Emis and Eduardo did a great job, and worked very hard. My very particular friend, who is a great housekeeper herself, did some spot-checking, and pronounced everything excellent. They also accommodated my difficult schedule, very graciously.

It went very well. They were on time. And things were cleaned nicely.

The crew that came was courteous and efficient. They did a good (not great) job. The first question they asked me is if it was ok to use bleach products in the bathrooms (so much for all the "green" hype, LOL). Although I had gone over the priorities and list with the business owner/manager, the crew did not have the information and they spent time doing some things I did not care about and I had to ask them to do the oven, which was the only thing I did ask for in lieu of doing the microwave oven or windows. I do not often have cleaning service, and my house is old and I am not the best housecleaner, so in all fairness, they had a lot to do. Maybe my expectation was too high, but the corners were dusty and they tried to skip two rooms entirely (I tried to tell them to just do the floors in those rooms, since they both had a couple of cluttered desk areas that I did not expect them to deal with) -miscommunication? My Spanish is a bit rough. OK if you have a bland house with just basic needs. Not good for a 1924 house (1790 sf) with window sills and real base boards and wood floors.

It was an excellent experience overall. They arrived on time with a crew of four, asked me to show them around and we discussed some of the details of the job. They all worked very hard and left my house exceptionally clean. I was very surprised to see that they had even cleaned the inside of my oven--I'm not sure how they managed since I've never been successful at getting it clean. My home is much smaller than the maximum covered by the service, so they agreed to wash two extra windows without additional charge (I had already discussed this before I purchased the service). They asked me ahead of time to give them as many details as possible about the house, which I appreciated. I chose them in the first place because of their excellent rating and because, unlike their competitors, they include an extensive list of all the services that are included in the job. The only negative for me was the lack of cleaning supplies. I respect the company's choice to use environmentally safe products, but I was disappointed to learn after the job that they did not have specialty cleaners for stainless steel, granite, travertine floors, or stone showers, especially since I included this information in the info about my home they had asked for. The crew chief showed me the brown spots around my gas burners on the stainless stove, and told me he could get them off, but there would be scratches left because he only had steel wool for the job. I told him I did want it cleaned and gave him a plastic net scrubber for the job. They do not have stainless cleaner, so they use baby oil on the surfaces of appliances to make them shine. This was a problem for me because the oil quickly trapped dust and cat hair, requiring that I clean the appliances myself with appropriate products. Overall, a terrific job. I will definitely use them again, but I will provide any needed specialty cleaners.

Although Mother Earth Maids were very professional and responsive, I was not happy with the quality of move-in cleaning services. There were several parts of my 1,100 square foot home that appeared to have not been cleaned at all. Upon moving in, I re-cleaned the entire house as Mother Earth Maids did not meet the standard. For example, crumbs in cabinets, dust on shelves and hair in corners of every bathroom. For $185, the service was far too expensive for the quality received.

Thoroughly vacuumed & mopped wood & tile Floors including washing baseboards. Cleaned Kitchen Appliances, washed Cabinet Doors & faces. Cleaned French Doors & large kitchen window. Cleaned Master Bathroom including Roman tub, Spa Shower & Toilet, Cleaned guest bathroom including shower & toilet.

The crew came early. They worked fast but thoroughly. Did a great job!

We had to reschedule Mother Earth Maids a few times due to the delay of the carpet installation we were having done. And they were completely flexible and professional. They accommodated every time! They showed up at the appointed time and it was everything we expected. They were great. We had so much dust and dirt from remodeling and they did a fantastic job. Will use them again.

Arrived on time and I provided a list of tasks I wanted completed. Agreed that they could complete the tasks requested. The 3 individuals worked for the entire 3 hours each and did a great job. Whenever they had a question , the most senior of the 3 individuals would communicate with me.

The service was excellent. Eric Medina and his crew arrived exactly on time, explained what they would do, took instructions about what needed to be done, and in 2 hours 15 minutes performed everything asked and more. Excellent quality. In addition to cleaning narrow stairway walls that had turned grimy from contact with humans and dogs, the crew also cleaned railings that we hadn't asked about, and made them more than presentable again. Very pleasant surprise. The bathtub hasn't looked this good in years. A thorough, industrious crew who gave us precisely what we were looking for in advance of a large get-together we are having soon. We will unquestionably hire the service again.

They were excellent! They did a very professional job. They were very professional, diligent, and they did a good job. Their pricing was reasonable.

I did not like their work at all. They were too expensive for what they did, and I did not like the smell of my house after they left.

