$235 for the deal but they had to charge an additional $100 because they weren't finished when the time that they allotted was up. This house is 2400 sf, 4 beds, 2 baths. Small kitchen. The original $235 deal was for a house up to 2800 sf so I really didn't expect them to go over. Just a decent cleaning, not bad at all. Broke a control line for some vertical lines and didn't tell me about it. They're ok. These things happen and I would probably use them again, but I can't give them highest marks.

I have never experienced such great service! They did everything even things I did'nt think of and went above and beyond .Amy and her crew were very meticulate with everything.They cleaned and dusted big lights and even cleaned the baseboards.My floors have never looked cleaner! We have alot of pets that shed a lot but when they were finished you would'nt know we had pets. It was so clean!They very hard workers and would definately use them again in the future .They even ask you to walk through and check everything to see if they got everything which is nice ! Great work!

Wow, wow, wow, wow! Ok so now that I have that off my chest........ Emi and her crew arrived early at 8:15 and I showed her around the house. She asked if I had any specific desires, and I asked for a few additional windows and the refrigerator. The girls got right to work cleaning everything, literally! I am so impressed with the fact that they moved most furniture to clean all the baseboards as well as EVERY picture and nic knack to dust. We have type cottage style windows, and quite frankly they are gorgeous, but a pain to clean and they look fabulous! Our house was really quite dingy as I am not very good at deep cleaning. Totally fantastic! Best money I've spent, WOW

WOW!! This has been one of the very best cleaning jobs performed at our home. They really do an A+ job in being very thorough with attacking all our rooms and were very mindful of my precious treasures/delicate items. I really appreciated the cleaning of all our doors, baseboards, mirrors, paintings, light blubs, etc., etc., etc, that other cleaners tend to "overlook" or do a 50% job at it. We paid extra to keep them longer which was worth it and we definitely will be having them back!!

We had just had our house fumigated for termites and had to stay in a hotel for a few nights. When we got home. My wife wanted her house cleaned and she just was not up to the task. We got on Angie's List and found a special deal on deep house cleaning from Mother Earth Maids. At first we were informed in the purchase order that we would be contacted in a few days to make an appointment to have our house cleaned. It was about 10 am on Friday the 24th of October when we bought the service. My wife didn't want to wait till the following week. So we called Mother Earth Maids, don't remember who we spoke. I think it was Nicole. Anyways to make a long story short they said they might be able to get it done the same day after 4 pm and that she would call us back to see if she would be able to get it done for us that day. When she called back she asked if 12:15 pm would be okay. Of course my wife was ecstatic. They arrived on time and after talking to my wife about her concerns started into the cleaning. Four ladies showed up to do the cleaning and they cleaned for two hours. They cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, both bathrooms sparkling clean. Vacuumed, dusted everywhere, all the furniture and the baseboards. Cleaned windows, polished cabinets. So much don't remember all that they did. But what really impressed me is the amount of time they spent on our floors. We have over 1400 square feet of tile floor and they swept and mopped it also. My wife was overall totally satisfied with the job that they did that she has scheduled more cleaning appointments. And I am very happy with the job they did because I was the one who had to sweep and mop the floors.

Excellent - 4 people came in and cleaned a 1300 sq ft house in 2 hours and 20 min. Very thorough.

We bought a house and the previous owners did not honor their commitment to have the place cleaned when they moved out. I had already used Earth maids twice, including for my own move-out. I called and explained my situation and they had a crew come out and take care of it that same day. I was and am really impressed with their service and I will continue to use them when needed.

They were awesome. I thought they were reasonable. They were available. I don't keep a regular cleaner so I just need them once in a while. They send a crew and the communication is great.

It went very well. I must have been the last job of the day because as the time went on more and more people started showing up. It started with two people and ended up with seven which with the size of my place was a little silly and very crowded but I guess it is what they thought they had to do to get the job done in so little time. I will definitely be calling them and only them next time I need my place cleaned.

