said, so we need to get paid for the extra time." I told them to finish what they were doing and get out. It was a set up all the way. Never again.

The service was okay, but not great. The place is a rental place and my last people didn’t clean it by the time they go in here about 5 years ago, so it was pretty much a disaster. Mother Earth Maids got the trash out and did a very nice job on the tub and the shower. They did what they could on the floor, but the dirt was ground in. My biggest complaint was that they didn’t really do a good job on the drawers in the kitchen, they were still grimy and they did not get in the corners at all. They did not get a few places in the windows. They showed up on time and did pretty much what I asked. I am very picky and the fact that they didn’t get the corners irked to no end.

Very well. Realistically, I needed them for 4 hours instead of 3, but what they DID do in 3 hours was very thorough. Next time I'll have them start in the part of the home that needs the most attention (kitchen) and then prioritize from there. As it was, a few things had to be skipped because they ran out of time. I had 3 people (1 guy and 2 gals "Eric's team") for 3 hours. I wish I'd gotten 3 people for 4 hours; next time this is what I'll request. I would use them again, for sure. If your mom is coming to town, utilize these guys to help clean those overlooked areas and reduce your stress.

.........They were supposed to come out a week later after my purchase and they called me about 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here to cancel because no one had showed up to work. They came the next day to do the work. Overall experience I would give them a C. Price was not worth what I paid them. They didn't come out like they were supposed to come out, but the second time they were ok. I won't use them again. It wasn't' the best I ever had done. It took them about 2 hours, another reason why I won't use them again. $180 for 2 hours, it wasn't worth it.

Actually, very disappointed. I was doing a comparison between this service and Jacqueline Maid Service to determine which one to hire long term. I had Jacqueline first, and they did an awesome job. Mother Earth Maid Service, in comparison, was a big disappointment. Had the following issues with Mother Earth: 1) Did surface cleaning not deep cleaning 2) When I rubbed my hand over "dusted" tables, there was still dusting. Dusting was superficial all around the house, so most often looked dusted, but when checked was just a quick feather dusting. 3) Found many areas not dusted at all, some very obvious and noticeable. 4) Vacuuming was done with a very light-weight vacuum, and did not perform a thorough vacuum (Jacqueline Maid used and industrial vacuum, and did a thorough vacuuming) 5) Did a terrible job in cleaning the bathtub. I had already done some pre-cleaning before they arrived, and it did not look like they did anything to the tub though supposedly spent a lot of time in there. I needed to spend 20 minutes finishing up the job. The most disappointing issue was that when I did the walk-through after the cleaning was supposedly finished, I pointed out a number of the dusting issues, and the terrible job on the bathroom, and the man just looked at me with a blank stare basically telling me, "I don't care." I would strongly recommend not ever using this cleaning service.

It was good. They came out several times. I've purchased the deal more than once and I had them come back since, because I thought they were really good. They always show early. They had one person who had an argument outside for a while. I think the two ladies were having an argument so the lead guy pulled her outside so that was actually 20 minutes of the time I was paying for them that they didn't do so I think that wasn't so good.

Price was better. They were early. No arguments. It was good.

I do not recall ever using this group.

They did the deep cleaning and everything is sparkling.

Absolutely great work cleaning our house after a remodel and making it feel like our home again

They are on time, kind, and hard working. However, I am not convinced that they use all natural products for everything as I have seen some they bring in our home.

There were definitely communication issues. I originally called the company and spoke with a woman who I explained my situation and needs to. She was very friendly and assured me that the crew would come and wear booties to cover their shoes since most of the flooring was already professionally cleaned, and it might possibly cost less because it was for 12 hours of service (3 workers/4hrs) and they may finish early if flooring did not need to be done. That seemed reasonable to me so I scheduled the service. On the day of service, the team arrived about 5 minutes early (awesome!) but right out of the gate, it was apparent there was a language barrier. I was given a team of 3 that only spoke Spanish. I felt like there should have been some disclosure of this at the time of booking. Only one member of the crew attempted communication with me. I got, "My name Francisco", "anything special" and "no vacuum", but even when I attempted to respond to the "anything special" inquiry, it was clear that he had no ability to comprehend my response. He literally was calling family members on his cell phone he felt could communicate adequately in English with me, which I thought worked the first time around (although awkward) to the point where he interpreted the fact that I had previously had the majority of the flooring professionally cleaned to mean, "No vacuum". At no time did I feel like my job was previously communicated to the team from the woman I had originally spoken with at booking. No shoe coverings were ever worn. No doubt, the crew worked hard and consistently, however, upon the end of the job (they worked the full 4 hours) Francisco had me walk through the house to check their work and where they had cleaned the master bedroom ceiling fan there was a complete mess of dust and dirt clumped on the floor. Yes, the fan was excessively dirty. I could not reach it by standing on the bed nor could I get a ladder close enough to the bed to reach over to clean it so, it was quite dirty. Clearly, nothing was put down on the floor to catch any falling debris during the cleaning, and Francisco proudly looked at me and declared "No vacuum!". When the woman from the office then called my cell phone and asked how it went, I told her the situation, to which she said, "I'm sorry you feel that way.", asked me if there was anything I wanted them to reclean (yes, they had already packed up) and then gave me the amount to pay. There were other things, like removing shelf paper, that I tried to communicate with them that I was a renter so I did not want them removing anything that was there when I moved in. It was pointless. It was removed. Not necessarily a big deal. Nothing our landlord called us out on, but it was frustrating not to be able to communicate with the team. It wasn't something that occurred to me. I think if the company is going to book non English speaking teams, they need to either check and make sure that 1) it is ok with the customer (customer speaks Spanish) or 2) they send at least one member of a team that speaks English. There were a few little things that got overlooked but, overall, the cleaning was done well. I thought it should have been obvious that if they had made a mess on any part of the floor, it should get cleaned up, whether it was dust from the ceiling fan or debris tracked in from their shoes, falling out of cabinet that were wiped out - whatever. I did have to go and bring my vacuum back from my new house to revacuum the whole condo. Mind you, I feel the lack of professionalism came from the office level. The workers were nice and I feel it must have been as awkward for them as it was for me. The head of the company should have done a better job of assessing the situation and booking the appropriate team.
