Mark contacted me right away to diagnose my issues and suggest solutions. He was very knowledgable and persistent in solving the problems I was having. He was most helpful with the calls to tech support and negotiating with Comcast. I am happy with the outcome and would call him again if I had any issues or help with any technology.

Mark met me at Comcast to make sure I got the right modem. Negotiatiated lower monthly rate. Installed modem got my wireless printer to work showed me how to scan from my phone. Has taken my apple pro laptop to install more memory. Very pleased with work done. Would use him again. Rf 7:13/18