They addressed all of my cleaning needs that I asked for. At 1 point they had 2 vacuums going at the same time and overloaded the circuits but that was an easy fix.

We used this team for the first time for move in service of an empty condo that had recently been renovated. Scheduling was a challenge but the company was more than accommodating and even responded over a holiday weekend to meet my request. Very grateful for the service and pleased with the work and care. I would recommend in the future without hesitation.

They worked like fiends and everything I wanted wasn't done after 2 and 1/2 hours, so I paid $75 more for another hour to finish. Well worth the money - they were super and couldn't have worked any harder! Everything looked great. I have a regular housekeeper, but I will plan on using this service for anything heavy or annual deep cleaning that she doesn't do.

Company was very responsive in scheduling an appointment at a convenient time. They had some scheduling/staffing problems that day and were about 20 minutes late, but they brought 4 (rather than the agreed upon 3) people to clean. They went right to work and work very efficiently and very hard throughout their time. They did a great job in deep cleaning many areas of the home, but missed some, like the tops of some pitcures and mirrors. While I wanted the insides of the upper/lower ovens and the fridge cleaned, they ran out of time. They offered to stay longer for additional monies, but by the time they finished, it was 7:30 PM on a Saturday, and we declined. I called the company back the next business day and explained the pros and cons of the work done and they were very responsive. They explained the situation with the staffing and apologized, and offered me a great deal for a return cleaning trip at my convenience anytime in the future. I know that unforeseen things happen in running a business and they handled it politely and with professionalism. I am happy with their services and their responsiveness, and will take them up on their offer to come back and anticipate giving them all A's next time.

They were fine. The price was misleading. Additional money was needed to cover everything and the house was smaller than the square footage they had listed and it was one story.

I hired Mother Earth Maids to deep clean my house, and deep clean is what I got! Karla, and her crew showed up on time. They went right to work.They were professional, polite, and very friendly. I will hire this company again.

They did a fantastic job. The brought 4 workers and had everything cleaned from top to bottom, including windows in less than 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned a few things I pointed out that they had overlooked with no problem. The appliances look brand new, which is great. I especially liked that they sent me reminder e-mails so I knew they would show up and be on time. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again.

During the almost 2 years of service, I had to complain 6 times of them not being on time or not adhering to the allocated 3 hour service window (either they showed up too early or too late). Cleaning quality was an issue 3 times. More than anything I was annoyed that I had to always double check their PayPal invoices. Their invoicing was incorrect 5 times, invoiced dates didn't match with the services provided. If you don't care about money (or double checking every invoice), you are never home on the day of the service and are not extra picky on quality, I can recommend Mother Earth Maids. Otherwise, keep looking.

It was great. They were very thorough and showed when they said they would. They brought their own products. 4 cleaners came out. I really liked them and will use them again.

The four women arrived a tad late, but made up for it with their hard work. They worked continuously for nearly three hours, and were able to remove many stains from interior cupboards and drawers from food spills, and even the heavy grunge from the under the refrigerator. They used mostly eco-friendly or natural products like vinegar (which I love), but due to the nature of the move-out, opted for adding bleach to the cleaning regime for disinfectant purposes for the new family about to move into the home. We where so pleased with the service, we asked for business cards to contact them again for a move-in cleaning of the house we will purchase and possibly for bi-weekly cleaning once we are moved in. Thank you ladies!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. There were no additional charges. They did what I expected at the price quoted. They were fine and good. The price was good.

Mother Earth Maids showed up with 5 people, right on time, for my move in cleaning. They went to work immediately and were very professional. During cleaning, my ceiling fan was broken. At the same time, the kitchen had more grease than expected, so they stayed later than I paid for to compensate for the damage. They were always professional and had a great attitude. I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I don't know what their secret sauce is, but they've got it all working good!

High points were the great jobs they did on our plantation shutters (in every room) and the burner element on my gas stovetop. They use eco-friendly products and the house smelled so fresh when they left. I highly recommend!
