Their service was fine. It was a simple process. They returned my call quickly and were out the next day. They were very friendly and gave recommendations about what could be done in the future without being pushy.

They were pretty good with their estimate. I did not go with them yet because their estimate was around $2300 and this job is not something I need right away. I may do it next year but just do not need it done now.

Their service was great. They were very professional and prompt. The guys were incredibly polite and courteous. I also thought they were clean. I expected the house to be in upheaval with a big project like this, but they were very unobtrusive. We did shop around and found their price to be very good.

Their service was good. I would recommend them. I upgraded halfway during the service and they were able to accommodate. Everything turned out fine. It took about 3 or 4 days to complete the service. There were some coordination issues with my contractor and syncing schedules, but it eventually worked out. When we recently got rain, there was some leaking due to the HVAC guy going through our roof to do the installation. They came right out and agreed that it was their error. They said to have my contractor fix it and they will take care of the cost.

Their service was good. The guy that did the work was friendly, helpful, and clean when he was in the house. I have used them before and was happy with their service, so wanted them back. They were on time for the appointment and I had no trouble scheduling. They were able to check both systems for $105 since I booked it together instead of doing them separately.

They invested a significant amount of time with me and explained their system in detail. The owner, Ron, is a man of high integrity. They gave us all the options and had a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with the system installation, so didn't use their service. They were the best company of any that I spoke with and I would definitely consider using them in the future.

Their service was outstanding. I was referred to them by calling the number on our heating/air unit. The person that answers recommended McMasters. I found them to be very honest. They came out and fixed what I asked them to fix. They didn’t gouge me. I called them back for other services since then. They also installed a thermostat and when I forgot how to use it, I called them and they were very nice and even came out to show me how to use it without charge.

They were great. They were very easy to work with and were very professional. The kept the house clean during the work. The job was finished in the estimated time. I chose them because I liked the representative they sent out.

Starting with the salesperson, James, he was very professional, educated me on a number of options available. He also answered a couple pages of questions that I had. Provided a very professionally laid out proposal with all the details and price options. I interviewed five companies and McMaster was clearly the best choice. The installation team were also very professional, very mannerly and kept me informed throughout the installation. They also answered a number of my questions and were very polite. They worked hard and didn't goof around. I tend to be a picky person who wants everything done correctly and I am very happy to say that is what I got. Also the city inspector who came to my home to review the job, was highly complimentary of the job that they did. McMaster's team members were all very well coached and trained which is not very common these days. I very much appreciated the extremely high level of customer service that they provided. Well done !!!

Our A/C went out on the morning of Monday, Aug 13. I called the company that installed our HVAC system in 2002 and they abruptly told me that that it would take 2 1/2 weeks for them to "get to our home". I asked if they could prioritize a customer who had actually bought a system from them and was told "no - we don't do that". So I got onto Angie's list and found a couple of alternatives. The first one could come out on Wednesday and the other one, McMaster Heating and Air Conditioning, said they could come on Tuesday. So I made appointments with all three to hedge my bets. I have to say that McMaster Air has earned my future business! The technician was very prompt, professional and was able to diagnose and fix our issue within a matter of 90 minutes (and he even had to go offsite to get a part). Excellent job - I can't say enough good things about these guys!!!

We did a tremendous amount of research before we chose McMaster Air and Heat. We got four quotes and quizzed each contractor many times as well as doing references, checking with BBB and checking for any past bankruptcies. We were so impressed with Ron and his team. They were not the least expensive, nor the most, just simply the best work and products for our money. We went with the top of the line carrier system and are very happy. Their installers were pleasent, professional, took great care of our house and were glad to fix even the tiniest things. Ron did exactly what he said he would do, worked with us until we were 100% happy and gave us invaluable recommendations on how to proceed with the zoned system. He is very patient explaining HVAC 101 to people who have no experience with such things. Would highly recommend them and we plan to use them again to install our downstairs system next year. This is a great company!

Due to excess heat they had lots of service calls we had to wait 1 day for service appointment. Replacement went perfectlly. Technician only had a universal capacitor on the truck, but at least I didn't have to wait for a part.
