I had already bought the unit. I wasn't completely satisfied considering the price. I liked the technician because he was nice and good with communication, but he was very slow. He did it over the course of 5 days, but it should have been done in one day. It was inconvenient for me because I had to stay home and adjust my schedule for him. He did a good job in the end, although I had to do some minor adjustments afterwards.

Overall, we are disappointed. The work was done well and the guy was really nice, but the furnace itself has a loud blower. They said they could make an adjustment. They said they could put a damper in the vent and put some insulation behind the furnace because although it's in the garage it shares a wall with the den. I'm not sure that would solve the problem and the damper could damage our crown molding and paint. Our major concern when we looked into purchasing a unit was noise and we expressed that to them prior to buying. One a side note: they offered a verbal quote, but the end price was $300 higher. They recommended a more efficient unit to us, but we didn't know that would mean we would be sacrificing quietness. We can even hear it upstairs. When they came back out to discuss our options for the noise and they mentioned that our AC coil was very dirty but the installers had cleaned it and that there was a small Freon leak. They didn't mention that to us at the time of installation. Granted, we weren't there during the installation because they really wanted to get the job done for us the next day and we were unavailable.

They did a great job! They came when they said they would and installed it in one day. They came back the next day to make sure everything was right. They did a very good job.

they wanted to charge more than the quoted price because the vent was longer than they realised. I didnt have to pay but it was frustrating to have to argue

They were to refund the $69. The cost was expensive. They are professional, they know what they are doing, but they are very expensive. I think you can do better by shopping around a little bit, but they were able to get the new system within a day, but because July was very hot, and I had somebody here who was sensitive to heat, I had them do it.

The firm was professional and they met their self imposed timeline. I would recommend them

They were ok. They came in and did the AC tune up but then without telling me, they put coolant in and charged me for it.

Three days ago I turned on my heater for the first time this season, but smelled smoke so I turned it off immediately and called Kalka. They sent their technician Jose the very next day to do a tune up and try to determine the cause of the smell. The problem was with the motor, which Jose did a great job of explaining to me. Given a choice of spending money to repair my 10-year-old Carrier or replace it, I decided to just replace it with a new HVAC. Kalka was able to send Johnny and Richard the next day to remove the old one and replace it with a new Maytag. The two of them worked well together as they were very careful to make sure nothing in my house was damaged. They all did a very professional job and I couldn't be more pleased. Johnny and Richard even helped me find my wallet which I had misplaced!

He called and let us know ahead of time when he would be coming out. He arrived right on time and he came when he said he would. It was last Friday for us and he was really good. The deal was for an AC tune up. He was really nice and did a good job with the tune up; he looked at everything.

They were here for a while and it went good. I did however feel like they were trying to up sale this deal. They gave me an estimate for a lot of other things they said needed to be fixed. I will get a second opinion and see what another provider thinks.

They came and were very expensive. I feel I can get the same amount of work through someone else for less. It's a rip off. It should not cost so much.

The service went fine. I have used the company a few times. They have also checked my furnace and hot water heater. The same service guy would always come out. He was very nice and helpful. He was happy to answer all of my questions. They are a trustworthy company. They were very polite and clean in their work. I had no problem scheduling a service with them.

I called early Saturday morning to request same day visit. They called back around 11 and said they'd be by around 2. They pulled out the blower fan and took it with them, returning Monday to replace it as well as the capacitor, then recharged our freon as the unit hadn't been serviced in about 10 years.

I purchased a Big Deal for Kalka Heating and A/C for an HVAC tune up but they were not able to honor this deal because I had a repair that was needed instead of a tune up. I paid Kalka $60 for the visit for diagnosis instead of being able to use my Big Deal certificate so I would like to request a refund on this for $39, the price I paid for the Big Deal. Kalka told me to contact Angle's list directly for a refund.

I'm sorry, but this was a while ago and I didn't get around to writing the review right away. The details escape me, but they did a fine job and I would hire them again.

The provider was easy to schedule and showed up on time. They performed what was promised, except I thought they would check the furnace as well, but maybe not included in the big deal.

It was an extremely hot day and he had to come a long way. He did a very good job. He was polite, efficient, and very thorough. I was very satisfied.

First appointment was cancelled 2 hours past appointment time. Second Appointment was between and 8AM to 11 AM, I received call at 11 AM from CSR that technician is on his way. and technician arrived at 1 PM, since it was past appointment time it was rescheduled for September 26. Technician do not like vent cleaning, he was just AC tuning and maintenance person. He connected negative air machine and cleaned most vent grill from outside only. I asked for complete sanitizing and as per him it was $29 per vent. I paid 179 in coupon and additional $58 for two inlet vents.($29 per vent) I asked for forced air cleaning and this was never performed. 17 point AC tune was not performed, technician spent most of the time searching parts in his van and sitting in his van. it was complete waste of time and money. do not use this vendor ever. May be I will call Angies for refund for this crap service. Before purchase I confirmed with CSR about Dryer went is included or not ? CSR confirmed it is included and she would wonder why it will not include if it is unlimited vents. Technician refused dryer vent service.

They did a fine job with the service. We had no complaints.

I scheduled an appointment, and our A/C started working again so I called to cancel it and get a refund.

It was great. It was pricey but cheaper than anyone else. They came out quickly.
