They cleaned the house alright (nothing special), but I felt dirty after because of the bait and switch. I cancelled my Angie's account after this. I can get that kind of service by pulling a ticket off the bulletin board at the supermarket.

These guys did such an incredible job. My house is generally very tidy, but ti was amazingly clean after. Incredible! They did such a great job and worked quickly and efficiently. There was a little hiccup in the scheduling, but otherwise it was perfect. I can't wait to have them back.

The service was good. I did not spend more than what I purchased the Big Deal for. They were very punctual. They were on time and did a great job. I was very pleased with them.

Purchased on 4/18/14, responded to their email but never heard back. Sent separate email on 5/4/14 cancelling my request. Company called stated they never received my email -they have about 300 to go thru. If needed in the future I will re-purchase

Natalie helped me and she was awesome. This was actually the second time they came out. I was not satisfied with the 1st cleaning. Natalie was extremely accommodating and resolved it quickly and professionally. Natalie was the best. I would definitely use and recommend them. It's not so often these days that someone cares so much about their company.

It went well. They were a little ahead of schedule, there were a couple small things they missed, but overall it was fine.

Cleaned 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, family room-kitchen. Cleaned all areas thoroughly and wasnt able to complete in 3 hours so the team returned a few hours later to finish the job! They were great! Would highly recommend and will use in the future!

This is a funny story. I was set up for Wednesday, the 2nd, and when I came home, they hadn't shown up. I received an email from Natalie asking me how I liked their service and informed her they didn't come. She told me they had spend 91/2 man hours cleaning the house. I asked her if the check and coupon were on the dining room table. Turns out, there is another #2 before my house and amazingly, the key was under the mat!! So, they thoroughly cleaned an older couple's very dirty house. :-) She sent them out on Thursday and they did an incredible job. The Tile and Grout in my kitchen has NEVER been as clean as it was. Even the hardwood floor in the dining room which has sun damage looked fantastic. We will DEFINITELY use them for normal cleaning.

They were quick, and efficient. They were very flexible with the time for scheduling. I have been using them ever since, and they come out once a month. They are all very nice, but some of the women take their shoes and socks off, and walk around the house with no footwear around, and that is weird. I wouldn't want them to get hurt. I was surprised the first time. They are all very nice, and professional. I have the exact same 3 people who come out every time, and so I have gotten to know them.

I've never had my house cleaned while I was living in it. Sure, I've had move-in/move-out cleanings done, but never someone in my home. However, after moving into our house about a year ago, I haven't been able to have the whole place clean at the same time. It was making me crazy. To restore my sanity, I purchased the Deep Cleaning (9 man hours) on Angie's List. I was contacted by email immediately to select a few days and times, as well as go over my priorities. I sent my information through the messaging system, and called a couple days later to schedule my cleaning. There was no problem getting the date and time I wanted. On the day of the cleaning, the three-person crew showed up on time. They took a brief look around the house with me and confirmed my priorities (pretty basic: floors, kitchen, bathrooms). Before my son and I were out the door, they were hard at work. We returned about 2.5 hours later, and the house was sparkling clean. I was asked to walk around and check everything out. The bedrooms were clean, dust was gone from surfaces and fans, windows and mirrors gleamed, and the bathrooms were shiny. The tracks on the windows were cleaned (wasn't expecting that), and the crusty limescale ring around the water line of one toilet was gone. I had been regularly scrubbing that thing for weeks, and couldn't get rid of it. They also cleaned the inside of my oven. Wow. They did their best to replace items on shelves where I had them, and I imagine if they regularly cleaned my house, they would know where everything went. I'm really impressed with how clean everything is now. I know they used green cleaners (vinegar, castile soap, peroxide, borax, lemon juice), and I love that about Mother Earth Maids. I'm going to have to replicate the cleaners in my own spray bottles to keep my house this clean. I would love to have my house cleaned on a regular basis, but this was a luxury for us. I'm hoping it's something we can do twice a year, if not quarterly, because I really am enjoying the peace that comes with a clean house. I will not hesitate to call MEM the next time I want our house cleaned.

I got this as a gift for my wife. She used it to help get the house back in order after a major kitchen remodel. The housekeeper showed up on time and did excellent work.

I initially contact Natalie at Mother Earth Maids during the week of March 17, she was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I made arrangements for a cleaning team to come to my home originally on Monday, March 24, but determined that I needed to change the date and when I called, the representative was, again, friendly, professional and able to accommodate my needs. The cleaning team showed up promtly within their 15 minute arrival window of 11-11:15 a.m. There call me from downstairs at 11:02, which was very impressive to me, as timing as been an issue with other cleaning services I've used. Emmy and her team of 2 others oriented themselves to my home and made sure they understood all my special requirments and requests and also asked specifically about what products to use. I was find with the natural products and we went on from there. . . I work in my home, so I went back to my office and left them to work, letting them know to knock when they were ready to clean my work area and i would move. There were thorough in all cleaning, making the woodwork, windows, mirrors and glass all sparkle. They did an exceptional job on my chandelier. At my request they also vacuumed my fireplace and vacuumed my patio. All items that they moved to clean around or under were put back as close to the original location as possible. They moved furniture to vacuum behind and under, dusted artwork, lamps, my desk, etc. to my satisfaction. When they were nearly done, Emmy asked me to check EVERYTHING, which I did and I was overall very pleased. I have a bathroom with some mildew issues and ask her to try to remove that, which she worked hard to do, but it's stubborn. She get's an A for effort though and did make it better. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and am seriously considering making them my regular cleaning service. .

They did a great job. I have used them before. They are nice and kind. The toilet bowl had iron stains and they got those out. I was totally shocked.

The cleaning ladies did a fairly good job of cleaning our house. We're pretty happy with the results overall.

Good site but didn't use the service.

It went well. They did the full cleaning for that and a little bit more they wanted to do, they ask us if we wanted a little bit more, I think extra $40 or something, so it’s about $200 total. They are really good, they got every corner. It would have been probably ideal if it were all just the amount that I originally paid but I was happy with their service.

I bought the deep cleaning special for $159 which included 3hrs of work provided by 3 house cleaners. When the crew arrived, it was a total of 4 people and one of the ladies had told me that if the work exceeded 2hrs, there would be additional cost. I was a lil confused since the deal states the work is for 3hrs. She said they'll do their best to complete it within 2hrs. They went straight to work and did a phenomenal job! The deep cleaning included baseboards, blinds, inside cleaning of oven and refrigerator, vacuuming, dusting, etc. They covered all the areas my previous house cleaner never touched! My fiance and I were very pleased with their work, we will definitely use them again in the future. Oh and they completed the work in a lil over 2hrs, and there were no additional charge. I left them a tip of $40.

2 hrs late for the appointment but work performed was good. I will reuse them again.
