Junk King Orange County

It turned out good. They are very friendly, and did what they needed to do. They got the job done on time. I would recommend them to others.

It was pretty good. I don’t think that I would use them again in the future. I thought the price was a little high. The work they did do I was satisfied with. The workers were really professional.

They were great. They also used a jackhammer to break it all down. They cleaned up afterwards, and they were very professional. I worked with Lee. I would highly recommend them.

Justin and James were very accommodating, polite, and willing to do whatever I asked them to. Since this type of work is not usually within the scope of Junk King's normal services, I really appreciated that they were so flexible and thorough.

They came right on time. The two men who came were very neat, courteous and professional. I thought they came to estimate the cost, but as soon as they gave me the quote, they said they could take the items with them right then. Everything was taken care of within 30 minutes. I was so happy to get rid on the junk.

Junk Kings were great! I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The driver kept me up-to-date on his status, so I could meet him at my house. They loaded everything up, even some of the heavier items, and all of our junk was gone! I will definitely use them again!

We used Junk King of Orange County twice, in February 2013 and April or May 2013. My parents lived in their home since 1976 and while they were not hoarders, you just accumulate a lot of "stuff" over time. Both times they arrived promptly, worked very quickly to load up their truck (which was full), swept the garage floor and off they went with our junk. The second time we called Junk King, they arrived on time but half the truck was full from a previous stop. They realized quickly that there wasn't enough room in the truck for our all of our junk and called Lee. Within 25 minutes or so Lee showed up with another truck, they finished loading our junk, and left. Junk King of Orange County's employees are fast, friendly, cooperative, and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Of all the providers I worked with they were the ones we didn't feel great about. We told them everything we needed to be moved and they were grumpy from the get go, and they acted like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend them. They tried to charge us more than what they first quoted us.

All went great. Called in the morning and the junk was gone later in the afternoon!

We called the Junk King on Monday evening to come out on Tuesday and they accommodated the short notice. They called early and said that they were running late and gave an updated time. They called again 20 minutes before their updated time to let us know they were on the way. They gave a free estimate on what it would cost to haul away the debris. We agreed to their cost and they immediately started hauling away the debris. It took them an hour to load everything and it pretty much filled the truck. It was a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

The two gentlemen were quick in removing items, and were both friendly and professional. They took a few minutes to explain what the company does with the "junk" and were proud not to be delivering loads to a landfill. I will use the company again and recommend them to others.

They were willing to move anything. They took time to tidy up. They were great and very personable.

Company provided two hour time frame for appointment and called on day of appointment with more specific estimated time of arrival. Employees were friendly and quickly hauled my stuff away. Price was very reasonable and no hidden or additional charges.

I found them to exceed in their overall response as to my expectations. Matter of fact upon their arrival I was amazed as to there professional way of doing business. They are without a doubt the cleanest hauler of junk that I have every seen. Also found them prompt and therefore would provide them with an “A+” in the way they conducted business with myself. Should I require similar services in the future they would be the first firm I would call.