Unbelievable !! .. there are really No Words,other than WOW, WOW, WOW to properly describe my experience & the quality of service I received ! I received a courtesy call from Natalie to let me know they were running a bit late.. No service has ever done this..! they either don't show or you wait around until they show up..GREAT Customer Service ! I purchased the "9 hours of house cleaning for 149.00 (not including tip)" 4 People showed up ( for 2.15 hours) with cleaning products, towels & cleaning rags, step stools, vacuum etc. I did not have them do any bedrooms, since I rent them out, but I have read in the reviews, they will make beds and fold laundry as well..all you have to do is ask. Where do I begin ?? They WENT TO WORK !! I peeked in a few times, and all furniture had been pulled away from the walls, baseboards were being cleaned, windows, slider (even the Track), dining room table & chairs (even the bottom pedestal and rungs on each chair) Light switches, all appliances in the kitchen were pulled out , cleaned & polished (even the 2 coffee makers were sparkling -coffee filter basket too), Above stove kitchen fan hood, inside & out (even where grease builds up and splatters on the underneath) I had the paper grocery bags shoved in a space next to the fridge, they took them out and organized them. I also have an atrium type window above the kitchen sink with glassware.. I walked out to find all glasses being cleaned and one of the gals was up on the tile counter, on her knees.. to be able to reach & clean the windows & shelves. All of my older wooden kitchen cabinet doors, were scrubbed & cleaned..inside & out. Grout counter tops throughout- Scrubbed.. All Pictures (Big & Small) on the walls dusted and cleaned. The list goes on & on! Even after 2 weeks, I am still finding little surprises.. It was like Christmas in November !! I'm in Heaven ! It appeared they even folded the end tip of my toilet paper to a point, as they do in the fancier hotels !! I have already booked them again and have asked Natalie for pricing on organizer services and also a bi-monthly maintenance program to keep the house as clean & beautiful as they left it. They even have a referral program. Thank you !!!

Eduardo and his team of 4 were FANTASTIC !! Well beyond my expectations! I was so impressed by the quality of their work. By the time they were done, my apartment was much cleaner than when I moved in. They cleaned everything, down to all the light switches. Everything was sparkling clean. Eduardo even took the time to dust all my little figurines and curios on the etager. It was obvious that they really put a lot of effort into their work. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Mother Earth Maids.

I purchased the $199 special for 12 hours of house cleaning (5 people for 21/4 hours). I ended up paying another $75 for an additional hour. they did a very good job, and the additional hour was not added because they dragged their feet. They did a deepclean of kitchen, floors, bathrooms, plus windows on the downstairs, baseboards, and dusting/vacuuming.

The crew did an excellent job.

They sent Eric out who was very experienced and good. However, they sent three girls out that did not know much about cleaning. They did not do a good job. We had construction done in our house, and there was dust. I did explain that to them, but they did not know how to clean accurately. I had already done the bathrooms and kitchens in order to give them more time. They only needed to do two bathrooms, family room, and living room.

Horrible customer service from this company! We tried Mother Earth Maids based on their reviews. Contacting someone from this company is almost impossible. No one answers the phone so you must leave a message. We were lucky if we got a return call within a week. At times it took two or three calls to get response. Emails and texts went unanswered. We had three cleanings. The crews did an excellent job at cleaning once they arrived. Only problems was that they were LATE every time! From half an hour to an hour. They would not contact us to let us know of the delay until our scheduled time or just before. This company is VERY expensive compared to other cleaning companies in the OC area. Cannot recommend!

Wow... I just spent twenty minutes writing a very detailed and absolutely GLOWING review. Then somehow hit a wrong button on my computer and lost it. :( Here's the upshot: * FANTASTIC job. I would recommend them to anyone. * Went WAY above expectations in terms of how much they got done and how quickly they did it. * My house was a disaster, and was not even really picked up. This did not deter them and they did a wonderful job. * On time, efficient, polite, respectful, careful, honest. * Love that they use natural cleaning products, and asked before using bleach on anything (I don't remember what they wanted to use it on; some minor thing... not the whole house). * I had a team of four cleaners for three hours; they did things in that time that I did not think possible (I had actually told them when they first came that I expected they would not get to all the rooms and that that would be fine. They not only did ALL the rooms -- three bedrooms, living room, dining room, sitting room, kitchen, 1.5 bath, laundry room, playroom, study/guest room -- but got all windowsills, inside windows, inside oven, toaster oven microwave, and the INSIDE of the closet in the baby's room. The playroom was NOT EVEN PICKED UP... I totally told them not to bother because there were toys everywhere. They picked them all up, and managed to get the floors, all the surfaces, and the windows clean. The toys did not get put where they belong of course (they're not magicians!), but considering they'd been strewn about the floor for weeks, I'll take it!! * Extremely well-priced. I shopped around a LOT before trying Mother Earth, and this was the best rate I could find (though it included an Angie's List deal for first-time cleaning, so regular fee would be a bit higher). Very very pleased, and am looking forward to having them come regularly.

Everything went well and we are planning to have them back before long. We keep our house fairly clean most of the time, but bringing these guys in for the occasional thorough go-through helps us keep up with the dust bunnies.

It was okay. They ran out of time and offered to do more work at a higher price. I declined.

We had high hopes for this company due to the reviews here on Angie's List but, alas, we were just a bit disappointed. With regards to the cleaning itself they did an "ok" job. We specified that our floors were the main priority and when we came home to review the work done we found that the floors still had dirt on them in places. For a "deep cleaning" it just didn't seem like a thorough job in that respect. The rest of the house seemed pretty clean to me (we are not very picky), but when we had another cleaning company come to give us a quote she pointed out missed areas (grease under microwave above stove, backsplash still kind of sticky, etc.. I honestly think they did a decent job except for a few things, but by no stretch would I consider this a "deep cleaning" which is what was touted via the coupon offer. Also, when the crew arrived they showed up on time, but spent 10-15 minutes getting everything out of their vehicle and then came into the house stating the needed to be done by a certain time and may not finish? They then asked for our priority items even though this was provided to Mother Earth Maids during our initial appointment setup. I would say if this had cost $100.00 I would have been fine with it. Maybe my expectations were set too high. I guess we'll see if there's a big difference when this other Angie's List house cleaner (also with very good but less reviews) comes out next.
