The crew came early. Was very professional. and pleasant. Finished everything on time. I am very pleased with the way they cleaned my sliding doors. I just wish they were able to clean the grout in the living room because I have white tiles. I believed they tried but could not. I may need their service again when the place is empty.

Great. This is the second time I've used this company and I'm going to get them on a regular basis.

Four person crew arrived on time and ready to go. Since four cleaners came they were able to complete the nine hours of cleaning faster which was a nice surprise. I work from home and they easily and respectfully worked around me. They discussed our needs and preferences and fulfilled them all. They were friendly and efficient.

I'm bummed. I purchased the "deal" for 3 cleaners for 2 hours each, 6 hours of house cleaning service. When I contacted Mother Earth Maids before the service was performed, they suggested that since our house is 2000 sq. feet, I purchase another hour for $60. So I did. So, what I was expecting was 3 cleaners for 3 hours of service, expecting the entire house to be cleaned. What I received was 4 cleaners for 2 1/2 hours of service. By the end of the 2 1/2 hours, they had only cleaned 3 bedrooms (two of which are very small), and two bathrooms. I was told that if I wanted the rest of the house cleaned, they would need another $100, so I said no. What wasn't cleaned was the two living rooms, all downstairs floors, and only the kitchen counters were cleaned. I am just really disappointed. Next time I will arrange for the entire house to be cleaned for a fixed price. Lesson learned. If you want to ensure that your house is cleaned, pay for the job, not by hour.

I contacted them originally in February of 2013 when my son was released from the hospital post heart transplant. I continued to use them for two years, mostly because I had too much on my plate to find someone else. Natalie is the owner of this business. I live in Orange, CA and I originally understood that they were based in South County, but I believe that they live out of state, or perhaps her father did. She was constantly experiencing medical difficulties with her dad and wasn't easily reached if there was a problem. Because of our own situation, I gave a lot of grace in this. She has a scheduler who was very nice, but not as accessible as I would have liked on Friday afternoons (appointment time.) They send a crew of three to four people, and although it's supposed to be the same crew each time, it wasn't always. Generally, only one person on the crew spoke English. Originally I had a crew chief who was more responsive, but she went out on a maternity leave and never came back. There were several changes to the crew chief after that, making things more difficult. They were characterized by regularly needing to change my appointment time, always with very little notice. Because of the complications my son experienced post transplant, I needed more consistency. There was always something left undone or poorly done, and while I would bring it up on occasion to Natalie, her situation didn't always allow for immediate contact and resolution. Since the crew only came every other week, and it wasn't always the same people, and they didn't all speak English, and it was never anything major, I gave up trying to address the situation. In addition, things were broken a number of times (figurines, coasters, kitchen island hanging pendants, etc.) and unless it was obvious, I was never told. We would just discover a broken item on a shelf/table/what have you. My husband urged me for months to find someone else. The final straw for me came when the handle came off of my kitchen faucet, and instead of letting me know, they put it back on--upside down. It's an unusual faucet, which I get, but I was left unable to turn on my water because it wasn't taken care of properly. Had they told me, we could have dealt with it appropriately, but instead it was late Friday afternoon before I discovered it. I immediately called and was told that I would hear back from someone right away, but it was Saturday before Natlaie's husband made contact, and that was only after I called again two more times. Unfortunately, they were once again dealing with a medical emergency regarding Natalie's dad. They did send a handyman to fix it, but I discontinued the service following the repair. I was done. I needed consistency, quality work, and better communication.

Very thorough, did most things I would have wanted without needing to ask, but they DID ask at beginning exactly what I needed, then went beyond that. They also asked me to walk through house with them at end to review everything and double-check that my needs were met at minimum (but they went far beyond that!). AAA for initiative, courtesy and "drive." Three people worked in near silence, with total concentration on their individual tasks. Absolute concentration and attention to their work. Very, very good.

They showed up on time and did everything they said they would. Job was very thorough.

I booked this particular service because 1) they advertise use of green/natural cleaning products 2) all of the services were spelled out in the "move in/move out cleaning service." Although the employees were punctual and polite, they did not perform all of the services expected, they did not use a single "green" product and I walked in on them goofing around instead of cleaning upstairs. I'm not wound that tightly that I don't believe in breaks or making tedious work in to fun and breaks are definitely necessary, but I was sitting in this vacant house away from children and my family visiting out of town waiting for them to finish. My biggest irritation was the lack of natural cleaning products since that was my main reason for choosing them over other providers offering the same service.

The cleaning crew was fantastic...and I'm VERY picky! I will be using this service again & again. Very polite as well :-)

The crew of 4 arrived early. I was only expecting 2 but I didn't think much of it since I purchased a Move In/Move Out package. I was so wrong. In the beginning, the crew did a wonderful job cleaning all part of the house. Then the crew indicated I was exceeding the Hours and need to purchase more time. Since they have been doing a nice job, I finally agree to pay for 1 more hour instead of 2-3 additional hours. It was becoming a Hard Sell, or they drop everything and leave, it seems. After I have agreed to pay for 1 more hour, the crew begin cutting corners. They did not clean the last ceiling fan, portion of the kitchen cabinet door wasn't as clean. If they market this deal as "Move in or Move out" package then I shouldn't care how long your crew is slacking off until the job is done. Trying to HARD SELL additional hours 2/3 into the job is highway robbery. They seem to do this on every job, thus I purchased this package. I was so wrong.

We had used them before so that says something in that we called them back again. They were great both times. Second time exceeded expectations. Will use Mother Earth Maids again.

On time efficient Pleasant "got the job done"

Three women came punctually and worked non-stop for three hours. The house was covered in construction dust and quite a bit of dog and cat hair and they took care of it all -- floors, furniture, walls. In addition, they washed the top of and behind the refrigerator, changed the sheets, washed the windows and glass door, and cleaned three bathrooms. I am very happy with their work.

They did a great job! Cleaned oven, stove, baseboards, shutters, etc. Arrived on time. Used non toxic cleaning products. Will use them again!

We had 4 cleaners for total 10 hours. They cleaned the entire house (2100 sq ft) top to bottom. Very hard working. Very diligent. We were very impressed. Would hire again.
