They arrived on time, got to work immediately, did a thorough cleaning of all surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, windows. Excellent quality.

Exceeded my expectations outstanding job

This was the first time that we had used a professional cleaning service. We were moving and did not have the time (or energy) to deep clean the house one more time before listing it for sale. All the baseboards, plantation shutters, window sills, and ceiling fans were hand wiped and dusted. All cabinets and cabinet doors were cleaned. The shelves in the bedroom closets were dusted. The bathrooms and kitchen were deep cleaned. The carpets were vacuumed thoroughly and the tile floors were mopped. Everything shined. Our home looked like new. Outstanding job! The service is a bit expensive, but given the results we feel that it was worth it.

They came within the next week or two after I purchased the deal. They were nice, they were on time and they did a good job.

I HIGHLY recommend this service. A crew of 3 showed up and they worked non-stop for 3 hours, from top to bottom. Everywhere I look I find some other place in my home that is sparkling! My refrigerator looks brand new! My oven has never looked so good. All the dust has been cleaned off my ceiling fans. Everything looks incredible. They were worth every dime and I will use them again.

This is the forth time we used Mother Earth maids and they always do a fantastic job. Chema and his team is always polite and thorough and the place is just spotless when they are done! Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend to our friends.

MEM came in with a crew of 4 for the initial cleaning and did an excellent job! I was so pleased that I scheduled them for weekly service after that. Their prices for regular service are on the high side, but they show up as scheduled and do excellent work.

They did a good job cleaning my house, but I will never use them again. All toilet paper in the bathrooms was missing, I had no paper towels left, a wheel on the basket of the dishwasher popped off, and I found it hidden in a cabinet. They cracked a couple of glasses, and put them back in the cabinet. They went through the drawers in my bedroom, and things were missing. I contacted the company to complain, but never heard back from them. Will never use them again. I wasn't going to post a review, because it was a bad review, but got tired of being badgered by the site to post the review.

I didn't think the price was worth the work they did. I honestly cannot believe it took so long for 3 people to clean the house. They were very nice, but I had to pay extra to get everything done. That said, the kitchen was sparkling and the house was nice and clean.

THEY WERE ABSOULYELY GREAT? I have been starting to use Angie's list more and more because im at the point where inwould rather have no work done on my house than pay top dollar for a lot of broken promises. Not to mention more than half thebtime the other companies don't even clean up their mess. I also have wood shutters on every window and they polished to prefection as well. I was VERY HAPPY with this companies services.ww

The service was okay. I liked that they were on time and they finished within the set time. They brought their own cleaning supplies too. I did not feel like it was clean enough when they left. There were some thing that were left unclean, epically inside of the drawers. There were still spider webs and dirt and I had to clean them myself. I was told that they would clean inside of the drawers.

The lead person went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what they were doing..What stood out the most was that they did a good job and did it the way I wanted them to do.I would tell a friend that they did a really good job and did what I asked them to do.

I was looking for flexibility, reliability, honesty, and alot of value for my money. I absolutely got all of that from my team at Mother Earth Maids. I purchased 12 hours of cleaning and I wanted to have done, precisely what I wanted and needed to have done. I've had cleaning services for many years. The biggest frustration with other services was a fixed plan of what they would clean (and how) and when I wanted different things done it was either no, badly done or upcharged. Also in the past, I could not rely on the team showing up when they said they would. They always start good then get lax. I said I wanted to instruct the team when they arrived and the management said "sure just tell the team leader" and that's what we did. I wanted a thorough whole house clean like I would do it if I was young enough or strong enough. They brought "3" people and they worked four "4" hours. They were hard working, diligent, pleasant, and flexible. I wanted everything dusted even at high levels and low levels. Outside kitchen cabinets, tile floors cleaned on knees to get it really clean not just mopped. Shutters cleaned, light bulbs, hand priints... thoroughly clean the house like I would myself. THEY DID IT BEAUTIFULLY! I had prepped the house removing all knick-knacks, plants, glassware etc to give them unfettered access... they cleaned it all. This was the best cleaning I've had done in years and years. They even scheduled the appointment just three days before Thanksgiving when I knew they were so busy... but they made time for me. I'm looking forward to rescheduling their cleaning service... again at my time, my way. How often can you say that about anything.

A crew of 4 arrived on time an got to work, it was explained that they normally send out 3 people and its for 3 hours but because it was 4 people it would be 2 hours. The job needed an additional hour which I paid an additional 65. The work was very good but it's higher than I can afford on a regular basis.

Nicole was very sweet and very helpful. I have not yet used the service, however I do give the company an A for their responsiveness and professionalism.

the staff was prompt and efficient and friendly. we were very happy with the results.

The people they sent out were very nice and worked. They didn't send those people with enough supplies; none of them had any gloves, they were working in the toilet and all the time without gloves. They didn't have adequate brooms or cleaning equipment, I kind of felt sorry for them. Work without adequate protection, that was my issue with them. They did great work, they scrubbed my shower, they had two ladies and a gentleman.
